Update: They say they now ordered the wrong part. This company is a scam. There are multiple reviews saying the same thing. Be warned. It has been 24 days since they showed up and it is still not fixed. I am filing a BBB complaint and review.This is the worst service I have ever experienced. This is the company Fidelity Home Warranty chose and as a person below stated the lack of communication and lack of work is incredible. The initial call was placed a month ago, it took a week to get a technician, and they said they needed to go get a part. No one returns that day and no phone call is given. Call the next day and am told 4-7 days as the part had to be ordered. Today is day 21 without this part being here apparently. They have no tracking on it and no estimate when it will arrive. But you only find that out if they actually answer the phone. The heat is in the triple digits and my wife is pregnant dealing with all of this yet we can’t get any real service from these people or any real answers. Pathetic.

ZERO STARS..... NOT EVEN WORTH A PITY STAR.This company is a scam. Work order issued thru home warranty so you think they would be a credited business, wrong. The technician arrived and did his assessment then left without notifying us he was done. A few days went by and so the home warranty company was contacted and they had no record the work order had been done! The technician came thru my house and did not submit the paperwork that he was even there. SCARY. The home warranty company had to reach out to Indoor Comfort Services Inc. to obtain the report. Which they then had to generate and provide to home warranty company two days later. The report cited the unit is out of spec despite the fact the unit is the same when the house was purchased within the last few years. A platform was asked to be built in order to perform the work, which would make me liable for a home insurance claim. Insert scam here.This company is completely unprofessional and not a company I would want in my home again. Needless to say no work will be performed by them, if they cant even complete the paperwork imagine the mess the HVAC unit would be left in.Do not recommend.

I’m sorry, there is no other way to put it. Scam artist! My warranty company put it service with these guys to replace my AC unit.. the worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve had thus far. It could not be more obvious this company’s intentions to get over on you. Let’s just say I was being charged for parts to be replaced and instead they were just going to flush themthat and extra codes permits and after two months of waiting and no documents to support any of these numbers, they canceled the day of install, really because they were backed up and over booked but instead called to tell me it was my fault. After that I canceled went and got a separate quote Not from my warranty company.. and come to find out I didn’t need have the things replaced that they said I did. Indoor sent a guy named Frank out lol, his job is literally to try and make you feel comfortable about getting over on, he just kept throwing a bunch AC words out and saying “I know u don’t understand” . beware of this company, your better off going anywhere else.
