I had a great experience living in this apartment community. The apartments are really nice and have modern appliances and finishes. I had really large windows which I loved. The manager of the property, Brittany, is the best. She is super professional and on top of things. They make the leasing process very easy. The maintenance department is great - I never had any issues. I liked that they kept everything neat and clean - especially in the midst of a pandemic. You are in walking distance from the Capitol, parks, grocery shopping, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. If I ever move back to Sacramento, I will definitely return to this property.

Love love love living here! It was our first place in the city and we couldn’t have had a better living experience. The manager Brittney was so great and made it feel like a fun community. The best community ever and we would totally move back if we ever needed to!

I just moved in, but I have to say that Brittany made the leasing and moving in process very easy, is extremely responsive, and has been wonderfully kind. The apartment itself is beautiful and clean, the amenities are nice, and the staff here seems to genuinely care. If youre looking to live in midtown this is an excellent location.

Really wonderful place to live! The apartments are modern and light-filled with thoughtful touches like hoops for hand towels, treats for dogs in the lobby, and recycling shoots on every floor (in addition to the garbage shoots). What makes Eviva best though is the staff - they are kind, quick to respond, and build a community amongst residents through fun building events. I initially moved in for a 3 month lease and loved it so much that I decided to extend to a yearly option. Love that I get to live here!

I would highly recommend EVIVA Midtown to anyone. Our company rented a corporate apartment there at the beginning of this year and it has been a wonderful experience. We have been looking for a short term apartment rental as we are in transition and waiting to move overseas in a few months. I couldnt be happier when I found Eviva Midtown - it was everything I had hoped for. Modern amenities, excellent location (walkable to coffee shops, bars and restaurants), and a clean, good smelling, ready-to-move in apartment. I must add that Brittany (community manager) and Benjamin (leasing consultant) were extra helpful and supportive of our needs. We were able to view, fix paperwork and move in a weeks time. They responded to all our questions immediately and were both very professional. Highly recommend this place!

My son was moving from out of state and his employer recommend he live in Midtown. There were a ton of choices. Brittney was the 1st or 2nd person I spoke to. She was/is awesome!!!! Ben was very helpful also. She went above and beyond in assisting me with things I/he would need. I also was very impressed with all 5 star rating which they earn by being so helpful and available whenever he needs anything. He was moving to a town he had never seen. Everything she told us was 100% accurate. I feel great about his decision to move to EVIVA. The location is perfect!!! There are so many great restaurants within walking distance. Target, grocery store and Capital Park are only a block or two away. You literally do not need to drive anywhere. It is also very easy to get on the bypass and the airport. He feels very safe in the area. I am very thankful that he found such a great place. The apartment is great also. It has everything you could possibly need. The common areas are beautiful and very well maintained.

Apartments are nice and simple and clean and the location is fantastic -- walking distance from literally everything (restaurants, bars, drug stores, gym, barber shops, grocery stores, etc.) And Brittany and Ben are great, too!

I have absolutely loved my time at Eviva Midtown. I love how much light I get in my apartment, how close I am to Capitol park for a nice walk during the day and how easy it is to explore midtown and surrounding neighborhoods from this location. Ive made really great friends in my neighbors and I feel very safe and happy here!

Living at EVIVA has been so nice. While I usually dread the whole move-in process, they made it an absolute breeze. It is so close and walkable to everything too. The management and maintenance team are super friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

I’ve been at The Eviva now for 3 months and I absolutely love it. The building is secure, the elevators are fast, the management is awesome and you can’t beat the location. The ability to walk downstairs and be among all the reopening restaurants and bars can’t be overstated. The Capitol Park is just a block away as well and provides an awesome place to run or relax. The entire staff, specifically Brittany and Ben, are nothing short of amazing. I find The Eviva team consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and to respond to any inquiries I have. Above all, they make me feel welcome as a person and not like I’m just another tenant. I highly recommend The Eviva and only wish I’d moved in sooner!

I recently relocated to the area and had never visited Sacramento before so my search for places was guided a lot by reviews. That being said, I am a month in to my lease and I love Eviva so much. It is in a great location and I feel secure and safe everywhere in this building which was important to me considering Sacramento was a complete new place. Brittany and Benjamin are top notch, any time I need something the both of them have gone above and beyond. I would definitely recommend living here!

