My husband and I have been with this insurance office for the past few years and we have always experienced excellent customer service. Recently, we encountered an issue with some dates on insurance and I called to see if they could help. The entire staff was friendly, but especially Kimberly. It was refreshing to find someone so helpful and who had such a great attitude about her job. This ended up being a real pain to investigate, but I still received a timely call back from their office with an answer to my question.

This has been the insurance office I have used for 9 years. Everyone in the office has always been very friendly and helpful. I feel like I can ask any questions and get a straightforward answer. I highly recommend state farm and specifically through Matt McCoy.They recently expanded their parking lot making it easier to go into the office.

Not a good experience. Tanner keeps calling me after Ive asked not to be called(I dont have state farm. Hes soliciting). Cant get tanner or matt on the phone. Had to file a complaint with corporate.
