If i could give them a 0 star I would! Worst company I have ever had to deal with. They take forever to get back to you and when they do they want you to magically appear as if we are working for them. Unfortunately this it the company our landlord has contracted with, however I will will be speaking to them to have them look for a better company to pair up with. Make sure if you use them that they actually check your AC they came out and did nothing but leave a bigger mess for us to clean up, oh and make sure if they remove your air filter that they actually put it back. I mean I don’t know much about heating in air (reason they came out) but I would think that a filter is an important part to put back in place in order for the everything to function properly! Another thing I believe that a company should put its customers first. Specially when your customers are two military service members without an open calendar! All we asked was for an hour notice. Instead they call 15 min prior when we work 20+ miles away. Then when we can’t make it we are responded with a rude call about how it’s too bad and they will have to reschedule AGAIN for the 4+ time.
We found Rhino Heating & Air to be very knowledgable, quick and reliable. Before calling Rhino, we were concerned that we were going to have to completely replace our A/C unit. Rhino was able to come out the next day to take a look at our problem, thoroughly explained what was happening, and fixed the problem in under an hour! They were so efficient, and saved us from having to buy a new unit! Wed recommend them to anyone.

Not only are they trustworthy and very efficient at what they do, but they carry a level of professionalism and expertise that you cant find anymore.Ive needed their services twice now, and both times I was received with a courteous and warm welcome. The owner, Ryan, understands what the customer wants: to save time, provide excellent service and make his customers happy. He is up front and honest with you and does his best to ensure everything is running smoothly. I also like the fact that they explain the problem to you step by step and how they will take care of it.I was looking for someone that I could trust and not be taken advantage of, but after the employee wrapped up his work left my home, I never thought Id receive 5-star service. Its a great feeling to know you dont have to worry about anything and that youre in good hands! My wife and I recently bought a home in Citrus Heights and we knew it wouldnt be long before we had to replace the entire air conditioning unit. We were absolutely dreading the day wed have to replace but I have to say, once we picked up the phone and called Rhino, we were BLOWN AWAY by their professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and affordability! We were fully expecting to be paying through the nose because wed heard horror stories about other HVAC companies but Ryan at Rhino took care of us and left us feeling confident that wed A) gotten a GREAT deal and B) gotten a brand new AC unit that we could enjoy for years to come! Where do I begin? My story is rather long and detailed, so Im not sure how to keep it brief and still get the point across of how FAR above and beyond Rhino went for me--and how very thankful I am for their continual A+ service, in this day and age especially. After several months of no heat or air (July to December---the hottest and coldest months in Sacramento area, as you know), and a carbon monoxide leak making it completely risky and unsafe to turn on--my 25+ year-old unit was kaput! Useless! Done! Unemployment was high, funds were very low, market crashed, so many challenges for thousands of people... And after several attempts to find a solution, a good friend referred me to Rhino... Words cannot explain what they did for me, or how, or why! They are just good! Good humans, good at their job, just plain GREAT! Truthful and honest, direct, helpful, available, knowledgeable - the list goes on! I dont know what other words can describe not only how grateful I am for their help, but that people like them even exist anymore! They are the BEST!
