The young man, Hadrian Daniels, responded quickly and joyfully to my call. Mr. Daniels understood my questions and concerns about my insurance and promptly redirected me to Bennett. Overall, both men were more than polite and helpful on what could’ve been a stressful situation. I highly recommend this office and this team for all insurance needs!

I gushed about Craig Campbell/State Farm until we actually had to file a claim, due to a power surge caused our HVAC system to fail. I contacted Craig Campbell’s office and spoke with Bennett. I told him we had recently learned our HVAC issues were caused by faulty Entergy equipment, and I needed to know where to go from there. Bennett told me to contact Entergy, and if they refused to repair the unit, then I could file a claim. I pushed back on that, and he put me on hold for about 10 minutes so he could “confirm with Craig” that was the correct course of action. He came back on the line and said, yes, everyone agrees I need to contact Entergy first. (I have since learned it is illegal for your homeowner’s insurance to refuse you the option of filing a claim, even if they know for sure it will not be covered). I spent months trying to get anywhere with Entergy. We lived through that hellacious snow storm with no heat, thinking that this is just what we had to do to get a resolution. After 3ish months, I contacted Craig Campbell’s office and spoke with Bennett again. I told him Entergy had yet to even acknowledge my existence and I needed to move forward with homeowner’s insurance. After spelling my name probably 15 times, Bennett said he was unable to locate my account with State Farm and began even questioning whether or not I had an account. Eventually, he gave me a “claims” number to call because, as he put it, “If you do have an account with State Farm, I’m just going to have to send you there anyway.” Bennet gave the wrong number, so I ended up having to Google the correct number. (Wish I would have done that in December…) From start to finish, my claim took about 9 months until I had a working HVAC system. During that time, out of sheer anger and frustration, I contacted the Dept. of Insurance. They said they spoke with Bennett who “had no recollection of my calls” and “there were no notes on my account” (probably because he was never able to locate my account because he could not correctly spelled my name, even when spelling it like ‘A for Apple, B for basketball’) and that Craig Campbell’s office ASSURED them they would NEVER not allow anyone to file a claim. Case closed, according to everyone except the family who had to live through it. My advice, RECORD EVERY INTERACTION and KEEP DETAILED NOTES. There is much more I’d like to say about my experience with State Farm in general, but it does not pertain to Craig Campbell’s office in particular. Long story short, I am currently in the process of looking for another company to manage my car, home, and life insurance polices.

Im sure I am like most people and rarely think about my insurance except when there is a claim or when Im adding or subtracting an item from my policy coverage. Craig recently helped me navigate a claim i had on my car from an accident. Sometimes adulting is hard and it’s difficult to know what to do with your first accident. But Craig made this much easier on me! Due to his help and the policy he had advised me to be on, I saved over $2,500 on getting my car back in shape! Highly recommend this agent and his staff!

This is a great agency primarily because of three employees - Michelle, Chad and Ethan. They are all very knowledgeable and always helpful. Michelle personally saved us almost $300 every 6 months over our previous insurance company!

Would not recommend this agency if you are in the market for Insurance. Craig will collect your money and you will receive no assistance in return. The first issue we had was when I totaled my car out a few years back. We thought everything was fine until we got a call from his office stating that he was canceling our insurance because my wife’s title on her vehicle came back as a salvage title. He was very rude over the phone and made it sound like we had done something wrong. Turns out when Craig was filing the paperwork on my car he put used my wife’s VIN instead of mine…… 100% their fault! We received no apology on his behalf. After that my wife stated that she was not comfortable talking to him, which really got my blood boiling! The next issue was a small water leak in our bathroom. We found that our carpets were wet in the adjoining room and I read my policy. It stated that I needed to call it in, so I did. We were told on the phone that they would not come out to look at it because they assumed it was “builder’s error” and “poor workmanship” as our home was under 2 years old. I had a plumber come out and fix it, and there was no damage as it was a small leak. 3 months later Craig calls my wife at work and tells her they are canceling our policy because of the leak. Once again we found ourselves scrambling for a problem they should be dealing with, not us. I gave Craig the contact information of the Plumber and told him he could get all the repair documentation from him. He told me that was not good enough, and that I would have to get a signed letterhead from the plumber, a copy of the check, and a statement from me. I argued with Craig that this is not my responsibility as they refused to take the claim and that if he wanted to come inspect the repair I was more than happy to show him. He then then stated to me that I was immature and acting like a Jr. high school kid because I was upset that we were getting threatened to get cancelled for the second time! This is when I decided that this agency was not the fit for us. Turns out A LOT of people in the community feel this way about Mr. Campbell once I started talking to folks about our experience. I really do not understand his business model and how he plans to keep customers in the future. We had 2 homes, 4 vehicles, and 2 auto loans through him. We have switched all of our insurance to another company in town, and are in the process of switching our auto loans. He is not a nice person and his service is horrible.
