Slow, wont return calls or emails, closed when advertised as open and did not refund fees after not preparing taxes for the correct state. absolutely ridiculous. Went to a different location and did not have any of these issues.

Mr. Fred Davis at the ruston, la location was very helpful and patient.. he knows his job very, very well. I feel very confident in returning the quality he has is unmatched and long as he is there i will go to him.. he compliments the h&r block company very well..

Yall just better than the old taxs person I was going too I just like how yall there for your customers and the way yall got everything set up doing this pandemic too.

I dropped my documents off on a Thursday and never heard back from them. I had to call back 4 days later in order to even get serviced. I wasnt aware that the loan was based off my credit. I wouldnt have applied and I wouldve filed my Taxes myself like I do every year

Always got more back when H&R Block completed my taxes. My agent is available all year if I have questions. I wont go anywhere else!
