My haircut was ok. I made an appointment online through their website with Heather. When I arrived on day of appointment, Ann claimed that she did not see an appointment and she said she could take me in right away though. I said sure, whatever. I just wanted a few inches chopped off, nothing special. She only asked for my name, never asked for my email address. How come after my appointment, I received an email asking to rate my appointment with Ann????!!! If it was web/email based off of my original appointment, wouldnt it still have Heather as the stylist?

The place is small, the people are nice & the haircuts are super flipping expensive. Wen I walked in I thought the lady said $15 for a haircut but wen it was time to pay she actually said $50 🤯. Paid $50 & all she did was shave my head, ok she washed & shampooed my head before & after but still $50!!?? I normally pay $10 for the haircut I got. I will never come back here again or recommend anyone to go there.

This salon offers excellent service with a great crew of stylists and fabulous product selection. Making an appointment is always a breeze, and there is always a smiling face ready to greet me when I arrive. The chairs are comfortable and the conversation is just right. I highly recommend Regis Salon.

I called at 7 to make an appointment for 7:30, they set it with Lilly. She did great on my hair, didnt pressure me into cutting more off than I wanted to. She started conversation, but Im not much for talking and she just went with me and didnt ask a million questions about my life lol. They have enough people to accommodate walk inside I think. They were all super nice, clean salon, no complaints from me!

When you make an appointment with someone, youd expect that the person you made appointment with to be there... Not the case here at Regis. So, my wife had made an appointment with a particular stylist. She received a call from Regis saying that they have moved appointment 15 minutes earlier. No problem 15 minutes no big deal. Well when we arrive they proceed to tell my wife the stylist is no longer employed..... The nerve to call us to move appointment and not tell her stylist wouldnt be there.. was really unprofessional. Thanks for nothing Regis we will not be back.

Dont trust Jennifer, she cut my hair way too short and tried to cover it up by saying the way she cut it was the new style that everyone wanted. She claimed to have years of experience with natural curls, but she should have known how shrinkage works if she truly did.

I found a hairstylist that knows me and takes the time to listen and explain things really well.

Well to be fair; they are very welcoming. I asked for a haircut and showed the person at the desk a picture of the haircut I wanted. I asked if they could do it, since its a pompadour hairstyle. The person at the desked asked the hairstylist if she could do it. Much to my disappointment 5 minutes into my haircut she had ruined my hair as if done by a 5 year old. I didnt realized sooner caused she had the chair facing away from the mirror, but as soon as i realized I asked her to stop. I was pretty chill about it, but for 32 dollars i should get a better haircut because i thought you get what you pay for; in this case the joke was on me. I didnt know why i went there in the first place but oh well hair grows back so. I need to look for a better place now. I wished the person had been honest and shouldve told me that she could not do it🤐

I walked in with no appointment an hour before they closed and they were still willing to see me. I went in with A LOT of long dry unmanageable hair and left feeling 20 lbs lighter. Alli was so skilled and super friendly. Having a 2 yr old at home and being 8 months pregnant it was just what i needed- a relaxing hour with minimal chatting lol! I hated my hair and now i can wear it down, not just in a bun. Thank you Alli for giving me something i can work with.

Overpriced and overrated. Thoroughly explained and had pictures of what I wanted to get done with my hair. I paid 450$ to get it. My hair didnt come out even close to what it was supposed to look like. Wont go back again.

Horrible and Waste of Money. I went into regis to get blonde highlights I told them I wanted full highlights. I left there unhappy and my hair wasnt blonde there wasnt barely any just a few thin streaks. I called to speak to manager she told me to come in and she will look at it. I had to reschedule because I had to work. I called to reschedule and she never called me back. She never reached out or tryed to make it right. I payed $221.00 for nothing. I will not be going back.

They charge $40 for mens haircut. This is ridiculous, dont waste your time.

I’m sad that I can’t put less than one star. I walked in for a haircut and this Asian lady was going to cut it for me. Mind you, I am very polite and I never want to upset the stylist, but this time I just lost it. First of all I told her that I wanted take out volume and wanted to make it one length. She was really rough, and seemed like she just wanted to get it over with. The whole process was like 15 minutes and she said she was done. It was nothing like I wanted it, I repeatedly told her that I wanted to take out volume and she said no because it wouldn’t look good. I said that I have had it done before, so she was like “ok ok, you want me to cut it ok ok, I cut it” so rude and rough, and with an attitude. At the end it still ended up to be nothing like I wanted, I started crying from inside but I payed any ways I just wanted to be out, almost 80 for a crappy job and when I was paying she had the audacity to ask if me if I was going to tip her. No tip and an unhappy customer.. I’m so sad. I hate it. I will never go back! 😞😥