I recently moved out of Eviva Midtown because I was leaving the country, and I can definitely say that had I remained in the country, I would not have even entertained the thought of moving out of Eviva. I had newly moved to Sacramento and after looking at several apartment buildings in the midtown-downtown area, I knew I had to stay at Eviva - and over a year later I can say without any hesitation that it was most assuredly the right choice to make.The staff at Eviva are amazing, a special shoutout to Brittany who goes over and beyond with her consistently cheerful demeanor and willingness to help with even the most random asks - she made moving out a breeze and getting my refundable deposit was not a hassle at all.The building was always well maintained and I never had to deal with noise from neighbors etc. The location is also pretty ideal as it is located right at the intersection of downtown and midtown, which meant I was able to easily access most places just by walking. The community events (which were mostly virtual in 2020 due to safety precautions in connection with Covid19) were so much fun!I highly recommend Eviva Midtown!

I lived in EVIVA Midtown for three years and loved it, I would definitely have stayed if I had not moved out of state. It is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and nightlife, but the soundproofing is fantastic even on the busy street side where I was located. The complex is only about 4 years old so everything feels fresh and new, its always clean, and maintenance and customer service are always friendly and prompt. You will pay a premium for the location and amenities, but in my opinion it is well worth the tradeoff. I have no complaints.

I have lived many places, and this is the most responsive and best staff anywhere. The customer service is amazing!

We lived here for 1 year and then we unfortunately had to move. Brittany, Joe, and Germaine were outstanding and provided great customer service. I never saw them in a bad mood. The move in and move out process was really easy. Alfredo and I believe Brett or Kyle?? are outstanding with maintaining the property and fixed any items within 24 hours.We miss EVIVA, it is a little expensive for Sacramento but the location was outstanding, walking distanced to R street and the Ice Blocks an also 16th Ave! The apartments are dog friendly.My only complaint is the A/C units are way to loud. Luckily we just used the one in the living room when sleeping and it would cool down the whole apartment when sleeping.If we move back to Sacramento, we consider EVIVA. We wish we could have stayed :(All of the Sequia properties are highly rated and we are considering moving into one of them in the bay area once our current lease is up.

Brittany, the Community Manager is probably one of the main reasons I decided to live at Eviva. Her customer service is beyond amazing. She remembers the names of all the tenants and their pets! She never fails to greet me with a smile. All of my concerns, if any are expeditiously handled. Just A+ customer service. Eviva is a beautiful, modern apt complex in the heart of midtown. I love it here. There are so many restaurants within walking distance and the beautiful Capital park/rose garden a stones throw away. Very pet friendly as well. It is a bit pricey but you are paying for the modern facility and location. There is a garage if you choose to pay the monthly parking fee. Free street parking is also available. I highly recommend Eviva.

My boyfriend and I have been living at Eviva for 2.5 years now and are so happy with it! The leasing and maintenance staff are excellent. They are all very friendly, and they respond to emails and service requests promptly. Common areas are always clean and well kept. Our unit is nice and new and gets plenty of natural light. The building is very safe and quiet. There is minimal noise from neighbors or the street (being on the top floor helps). The location is great - its close to many restaurants and bars, just one block from Capitol Park, and just about anything else in the grid is within a 20 minute walk. It is on the expensive side for an apartment in Sacramento, but its worth the money for us given the location and quality. We just signed our lease for another year. We would highly recommend Eviva to anyone!

Top 10 reasons for me are your staff at Sacramento EVIVA. Jermaine and Brittany and all the staff there have been so helpful, supportive, and communicative. Jermaine helped me with my lease, introduction to the unit, and help me out so much with the move and coordination with all my deliveries and every step of moving in. I haven’t done apartment living for a long time and this has been such a good process so far thanks to him and all the staff there. I had options with cheaper or bigger places but ultimately chose the place because of the staff. And it also helps the apartments are beautiful, have great amenities, and location. Thank you

I had to unexpectedly move several months ago, and have dogs. EVIVA - because of its dog-friendly policy - caught my attention. I was impressed by the responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff - particularly Brittany - when I was looking for a new place and moved in. The location is great - I can walk to Midtown restaurants and errands easily. There are regular community-wide events hosted by the management, and my packages have all been safely delivered and received.

Absolute perfect walkable location. Right on the border of midtown & downtown so you can walk to everything. Modern, clean building with a great friendly & responsive maintenance crew. The community manager Brittany is the best - super friendly while also being super professional. They offer short term to long term leases and are very dog friendly. We lived here for 6 months with our Great Dane and it was perfect.

The whole experience from lease to welcome has been exceptional by the Eviva management team. No request has proved too difficult or unreasonable. Of the last three rental accommodations this by far is the best to date.

