Went in for an oil change. Service advisor Pete Wyman was very helpful. Greeted me as soon as I drove up. This was my first time coming to Southern 441 Nissan. Very prompt and courteous service with a smile. 😊

Poor customer service, raised price of an oil change without explanation. Did not even do complimentary things like air in tires/running it through the car wash. Used to take coupons (even when expired) or at least offer a teacher discount. No response from service manager when I attempted to email/call.

I have been doing business with Southern 441 Nissan for about eight years now. Even though I have recently moved hours away from this dealership, I still came back (one last time!) to buy a car. Also, it is the primary reason I will have the vehicle services done at a closer dealership to me now.The dealership is fantastic and the entire staff is second to none. In particular, Julio Gonzales, as my salesman, always goes above and beyond to fill my needs with whichever car I choose. The business office is very thorough and always makes sure I understand everything about my purchase before anything is signed and always explains the details while I am signing documents.

My Family and I have been going to this dealership for our cars for years. Ive just decided I wanted to trade in my 2017 buick with very low mileage and they only offered me 11k and thats with their so called help. I went to another dealership and they offered me 3k more than what Nissan offered. They had me fill out an online credit application to discuss possible financing options which they said they had all of my information then and there to then tell me I have to come in to talk about it. Even with their help, it still seemed to be extremely difficult to even talk about options. A salesman had me drive half an hour because he couldnt discuss possible options over the phone. as soon I got there he had me test drive the car I was interested in, just to tell me I have no chance of getting the car any time soon unless I put 3k or more of down payment ontop of my trade in. Ive never wasted more time trying to get a car than I did that day. Ive gotten two cars from this dealership and it was never this difficult. They also dont honor their 3 day love it or exchange it policy or their refer a friend/family. The two best salesman that were the most helpful were David and Hector. Its unfortunate theyre not there anymore. Definitely use KBB for trade in offers/ideas because these people will lowball you.

So I called multiple Nissan dealerships because my car had a recall. After trying 3 other dealerships who were too busy or knew nothing, I called Southern 441 and they told me I didn’t even need an appointment; just come in. Pete Wyman was more knowledgeable and friendly than anyone I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to anyone I know. Phenomenal Experience!

So I pulled up to the dealership telling them my upfront price that I was looking for($16,000) they told me they only had 3 cars available and the salesman kept on telling me the entire time he doesnt like wasting time but that is exactly what he did. I narrowed it down to one car which he said was 17,000 which I was okay with until it was time to sign papers. He and the manger upped the price to 23,000 which I politely declined. I went home to only see that same exact car on their website for ($16,277). So if you guys go there make sure you have the VIN number ready. I could have went back but there is no way they are getting my money after trying to rip me off.

Currently waiting a hour or so for an additional key fob and there’s still “a process” that hasn’t been done yet. Never had to wait more than 15-30mins for a replacement before at other dealerships. Also my car wasn’t checked in for at least 15minutes after I relinquish it to them. If you like to wait around for quick tasks then look no further this is your Nissan dealer!Edit:they never got me a replacement key, told me to come back another day, and that took an hour and a half. Good job! Efficient!

I came here today to simply look at my options but ended up leaving with a car. Theyre strong headed here, but determined to get you a good deal. We definitely made these guys sweat a bit and the GM had to close the deal. Im a first time buyer and they wanted to ensure my success with a new car that I LOVE!

As a “Hard to Impress- customer” I should admit I was quite impressed with the service department!I booked my service appointment for Saturday morning and the check-in process was quick. The courtesy shuttle showed up in few minutes and my entire experience was very efficient and pleasant without wasting too much time! My overall time for the entire service was not even 10 minutes! I went in to have 4 new tires installed and Pete Wyman took care of me. This man is absolutely AMAZING! He provides such great customer service and always kept me informed and up to date on the status of my vehicle. He also informed me of my rear breaks needing to be replaced because they were low and showed me the measurements. He informed of a break special and I agreed to have the work done. The only dealership Ive ever heard refusing to tell you the price of a vehicle the GM has emailed me still cant get the price. Its a joke. They want to run your credit so they can charge you more and act like their helping you out.

Everything was excellent until the actual delivery. It was scheduled for 11:30 am which gave me plenty of time to be shown how to actually work the features on the car. However,  delivery did not show up until 12:40 and, as I had a 1pm appointment,  was not shown how to do things. I am still trying to figure out how to turn on the radio, adjust the air conditioning,  use the maps, etc.

The truck has done fine every time at you company. Glad your company has been fine with the few things that have to be fixed

When I picked up my car for a recall I was told it was inspected & up to date. As I was driving and needed my windshield washer fluid I had none! I had to stop and buy some. Was also told myCar was washed which I know now it wasn’t as the same spider web was still in the side mirror. Also I had to call to see if it was ready. I was not called. I hope I have a better experience next time.

