This was by far the best and most stress-free experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop! When I called, Bob was friendly and accommodating. They have a user-friendly system in place that is texted to you, making scheduling and initial paperwork efficient and simple. Their weekend hours are incredibly convenient, and despite me dropping my car off in the afternoon on a Saturday with little heads up, they were able to evaluate and communicate my issue impressively fast. In the end, my car troubles were tire-related, and their tire guy wasnt in at that point late on the weekend. Bob directed me to a convenient tire shop so I could find a same-day solution, but not before going above and beyond. They rotated my tires for free, assessed my power steering fluid, and communicated the order of importance for replacing each of my tires. I am honestly blown away by the kindness, integrity, efficiency, and communication of Bill Tysons Auto Repair team. I will be recommending it to all of my friends in the area.

When I had my car in for brakes all around and a/c check in May, the cost was reasonable and the customer service was outstanding!When my check engine light came on ( not blinking, but still 😲) last weekend, I called and he said just drop by and Ill put the diagnostic on it and he did....no charge....just to be sure Id be okay.Fantastic and reliable...will send a tow truck to pick up your car and bring it to the shop no charge.

I met John when I got to the shop he was very polite and I felt at ease immediately since this was for first visit during the day he kept in contact and explain the problem so I understood what was happening. I also appreciated that he not only fixed the problem but also showed me some other things that I had to keep on eye on. He was honest to say not urgent but needed to be done at my next oil change. Extremely knowledgeable and communicative. I took my car in on two separate occasions, once because of an unknown electrical issue and another time because I needed a new master cylinder. Both times they got my car back to me within a day which was important for me.

My wife car would not start. I have been having the issue for a week, jumping her car and even buying a new battery. It would not start again while she was at work, so I jumped and we took it to Billy Tysons. They were very professional and kept me informed of what the possible problem could be and once they knew (it was the starter) they replaced the starter within two hours. They filled all the fluids, removed a nail that was in the tire, and even delivered the vehicle to my house in Loxahatchee. Great customer service.

AND.....Mercedes no longer can provide either keys nor fobs for my year MB.I don’t know how Loyalty did it, but everything up and running within a short time.The Mercedes blog constantly states even a locksmith can’t generate the necessary code. Let me start off by saying WOW. Bob and his crew are so sincere and trustworthy. I have been going back and forth between two mobile mechanics for 2 weeks now. After one changed my alternator and the other re installed my battery they both gave up on the car when they realized it still wouldnt drive. Before finally giving up and junking the car, I called one more shop to see if they could help. Thank goodness, I came across this one. They came bright and early Monday morning to pick up my car, diagnosed it, and let me know what was going on that day. Even worked with me on the price! By Wednesday afternoon my car was ready to be picked up. Bob is so sincere, I felt like I was working with a sibling or parent of mine. He let me know some things he would and wouldnt fix. What he would do with the car if it were him etc.. hes just an all around honest guy. As you can see I can go on and on about my experience, so Ill just leave it at this. I have used Bill Tyson’s for a number of years. However yesterday and today they proved even more awesome than ever. Our diesel truck refused to start when my husband and I came out of the doctors office in Wellington. I called AAA and they said their tow truck could be there in 3 hours and they would bring it to a shop on their list (one which didn’t work on diesels!). I called Bill Tyson’s and their tow truck was there in 30 minutes. Our truck was repaired by 1:00 the next day and they are delivering it back to Loxahatchee!!! THAT is phenomenal service. Thank You!!!

Not only did they incorrectly diagnose the problem with my car, but they thought they would try and charge me an additional $1600 to “fix it” the second time around. Thank God I took my car in elsewhere for another review, turns out the spark plugs he “changed” were still the original spark plugs. The camshaft that he originally installed was installed incorrectly and was not what was causing my problem. Then he decided to knock down the price from $1600 to $1200 and then for free!? Did not trust them enough to give them another chance, and currently in a dispute battle with my credit card company! What a headache, oh and instead of him just fixing the problem the second time around they spent 6 hours trying to force Kia to do the work themselves, as if they were doing me a favor, even though I told them I didn’t want that dealership touching my car in the first place, and that was why I brought my car to Bills, and I only know this because Kia called me and started talking to me about my car and it’s warranty as if I was aware the whole time they were communicating. Not sure if this is normal in the car world but I never gave either one of them authority to talk about my account with each other. It made me extremely uncomfortable. Seen some good reviews here but my experience was less than pleasant.

