Went there today for an oil change and they were all friendly except the red headed girl. She was rude and very unprofessional in appearance and in attitude. Everyone was in uniforms except her, in VERY short shorts. I said something to the guy handling the oil change about her attitude toward me. I wouldve given more stars had it not been for her. I almost drove off completely and took my business elsewhere because of her before any service was ever given. The uniform isnt the main issue, the attitude is.

Max and Adrian were really great. They both told me everything that was wrong with my car as they fixed it. Maz set me up with great options on which oils I could use to better my car. Overall great experience! Would highly recommend!!

Friendly service, the guys there explain everything they are gonna do while you wait inside you vehicle. They offer you snacks/water while you wait. I think one of the managers name is Adrian, he was great. Go check them out.

I bounce around from place to place when it comes to getting my oil change, not anymore. The man helping me that day couldnt have been more knowledgeable. Said they hired him because of that, and they were right to do so. Mike wasnt in, but glad hes still there even though its a different name on the sign

The staff was excellent. If I remembered their names I would post them. They were super quick and ready to work! If the boss sees this they up sold me and made me feel like it was really worth it. I loved it so much I took my other vehicle there on the same day. I will definitely go back!

Went here on Sunday July 18, 2021. The next day I had to take my car in for a check engine light and the plastic cover loose under my car. I was told that bad oil was placed in my car and the cover on the bottom was not placed back correctly, resulting in over $900 worth of damage repairs. They refused to even give me a refund for the oil change that caused all of the problem. I will be going elsewhere for my oil changes now.

First time going here and absolutely loved it. They were super nice and informative.

I arrived at Take 5 at 5:32pm on a Sat. (28 minutes before they closed). I was met by, I assume, the manager - “we’ve just finished tidying up, so we’re not taking anyone else today.” I said - it’s 30 minutes before you’re supposed to close. He replied - “yes, but we did 50 cars with just 3 of us. I mean, we could take you, but we’ve already cleaned up”Take 5 - please change your hours to reflect the actual time you will be servicing customers. Disappointing. Not sure I’ll be back.

Loved my first experience at Take 5 in Ruston, La. I was visiting home from Dallas and needed an oil change. I pulled up and was greeted instantly by Steven and guided me into the bay. I waited about 5-7 minutes for service because they were servicing another customer. Adrian, the assistant manager finished with the prior customer and came over to start my oil change. He was very professional and very courteous! From start to finish on my oil change, it only took about 10 minutes. Adrian also gave me a few tips and informwd me that I could go to any Take 5 for fluids top off. I cannot say enough good things about Steven and Adrian. Keep up the good work guys at the Take 5 in Ruston? LA!! I HIGHLY recommend!! Thanks Adrian and Steven!!!

I got my oil changed 3 weeks ago and shortly after I noticed I had an oil leak. Never had an oil leak before then or any issues for that matter. Its not the first time I have had issues with take 5. The first time they failed to tighten my oil plug. So I definitely will NOT ever be going back to them!

Everyone was extremely kind and worked quickly and let me know everything they were doing. Offered a bottle of water as soon as I pulled in which was an extra perk that I really liked. They took great care of my car and got us out quickly.

Very good service, I cant recall everyones names but there were several gentlemen giving out cold water and greeting everyone. Fast oil change and fair price.

This place is awesome! They changed my oil and I didnt even have to get out of my car. Theyre all wearing masked to stay corona free! And it only took about 8 minutes. Ill definitely be recommending this place to my friends. WAY BETTER THAN SPENDING HOURS AT THE DEALERSHIP

I went to them on 10/30 for a simple oil change. Today my Engine light came on so I did my routine check on all my fluids in my car turns out I have no oil in my car and I just got it changed 5 days ago. Wish I could give no starts.

I am seriously amazed by this store in particular. They take care of your concerns and issues to the next level without any hesitation. I would really recommend considering them for an oil change. They charge a fair amount of money comparing to whatever car dealers charge. Thanks to their expert management team; Mike, Cody, and all their team members. You guys have done an EXCEPTIONAL work.

My roommate just bought a used car for super cheap, and they gave us a free oil change after diagnosing an oil pan leak. Very friendly and up front about information.

Ill start off with the real deal the prices can be expensive so be prepared for that off jump.....but the service was good. When I pulled up I was offered a bottle of water so that was appreciated. My only issue was since it is the summer once I turned off my car it got hot fast. If I have the extra in my budget Id go back and oh yeah its located in an easy to find spot.

The gentleman were so fast and extremely friendly. Informed me about all they did and i never had to get out of the car. Explained to me the specific promotions and what would be best and cheapest for me. Also they were curtious and apologetic of my time crunch trying to get to work on time. Very helpful. My husband took his truck this past Sunday..truck started stalling and today it stood.. looked under the hood and oil was never changed....spent 150.00 to get a locked motor..We will be speaking with the owner because we could not resolve with who we spoke with..we shouldnt have yo be going through this right now..

I received an oil change less than 1,000 miles ago, my car broke down due to the plug coming out & losing all the oil. Pulled it to the Chrevon to show them the negligence... they put another plug, filled it with oil but the motor was locked because the damage had already been done. However, they told me that they dont know what could have happened within the 900 miles it was driven😡 To replace the seized motor will cost about $4,000. How do plugs just fall out? Never happened in all my history of owning vehicles😡😡

Honest guys. Instead of upselling me on stuff I didnt need, they actually told me that I didnt need my tires rotated yet and that they didnt wanna take my money for no reason. Definitely coming back.