This was my first visit to this dealer for service. I went there to see Pete. I followed Pete to this dealer because he is the best in the business. Pete does a great job, really cares about the costumer and makes sure the costumer is always happy. The facility was top notch. Looks really clean, great waiting area and excellent service.

Purchased a brand new 2021 nv200 van from them, the van till now has had ants, also never received the enhanced package that they said was included in price of an additional 1700 . I have reached out to dealer and I still to this day not gotten any response.I personally would not recommend them, customer service is terrible.

Southern 441 Nissan literally put 4 inquiries on my credit to quote me a ridiculous price and then would not give my keys back to me when I attempted to go out to my car because they were trying so hard to convince me to buy a way overpriced car. UnnfortunatelyIt took me over two hours to get out of there because I wasted 30 minutes trying to guess a price of the car because the finance mgr thought that was the way to go. First dealership I went to because I heard good things.. not so much

I have been a customer of that location since before the change of management. Great location, friendly staff and Great customer service but I doubt that I’ll be going back because of a few issues arising from tech workmanship. The vehicle has developed issues after a service was suggested and then performed.

In within the last year I purchased a 2020 Nissan Armada, which car my family loves. The management like Chris and sales person Julio, were amazing. I’ve been going to Nissan Dealer for five years every 5000 miles to my versa and every time is more money and more money and more money and they want to change everything in your car without need it, for them everything needs to be replaced, everything they had told me I have not done it yet, and my car still running fine and no lights on check engine soon is on.they just do the work without telling you the prices went up. So when the job is done and you are informed how much is the bill, You almost faint because the bill is so expensive.A least if they let you know in advance how much is going to be you got to choose if you wants to continue with the service or not.I not coming back I have two cars I’m not coming back I’m going to find somebody else who can take care of my cars and myself Customer Service is terrible, they don’t listen to you they don’t care even though you try to talk to them they just don’t care they already charged your card, and the supervisor is worklessI’m done, done, done with this dealer

The service center is absolutely without organization and has no regards for its costumers. Had an appointment for an oil change at 11, they said it would take up to 2 hrs, at 1 o’clock, I asked if my car was ready, they said almost. At 2:30 I asked again, they were just going to start on my car.

Bought a new nissan sentra sr. Jake is awesome and provided great service.

I brought my car in for a service for a recall. I also got an oil change and tire rotation. Those things went fine. I asked for the car to get cleaned and washed . This is where it was unsatisfactory. The outside was barely cleaned and they didn’t do anything to the inside. I also waited on the car wash to be done another day because it wasn’t done while the car was being serviced the first day, they kept it until the next day with the promise that it would be done in the morning. I know it’s a complimentary service, it should should still be done well or put to the same standards the dealership puts into everything else.

If you want a good car for a great price go to Southern 441 Nissan and ask for Leah. I went in with my husband hoping for one specific car but came out with a better one. Leahs goal at her job is to make sure you are happy not only walking in but even happier walking out. Not only did she find a great car for my husband but she also found a car for me. Yes it happened, she found me MY dream car with my favorite color. Perfect car to start our future family. Thank you Leah for helping our car dreams come true.

This is NOT our first Nissan; we already own a 2010 Altima, and we needed to replace a 2nd high mileage car. While we did test drive a number of competitors, Nissan was clearly the best choice!The salesman, James Hunter III, was knowledgeable, despite being newer at the job. He didn’t try any of the high pressure tactics that usually happen when you purchase a car.His manager, while trying to use the normal sales tactics, eventually gave us an excellent deal on a new vehicle. The process from start to finish was about 3 hours.The only issue was that the car had damage to one of the bumpers before I took the vehicle home, hence 4 stars instead of 5…Nissan has promised the bumper will be replaced with a new bumper, and as of the writing of this review, Nissan has the car at their body shop.

My battery had stopped working randomly, I needed a jump just to get my kids to school. I called and they told me to come in right away. I was able to get my battery replaced and one of my tires replaced with relatively no hassle. My tire had been giving me issues for months but I couldn’t find any nails and so I kept filling it up and after a few weeks I’d get the notification that it was getting low again. They were able to find the flat head nail that had actually punctured a slit into my tire. I’m surprised it lasted as long as it did like that and wanted it replaced for the safety of my kids. Always pretty painless and I always come to this location. There is no trying to sell me the sun and the moon, just what I actually needed. My service person was Xavier and I most definitely recommend.

The service was good. They even washed my car. The only thing I had an issue with is the the service representative chose decline on all recommended services without even asking me. When I came in he asked me about a tire rotation and I told him no, because I had just had that done. Apparently he assumed that if I didnt want my tires rotated I didnt want anything else. So I took the recommendations to another auto repair to review and get needed repairs done.