Worried about being a female and having my car worked on and being taken advantage of. very surprised to find after a thorough inspection of my vehicle they found a engine fuse blown as why it wouldnt start - it turned out to be a frayed wire they dealer told me i needed a computer and a huge estimate, they fixed it here in a couple days and it was so much cheaper i had them do some maint as well.. so glad i took it to tysons!!

Having the car suddenly break down is always stressful. This experience of having it repaired was by far the easiest and smoothest. On the phone Bob Connors told us what to expect in terms of timeline, and was upfront about the car not being looked at until the next day. He suggested we get home if we can, and it is safe to do so, so that were not stranded...which we did, limping home with an SUV that kept stalling at red lights. A flat bed tow truck picked up the car the following morning, and took it to the shop. We were told what was wrong (by phone), how long it would take to repair (same day), and how much it would be (reasonable). In the afternoon the car was dropped off, and we were able to go on with our life. For what is usually an unpleasant and stressful occurrence, this was a GREAT experience!!!

Super friendly and professional! Id run over a metal bumper the day after Id gotten the car (just my luck) and was stressed about having to pay for major repairs since my front bumper was sliced open. Bob (front desk/owner?) was very nice and assured me that I wouldnt be paying for anything unless there actually was an issue with my car (and thank god there wasnt). As a courtesy he didnt even charge me for the inspection which I greatly appreciate. 10/10 reccomend this place.

The night before I was leaving to go out of town on a trip my AC went out with temperatures expected close to 90. I called Bill Tyson’s to see if they could work me in on a Friday to repair my car. They got me registered and told me they could pick up and drop off my car for no charge the next morning. The mechanics here are very helpful and professional.I brought in my Honda Odyssey because the engine light was coming on.After the diagnose John, the mechanic replaced all six coils which were all bad and still the engine light came on again. Just to make sure they ordered original Honda coils and replaced them again with no extra charge and the problem was solved.Now the engine is purring like a kitten again.Thank you guys for an excellent job performance!👍

Now that Im am in West Palm and the 441 location is right around the corner its the perfect solution. They are always honest and do not try to sell you things you dont need. I highly recommend them!

Joe and his team are amazing. I checked out a few other car shops in the area for availability and pricing. Bills won me on both, same day drop off and picked up next day, with very fair pricing. I Originally went there for a oil change and to check out on some rumbling I was having on the wheel. I had an idea of what it could be and sure enough I was right. I needed new tires and brakes. The mechs also found that I had a leaking oil pan and needed some extra maintenance that was necessary but not urgent. The full job was above my budget so Joe was nice enough to help me decided what could wait and what should be done asap. After I approved of the job I was kept informed all throughout. When my car was ready I was conveniently given a text and processed payment by phone. They were even nice enough to chnage out my fluids for free! And even discounted my tire rotation. For anyone looking for honest, well priced car mechanics this is the place!

Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me informed the entire process. They picked up my car and dropped it off for me . They blow everybody else away. In my opinion there should be a line out the door to have them do ur wk . 5 stars not enough

Update to the review below because need to give them a 6th star. Since the last review We have done much more work: (Alignment, transmission tune up, oil change and new break for my wife’s car.Last week 4-29-21 got a screw on my tire and called to make an appointment for a patch. Spoke to Bob and he said to bring it in as it was on the house for any patch that was needed. When I arrived, the screw in my tire did not pierce through the rubber and no patch was needed. Got all my tires filled to proper pressure and went on my way. Very nice of them offer a patch even before Looking at it. If you need honest service, go to Bill Tyson’s.—-—————————————————————————-New to the area and was looking for a local shop to care for my truck. Made an appointment to check on my breaks because it was squeaking in the mornings. They took the car in checked it out, drove it and returned the keys saying “ You got plenty of life left in your breaks, but you shouldn’t spend the money now to replace them.” I was pleasantly surprised about the honesty when they could have easily taken my money. I am now making an appointment for oil change and some other modifications I want them to install. As for the squeaking breaks. It has to do with the moisture on cold breaks in the early mornings.I am very happy to have found Bill Tysons repair shop.

Bob was honest and reliable. I wanted to find a place I could trust. He told me what I needed did not try to sell me other things. I will use this garage again anytime. My car was clean, repaired and they even pulled out my dented bumper without being asked and at no extra charge. The tow truck driver was great he was very very helpful. He helped me out when he didn’t have toJust took care of the situation and went on his way!!!
