If you have a Lexus I highly recommended taking it to Southern 441 Toyota. They’re service department is top notch and half there tech are from Lexus! I made my first purchase from southern 441 Toyota today. My salesman, Chris D. Was completely professional, efficient and very helpful. Ian in finance was also terrific! My purchase had a couple hiccups to work through, and Ian was great helping navigate my options, and was positive through the entire process. In the past I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, my last purchase was in 2015 or 2016. Went last week and these people wanted to charge extra fees compared to my previous purchases. Said they run credit but failed to show interest rate banks were offering, sales guy came back and told me they needed bank statements, and an additional $3000 down. We told him no bring us the rates the banks are offering he kept saying they are working on it. We waited 1hr 40 minutes nothing. We left and went to another Toyota got the same car for $4000 cheaper. No reconditioning fee, no dealer fee and sales tax rate was correct. We went in at almost 6 and left at 7:30 with our new purchase and got 4% interest, they didnt ask for no bank statement nothing.In the past I believe that they were about service however now its all about the money or the sale. Ensure you review your total cost before moving forward with any purchase from this dealer. I am not sure if its new management or what but I definitely will not be returning to this Toyota.

Being a first time car buyer, you can imagine the anxiety I had walking into the dealership expecting the stereotypical sales rep approach trying to convince me to buy some car I’m not even interested in, but let me tell you my expectations were BEYOND exceeded. I had already received a friendly phone call regarding my interest in purchasing a vehicle from a rep named Rick (who was my direct point of contact). He was thorough and transparent from the very beginning so I already knew what to expect once I arrived. I knew that I wanted a car but didn’t know which car and Rick was able to narrow my options down based off of what I told him I was looking for, until I found what I wanted. For my credit to not be the best, they still worked with me and I don’t think I would’ve gotten a better deal elsewhere. I usually don’t leave reviews but trust me this is the go to spot if you’re a first, second, or third time buyer.

First service didnt went as. I Expected, I request to check the tires low pressure warning light, they told me that there its was fine. I request to check it again and they found a nail on the front tire. Also I asked twice to run my vehicle the car wash, I was told yes but it was never done. I didnt see any positive attitude from start to the end.

I overall had a great experience buying my car. The only negative was the head manager who was very rude all 3 times i had interaction with him. He didnt have time to talk to you and would walk right pass you which was really unprofessional. I have never seen that in a car dealership before. They have a new, state-of-the-art intake area. Santos worked with me to see what I needed done and what was covered by my warranty. Their bays are visible through the waiting area glass window. They have refreshments and a TV with entertainment playing. The time flew by while I was waiting for my car to be done. Theyre actually not as expensive as other dealerships charge. They did a great job.

Se Young is always my preferred go to guy here. He is very professional and will help you in any way he can. Always accommodating and awesome.

My sales guy Mario was nice. The finance guy Alfredo was a complete tool, arrogant and SO dismissive, bad service. The sales manager, Juan, not as rude, but doesnt have a friendly sales approach. I get it, theyre salesmen, but customer service should be #1. They did not want to work with me at all. I was there for three hours, while they told me they could get me to the number I wanted, over and over. Finally I get into finance and the numbers are magically way higher and no way of bringing them down. I reached out to two other Toyotas in the Palm Beach area and immediately got better deals there over the phone. When I arrived in person, they played no games and numbers didnt increase for some magical reason - I was in and out in less than hour. Do yourself and your precious time a favor, go to Earl Stewart or Palm Beach Toyota.

I purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry from them on Aug 4th; today, Sept 13th, the door handle came off. THE CAR WAS SOLD TO ME WITH THE DOOR HANDLE GLUED ON. When I called them in hopes of getting this resolved, they told me I would have to pay $250 to $500 to have it fixed; that the damage was due to pulling on the door handle too hard and would not be covered under warranty.A car I drove down from Deerfield specifically to see; that I was unable to test drive that day because the key was missing.Like some of the other customers whove had a poor experience with them, I also was charged more than the price they advertised online due to the dealership fees($200 more than most FL dealerships charge) and additional charges.

Terrible, the toyota 441 sold a car in bad condition, the next day we went and they did not solve anything. $ 3000 down payment, it is a scam, the car keeps causing problems and they are not responsible, it had a bad transmission.

I recently traded in and purchased a new 4Runner. My salesperson Derrick was amazing from start to finish. The only glitch I had was they weren’t able to locate my spare key when I went back for my tint appointment. I was quite upset and not on my best behavior, however, James the sales manager remained calm and professional. He sent someone to my home to make a new key within a couple days. Then, my keys actually arrived to the dealership in a later shipment. I offered to reimburse the dealership but they said not to worry. They went above and beyond to make things right and for that reason, I will continue to purchase any future vehicles from them regardless of the distance.

Fancy new service area. I got a new agent for my car maintenance who is very good, but seeing that the average time span of employment at these departments is less than 6 months. My review most likely will change when I get a new agent.

Never bring my vehicle there again, they will tell you to your face that it’ll only take an hour or two til your is finished and you’ll end up there for almost 5 hours, and i wasn’t the only one many people waiting were complaining about being there a lot longer than they were told. If your backed up and whatever the case may be, be honest or let’s customers know so they can go home etc, instead they lie so they can keep peoples business. and beware of hidden fees, service guy Andrew will tell you a price and when you go to pay is more cause all these hidden service fees and supply fees and were never mentioned beforehand