Centrally located to work and great restaurants. I love walking to work and then to a great nearby restaurant for dinner. The apartments are new and nicely decorated, especially the kitchens and bathroom. Lovely big windows. I needed a pet-friendly building with W/D in the unit, designated parking, A/C, and within a nice walking distance from work and this place was really the only one that had everything I needed. There is at least one leasing agent and maintenance support available during working hours - all professional competent, and friendly. Wish there was more storage but it forced me to scale back my stuff to what I really needed, which has been good. My dog is so happy living a block off the capital park where she finds as many squirrels to watch and people to greet as she wants. We just started an EVIVA book club and the staff have been extra supportive. Really happy with my choice and with life at EVIVA Midtown.

I moved to the USA on my own from the UK a year ago for work, knowing no-one here. Finding a clean, safe, friendly place to live in an exciting part of town was critical for me to settle into a new country. I cannot recommend Eviva highly enough. The management team Brittany and Jermaine are superb, they are always friendly and helpful and put on good events for residents. The maintenance guys are brilliant, whenever I have had a minor issue they have sorted it for me the same day with no issues. The building is very secure, caters for all people, pet friendly and is in a great location allowing me to walk to work through Capitol park every day. Re-signing for another year was an easy decision and would recommend this place for anyone new to Sacramento or anyone looking to move to midtown. I even met one of my best mates here who was living across the hall from me.

Located in a wonderful part of town. Jog around the Capitol regularly. Walk or ride the bike to work. Walk to dinner a few times a week (so many restaurants). The residents and staff are friendly and helpful. Brittany even loaned us her parking stall this past weekend when we rented a car for an excursion to San Francisco (the Giants won, by the way), so we had a place to park it off-street before and after the trip. Couldnt be happier with EVIVA as our choice.

I relocated to Sacramento for work about a month ago, and I visited several apartment buildings prior to making a decision of where I wanted to call “home”. Eviva Midtown stood out among them all. For me, it started with the staff. The property management and leasing staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They work hard to ensure the residents feel comfortable, and that was evident upon my first visit. The apartment itself is what sold me next. Obviously, the location is ideal, but also, I really like the floor plan and the modern/contemporary feel. Since moving in, I’ve found the property management and leasing staff to really live up to my first impression. From what I can tell, they know the residents by name and work to create a great living experience for all of us. I feel great about my decision and would recommend Eviva to anyone who asks.

Excellent location with Golden 1 Center, Capitol Park and several restaurants in walking distance. The building offers all of the amenities needed and organizes several social events within the community.The maintenance and building management teams act fast and effectively when assisting residents. Tina and Brittany bring an energy to the building and are a fantastic team to work with.

Im a recent tenant who had his place cleaned before moving out to not incur more expensive cleaning fees from the apt. Eviva then listed things that I supposedly left dirty that were spotless. They charged handsomely for it too. These guys are thiefs hiding in plain sight to make an extra buck. If you dont want to live with such a company, then avoid this place.

Usually I dont leave long reviews, but.....Moved in during July, worst idea due to the heat, but the elevators are very spacious and if you let them know ahead of time they can secure a elevator for you so your move can be quicker.Location is ideal; center of everything with tons of restaurants/bars/shops in walking distance/biking distance. You can either have street parking with an E -Street placard; or pay 200 dollars for a garage spot. I dont drive to much since I work down here, but my brother/roommate loves his spot, makes coming in and out of downtown especially during rush hour times so convenient.The building itself has 6 floors, with what I believe a trash chute on each floor. The 2nd floor has a common area (that you can reserve for events) with some amenities (Starbucks coffee machine, bottled water, outside activities area as well as a gym and a restroom just in case you cant make it back to your own).Currently staying in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. Very spacious; when given the tour, it seemed small, but once we saw the model apartment it didnt look as small. The apartment is very modern, wood-like floors, large windows for natural light, and air cons for each room (easily accessible with a remote control). One of the bigger selling points was the washer and dryer; some other locations had it in a restroom, but here in Eviva the stack-able washer and dryer has its own small closet.The building is very secure, the front door is locked at night with a roaming security guard (Ive seen him a few times). There is a call box you can get keyd into so if your guest arrive or deliveries they call hit you up instead of you always having to come down.Mailbox/parcel system is amazing; you dont really have to worry about people stealing your packages; if they arent delivered to your door then they are placed in locked cabinets in the mail room.Staff: All around extremely welcoming and helpful. If you need help with anything they are there for you. They are very quick and responsive and friendly.Lastly, from what Ive learned, you get what you pay for. We pay close to 3,000 with everything included, but the cost of living has risen even in the older 1 bedroom Victorians. The cost almost pushed us away, but Im glad we decided to stay.Side note: Very Pet friendly (Lots of tenants seem to use the same professional dog walker)Shout out to Georgina you are missed and to Britney who wowd us with the apartment showing.
