Sole2Soul is such a perfect name for this gym. Nikki Graybill is a beautiful soul sharing her passion and sole talent. Love the inspiration and positive energy projected through group classes and personal training. This is a great place!

I have been at Sole to Soul for a little over a year now. The classes are great, I have improved flexibility and strength. The instructors are amazing! All of them know their stuff and have a genuine care and concern for each person who walks through their doors. I highly recommend this gym!

I happen to stop in Russellville for a few days while traveling home to North Carolina when I came across the Sole2Soul fitness and yoga studio. Being a lover of all things fitness and wanting to continue with my fitness regimen while on the road, I decided to stop in. Right away the instructor greeted me and made me feel welcome. The bootcamp class was everything I was looking for; a great combination of cardio and strength training in a supportive and encouraging environment. Although this was a group class, the instructor made sure that the workout was tailored to my fitness level which I greatly appreciated. Later on I was introduced to Nikki, the owner, who was as warm and welcoming as her online persona. She even offered me my first class on the house knowing full well I was only passing through and would not continue on as a member. There are few studios and gyms that offer this kind of hospitality. I highly recommend you check out this Russellville gem (pun intended) whether youre a local or just passing through. You will not be disappointed!

Great classes! Love the Zumba and the Pilates, Barre, and Bootcamp class. The Willpower and Grace class is also a favorite! Instructors know you by name and make you feel welcome!
