My tax specialist Tabatha is amazing. She has done my taxes for several years now at the West Monroe location. This year she was working in Ruston inside Walmart. I did not hesitate to drive there even though it was 30 minutes away. She waited on me to get off work which was close to 6 so I didnt get there until almost 7. She is the fastest tax specialist I have ever had. I had 5 W-2s. She got my taxes done in less than 15 minutes with my cash advanced on my card before I even got home. She is great and always puts her clients first. I will not go to anyone else at Jackson Hewitt but her no matter how far I have to drive to get to her.
