I rented from South Party Rental a few years back which I picked up myself then. This time they delivered. Everything went well. I had them early enough and no issues. The only thing is their delivery fee is too high. I like their professionalism and promptness. You can get a quick quote email to you. I would defintely recommend them.

Honestly I couldn’t be any happier with the service. I have used you guys for 2 prior events and this will be my 3rd but every time I’m always met with professionalism. Marelyn has been a great help throughout my last stage order. My venue notified me about 3 days prior to my event that we wouldn’t be able to have the event there that we had booked for about a month prior (which was a bummer cause I already paid for stage) but luckily we were able to find another venue and had no problem changing the delivery location at all. Definitely will refer you guys to other companies I work with for staging.

I sent my father-in-law to pick up the 20 chairs and 3 round tables. When he brought them home I was in disbelief of the condition of the chairs.I received dirty, rusty, and broken chairs. I immediately called to complain about the condition of the chairs and also took photographs. I spoke to Alaine who was unapologetic and offered me the excuse that they were outdoor chairs. We did not order outdoor chairs. We ordered the white plastic chairs because they were out of the wooden chairs we preferred and actually wanted. Alaine, promised that she would give me a credit for all the chairs that were broken.When my father-in-law brought the chairs back on 11/23 and mentioned my dissatisfaction and proceeded to show him the broken chairs. A gentleman who claims to be the owner said that we dropped the chairs. My FIL stated that that was not true and that I called and complained on Wed when I received the chairs. I was on the phone with my FIL when that took place. So I decided to head over when he was threatening to call the police on my father-in-law. When I arrived and informed the gentlemen of my conversation with Alaine (who also claimed to be part owner) he only stated she wasnt there. This gentlemen was also unapologetic. When I stated that the customer service was poor and that I was disappointed he didnt apologize for the condition of the chairs he stated that I should apologize to him. He continued to state they were outdoor chairs. So, I did not get the credits that were promised to ke and no apology.

We needed a tent on short notice due to rain. They were super helpful and nice. They didn’t try to oversell me either. The process to rent was easy. They called before they came to set up. The men setting up were very professional and accommodating and friendly. They did a great job with the set up and pick up. I highly recommend this company for your rental. The tent we rented was perfect and made my daughter’s graduation party very special!

My favorite Party Rental in WPB. I had a wedding and they delivered on time, great quality and great price.

They rented me 6 kids high chairs and didnt even bother to wipe them. The chairs were dirty and had spider web. I wish I could add videos the dirt that I wiped off these chairs. Poor communication between staff. I spoke to Yarol on Monday morning and asked if I could bring the chairs on Wednesdays in lieu of Monday because they are only open during my work hours. Yarol said okay. On Tuesday, some lady called and said that I needed to bring the chairs today. I told her what Yarol told me. Fast forward to Wednesday, I called and told them I am on my way to drop off the chairs. The girl called me 30 minutes later to ask me where I was and if I dont bring the chairs today she is going to charge me late processing fee. I hadntonask her arent they close at 5 so why call me when I told you I am on my way. Sincen she has so much time in her hands, she could at least inspect the items before giving them to customers.

My wife and I hired South Party Rentals for our wedding this past December 2017. Ruben and Elena were awesome. They were so helpful from the start to the actual ceremony, even showing up on our wedding day to help with the tent because of heavy rain. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and for the right price. From every question we had about all the accessories, the chairs, the tables, the linens, the lighting, they handled it all with professionalism and care as if we were family. We used South Party Rental for our wedding ceremony and reception rentals. They arrived on time and set up everything according to set up instructions.The only snafu that came up was that they did not get our permit for the tent rental until about a week before the wedding. This did cause unnecessary stress for myself (the bride), but they did resolve the issue and everything went smoothly.I would recommend them for rentals as they were very affordable and provided the service according to contract.

My 5th time ordering chairs and table through them and never had a problem till one day they made a mistake of charging me more than I ordered, the owner got the nerve of telling me that I stole one of his tables, even after I told them it was ok that they charged me more . They dont even have an inventory of their supply, or camera to check mistakes that they made, I always tell people to go there for chairs and table rental, but never again, they really treated me wrong. Please dont go there. 👎🏽

We filled out all of our paperwork and signed a contract and then on the day of delivery this company said it did not have our order!They were awful on the phone and would not take responsibility for their mistake.I would not recommend them to anyone.
