I was recommended here by a loyal customer so that’s what made me go. Never been to this establishment before. I called on the phone and I was told that it was a $99.99 charge to diagnose my car and if they fix the problem the $99.99 would go away. When I got there I was told my car needed Freon. Because of the car I have, I was told Freon would be $500. Once I agreed to let them fix it, now all of a sudden I need a new compressor for over $1400. They charged me for putting Freon in my car which did not make a difference and my AC still did not cool down after getting the Freon. I called and explained how I had to pay more money to still fix their problem and in the end I did NOT need a new compressor! I would not be back to this overly priced, looking to get money out of people establishment!

The entire staff at BRAKE WORLD are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They are competitively priced and are quick and efficient. If your vehicle needs service and you ask for an approximate time of completion, you get an honest answer!

Highly recommend brake world. You can come to this place with your mind at ease. The shop was very clean and the costumer service was very nice. The mechanics were very knowledgeable. Their prices where more than fair. The BMW dealership was going to charge me $550 dollars for my service package of Oil Change, Coolant Flush, Brake Flush and Power steering flush. They charged me $250 for the same great service and they did it in 2 hours. Thank you brake world for being a great company and respecting the value of a hard working dollar.

I decided to take my 2015 BMW 328i to Brake World based off their very positive reviews. They were the upmost professionals and are very honest about the work they do. Most places including the dealerships will up charge on basic services like oil change, brake pads and rotors but not here. I would highly recommend my friends and family to get their car serviced there.

Just left and I had to stop and make sure I gave them a review. I had a nail in my tire and had to rush here cuz I wouldnt have made it to work. They are efficient and work quickly. We are so happy to have found an honest mechanic. We have been using brake world the last few years and could not be happier. They are fair, well priced and most of all honest. Just recently we were quoted a repair price of 1600 dollars at the ford dealership to replace an air conditioner evaporator. Thankfully I brought the vehicle to brake world for a second opinion. Turns out we had a bad fan motor. 400 dollars and all fixed.

We went in for rear brakes on my 2016 expedition. Found it also needed front.Total bill $360. I had brakes put on my Ford F-150 at Ford dealer $420 for just the rear.Eli went above and beyond. Called to approve work before it was done. I will recommend Eli and his team in the future.

8/10/16 Great Experience ! I felt both me and my Jeep were well cared for ! The guys at Brake World, 1213 N. St. Rd-7 in Royal Palm are honest, friendly, and provided a reasonable estimate.My brake needs were extensive, because my 1995 Jeep Wrangler is a real rust bucket underneath, and I knew it was going to be pricey beforehand. I felt the eatimate was fair, and my Jeep was ready when projected. Everything was severely corroded, and needed to be replaced completely. Turn around was faster than I guessed it would be. (Less than 2 days).Because of the overall poor condition of my Jeep due to age&rust, the technician noted and suggested additional repairs, which Eli explained over the phone.I felt the integrity of my Jeep, and MY best interests were important to these guys.The overall experience was very impressive !Well done guys, thank you for all your hard work !-Brian

Very Pleased. Great service, communications, and mechanics that convinced me that they know what theyre doingI brought my 1968 Plymouth Road Runner there for a brake system overhaul. Its the original system with drum brakes around the car. They ordered the parts ahead of time, had to order a few more due to unplanned problems, and the results were great. Accidentally walked through the wrong door. Looked at reviews for next door. Anyhow AC went out in my pick up. Didnt call, stopped in. They had plenty of work going on already. Maybe I hit it just right with timing, but they took me right in. I had attempted to change ac myself as I had before but it wouldnt take. Turns out condenser and fan clutch both out. I have been using Brake World for years. They earned my business when my cream puff 1995 Jaguar XJS was diagnosed with multiple issues by the dealership, with an estimate approximating $10k. I was deciding whether to sell the car to CarMax or drain all the fluids and put it in my living room as artwork when my nephew suggested that I call Moty at Brake World. Moty found that some of the issues identified by the dealer were not present, and he also discovered some issues that the dealer missed. All told, he had the car perfect and purring again for a FRACTION of the dealer’s price. As I like to say, he saved this car’s life. I have been using Moty ever since, with all of my cars, even though his shop is not close to my home...the perfect blend of honesty, expertise and fair prices make it worth the trip.

Brought these guys a NITEMARE!... Plain ole replace the pads on a Trailblazer project...Parts were bought from a major parts outlet with warranty replacement of all major brake parts..YES, it took them a while to get to everything straight and get this ole beast on the road again but BRAKE WORLD came through with flying colors! These guys suck and are rip off criminals. I was ill at the time and did not have a clear head what they were doing until I was caught in their trap. My car was new and it only needed pads but talked me into rotors. the rotors were cheap defective ones and made the car wobble when the brakes applied. long story short, 3 years and 3 rotor replacements later and a lot more money, it finally worked properly. Stay away! Scumbags are better. I wish I could put a minus rating on this. They will rip you off!

Got my brakes done and ever since then I have been about 3-4 times so they can re do them because my brakes are screaming. After speaking to the owner and he drove my car he immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. I have not had a problem since.

This company gets a lot of business because they advertise in the local coupon saver mailers (which was how I found out about them). Unfortunately the quality of service they offer is extremely poor.Having been there a number of times now, mostly for oil changes but also a brakes service, I can say a few things without question. The owner can be quite rude to customers and downright condescending. Customer service skills are severely lacking. Also, be prepared to wait an extremely long time for a basic oil change. Were talking well over an hour in several instances. People in the waiting room complaining.Dont let yourself get snookered in by the coupons. Go with one of the other local auto service places before this one.

I needed a Rack and Pinion system, and a new Alternator. I priced out this job with Tire Kingdom, Tire Plus, and Bill Tyson Auto repair. I chose Brake World on State rd. 7/441, because you deal directly with the owner, Moty Morad. His price was the best of the 4( and I compared specific apples to apples with each). He was excellent to deal with, and has a few very qualified mechanics.Bottom line getting a great price, plus the advantage of dealing direct with the owner is a win-win. Will be my new place to get all my Auto services and repairs done.

Great place to have your car repairs done

Mi wife pay for rotors and pads for the car they said they change it and suddenly I drove the car and was making a wear noise she took the car again and they fixit apparently and the car was doing the noise like metal to metal on the brakes. I went with her and they said was the rotor wasnt good . And have to leave the car again . Still not good theare is a noise but you can not take the car every day to mechanic for other one because of money and time they should review there mechanics knowledge .Allso I took mi car because of a skuiging noise on the motor the said was time belt and some alse I paid to fixit and the car keeps doing the noise I went to let them know he pribe some inside the engine and he said should be ok but did not then I took the car again and now he said is the puller was broke . I dont trust this shop.

I wouldnt recommend this company if my life depended on it. I took my car in for a routine brake replacement and they FAILED TO SECURE 2 OUT OF 4 LUG NUTS ON MY TIRE!!!! I called them after taking my car into my mechanic and he alerted me to this MASSIVE OVERSIGHT. The owner and his wife were beyond disrespectful, basically telling me it was my fault for not noticing THEIR negligence. Think twice before you take your car here!
