The barbers always want to make sure that their customers feel at home when they come in if you have felt uncomfortable we apologize and will not happen during your experience we would love to fix the any issues u may have had in the past bring you back and let us give you an amazing haircut that we know that you deserve, your looking for, and ur paying for. Its crazy that this place makes any money!!! 10am on a Monday morning and no one in sight. You need to have a little bit of a brain to operate a business. Not being there when your supposed to be open doesnt seem like good business.

Finally found a local barber I like, very detailed even with people waiting nothing was rushed did a great job on the overall cut. Beard trim was great, Ive never had a barber focus on every little detail without having to asking them to.

If you are not a part of their circle of friends or regulars, forget trying to get a cut. They say they welcome walk ins, survey says, Thats a LIE. Sat here for over 30 minutes, I was greeted and that is it. Ended up walking out and getting a haircut from professionals. I try to support black owned businesses, but you are all making it impossible.

I came here off of a referral from a friend and the first thing I noticed was the lack of professionalism and the locker room talk. I explained to the barber that I have sensitive skin and didn’t want to have any irritation or outbreak once my facial hair was cut he advised me of the steps he’d take and gave me his word I wouldn’t have any of those things. Upon completion which at the time was at least a C rating he told me to apply after shave and I’ll be fine. Well not even 24 full hours went by and i was invaded with multiple ingrown hairs and a cyst on my neck which I popped at home and collected a ball of hair from it. I called to complain and was told that I irritated my skin and shouldn’t have gotten my facial hair cut because of my problem skin. The worst part is when I explained that I looked like the nestle crunch bar he simply laughed and said well better luck next time. I have minor scarring and still ingrown hairs, trust me DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE, they will talk you up to other customers the minute you leave. Very unprofessional and high school of these so called barbers if no stars could be given I’d give that. I’d rather look like a bum and know my skin will be alright then look like the 4th of July went off on my face. Please do the right thing and find a barber you can trust because these guys only want your money

I visited this barbershop 2 times both times my experience was horrible... 1 month ago me and my friend visited I explained to the guy as I did once before that my skin is very sensitive he has to be gentle with my face and neck as well as the back of my head .... after a phone call that upset him everything I SAID went out the window by the time I got out the chair i noticed he cut my mustache completely off my skin was irritated from him dragging his clippers and applying way too much pressure my hair line was just about invisible NOW I HAVE HAIR GROWING UNDER MY SKIN CAUSING UGLY BUMPS ALL OVER MY FACE ... I HAVE MADE DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS DUE TO TH SWELLING I HIDE MY FACE WITH MY HOODIE AND WEAR A DURAG BECAUSE MY HAIR HAD GREW BACK TACKY ITS BEEN A MONTH SINCE I VISITED I AM STILL EXPERIENCING SWELLING AND IN GROWN HAIRS I WAKE UP IN PAIN I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOT TO MENTION I OFFERED TO PAY 5 DOLLARS MORE IF HE WOULD CLEAN HIS CLIPPERS AND HE SAID OKAY BUT NEVER CLEANED THEM HE WAS TOO DISTRACTED BY HIS PHONE CALL.... AFTER 5 WEEKS I FINALLY DECIDED TO UPLOAD PICS IT WAS TOO EMBARRASSING AND NASTY LOOKING AT FIRST

I brought my son in here for a haircut. This was my first time. We waited for about 45 minutes, while the two barbers that were there, walked outside. Talked to each other. Smoked. They barely acknowledged us. My son was desperate for a cut or we would have left. The haircut was rushed. And you could tell. His hairline was pushed way too far back. Not faded well at all. The whole thing was a nightmare. From the inappropriate conversations, in front of my son, to the haircut. It was the most unprofessional barber shop I’ve ever been to. We definitely will not be back.
