These people are AMAZING! We rented the hummer limo for our kids prom. Alex was their driver. Not only was he incredibly kind, he drove our kids (17 in all) through REALLY bad weather for an hour and a half. They felt safe and had a blast. The limo was spotless when it arrived at our home, and the driver was wiping down the outside after he arrived to pick the kids up. I NEVER write reviews, but I was so impressed by the owners attentiveness and the drivers kindness and safe driving I had to leave a review. 5 stars for sure!! We will be using their service in the future!

We booked Coastal Breeze Limousine to take us on a 8 hour long wine tasting tour. They made all of the arrangements for us. Our driver, Jesse, was not only professional, but extremely knowledgeable about the wine and the wineries they took us to. He even went out of the way to take us to a flower farm. We made it to 6 wineries plus the farm. The limo was clean and well stocked and we had a fabulous time.‎P.S. Just a quick update - we have used Coastal 5 times since I left review. We had a great experience with them each time and never had any problems with anything

The best limousine company.

Knowing those guys since 2002 when they worked for City Lights limo company. I was glad to hear they opened up their own company in 06 and of course have been using them ever since. Have to admit, one of their managers is my brother, so I do get best deals..but ALL my friends been using them too and I do not have to tell ppl how great they are - their service and my happy friends do that for me now :). Trust me, they do great job and they do a lot in community for local kids as well

I just like like to take the time to say Thank You to Coastal Breeze Limo. You made my brother’s wedding a dream come true! The driver was excellent, courteous, and ON TIME. I would recommend them always. The Chrysler 300 was awesome!! I was so impressed with everything that day. Our driver had to go on a backwoods dirt road but took the time to wipe the windows off once we made it to the church. It was not his fault, just where we live (Newcastle, deep in the country),lol. Our new happy couple fell asleep on the way back to the hotel in Roseville. The ride was that smooth. Thank you so much for a memorable evening for my bro!!!

What ever you do, DONT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! I contacted them a month ago to get a limo for my wedding. I asked the manager over the phone if they charge a mandatory gratuity. He said no we dont but its recommended to give the driver a tip after the completion of the service. So I gave them my credit card number and they processed my deposit.On the day of the wedding, after we were dropped off, I paid the driver the remaining balance and gave him a $40 tip.A couple days later I see a $94 charge from Coastal Breeze in my bank statement. I call the manager and ask him about this charge. He said that charge was for the gratuity. I informed him that I was told that the gratuity was not mandatory and in my original invoice it clearly states Tip is not included, 20% is recommended. I also told him that I did gave the driver a $40 tip.He said he didnt have my original invoice in his computer and that I should forward it to him. So I did, and have not heard from them since. I called and left a few messages, nobody has called me back since.The manager/owner or this company must be a coward since he does not want to fix his mistake. So warning to all, IF YOU DO USE THEIR SERVICE, ONLY PAY CASH OR PAYPAL. IF YOU PROVIDE THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU BOGUS FEES.

TERRIBLE company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I used them for my brothers bachelor party. When the first limo showed the radio didnt work, they didnt provide any type of water, the windows didnt operate correctly (motors going out) and the driver was very unprofessional. However, we still used theyre service. After the second stop the driver left us at a bar downtown with no information of when he would be back to pick us up. After we were ready to leave the bar we were unable to get in contact with our driver or company office. An hour and half later I finally got a call that they couldnt get in touch with our driver that had all of our alcohol and possessions. This ruined ours plans we had for the night !!!! Then unknowingly they were used to give us a ride to my brothers wedding and they were even late in picking us up for that!! two thumbs down to this company for not making things right....
