I love it! Today was my 1st day of getting fit and getting out of my own way! Havent met the other trainers but Tina and Lauren are Rockstars.. so nice and sweet and work with you in every aspect of your weight loss journey!

Love this gym and the people there! Constantly impressed by the professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, and the equipment variety/quality. They even have an on-site certified nutritionist and a Lululemon store in-house! ❤️

I have never enjoyed working out or the gym environment. Crossfit Ruston isnt like any other place I’ve ever been.They are so welcoming and genuinely helpful. The coaches have been great and encouraging. The workouts are tough, but the results are real!Great people and a great inviting atmosphere for people of any skill level, or lack of in my case. I travel all over for my husbands work so I’ve been to several CrossFit gyms. CrossFit Ruston is by far the best one I’ve visited. The coaches really know their stuff! They explain every movement for each workout. I will definitely go back if I’m ever in this area again.

Crossfit RUSTON is more than a place to workout. It’s a family. I joined because I was stuck in a rut. I also joined to be uncomfortable. I joined to be uncomfortable around people that understand the joy in misery. I’m more flexible, stronger, and capable than I was. I’m surrounded by awesome people that get me. I have access to cutting edge knowledge and top notch coaches. I can’t think of anyplace else I’d rather be.

Traveled to Ruston for business. Stopped by Crossfit for information, SOMEONE had tied their husky dog to front door. Not a great way invite new customers inside. Called for more information, VM only. Traveling to Monroe for a workout.

I couldnt be happier with the experience I have had at CFR since I joined! I feel so encouraged and supported by my peers, and especially by my coaches. Ive never been so excited to go workout!

I had a lot of trepidation and anxiety about starting CrossFit. So many people tell you about how terrible it is, how insane its participants, and how unqualified the coaches are. In the first week I realized all of these rumors were false. Now I cant wait to go for a workout. I will be upgrading to unlimited classes, this summer when I have more free time.

Iv been a part of ruston crossfit for almost a year now and it has totally changed my life.. the owners and coach are top tier kinda people who really care about what they do.. I started with bootcamp and moved into crossfit, best thing I ever did for myself!

One of the trainers (Evan) is homophobic and racist. I was very uncomfortable when around him. The facilities themselves are run down and bare bones. None of the trainers seem to know what theyre doing.
