We were there on a Sunday and it was packed of course. They did a pretty good job of keeping the buffet stocked and tables cleaned off. They could use a remodel or a major clean up of some kind though, it looks and feels a little dingy in there, especially in the gameroom where its kept pitch black. The kids had a good time.

Always fully staffed. They are following guide lines for covid protection better than most restaurants . Always seems clean, and they have a great management staff always willing to do the extra for their customers.

This place is okay, kids love it and the food is not that bad. From what ive seen workers r pretty good bout picking up and cleaning up right away after people r done eating to sanitize. Kind of hard to sit 6feet apart during the weeknd when its so busy.

The place is nice and clean and I want to say thank you to one specific person I just dont remember her name. I came here for my daughters nine year old birthday party and it was crowded in the TV room so I asked to get a private room.I thought it was going to be impossible but she came through and help me out!!🤩🤩🤩 We end up getting room 6 and she did a wonderful job and helping us set up the tables and with the cake

I have a son that is autistic he loves going to gattiland but more on his birthday he is 20 years old but he loves going to Gattitown on his birthday

Great place to take the kids. Way better than Chuck e cheese. Prizes are more obtainable so the kids really enjoyed it. Food was better than average buffet food and the movies while eating are a great bonus. I will definitely take my kids there again.

I used to come here as a kid with my family and I came here for the first time with my husband and I loved it just as much as I did before!

$25 for 2 people for buffet and drinks without any games. Kid booster chair was dirty looks like it hasnt been wiped in a while. Changing station in the restroom had food crusted on it also. Pizza tasted like it was frozen before. Salad bar was decent.

There wasnt any food other than 3 pizzas out at 4. And most of the games were being repaired or out of order while we were there. They did have frozen 2 playing and it was clean from what i could see but there should be a way to spray games before we play them with sanitizer or something.

Took the kids here because it was one of their birthdays. They loved it and had a great time.

THIS PLACE IS NASTY! We walked in and it smelled like mop water. Hadnt been since they changed it from Gattiland to Gattitown and we will NOT be going back. Zero cleanliness. Zero pride in the establishment. Food was burnt yet undercooked.... how does that happen?? Not a clean highchair in the place and the front staff seemed annoyed when I asked them to clean one. Had to look at numerous tables to find a chair with an intact seat cover that wouldnt snag my clothes.DISGUSTING.

Salad bar was small, but good. When my son requested a buffalo chicken pizza, they said it would be a few minutes (which is fine) but when they said it was ready they gave him a spinach alfredo pizza. I hear her say heres your buffalo pizza So Im not sure she knew anything about any kind of food. We never got a buffalo pizza.Taking away a star because isnt in the email and never got a response!

Will always be GattiLand to me! Brings back childhood memories. Crispy thin pepperoni is the best. Adequate salad bar. Since the pandemic they’ve cut back on quantity but that is not their fault.

I was a guest at my nephews birthday party, but everything went well and the rest rooms are clean! Although, some of the games were a bit pricey and a bit overcharged.

I get theres not a lot of customers coming in at certain times, but when its a buffet of pizza, youd expect more variety than just two. Sitting at the Theater table to watch a movie while eating seemed like a good idea until you look at the table and the wall youre next too. So disgusting and just looks unsanitary to be around.

Salad bar is full and clean. Pizza area was pretty empty. Game room only had 2 employees which made the wait to purchase a game card extremely frustrating. Yes theirs a card game machine but it was down.

Its a nice place to take the kids to have some fun when there is not a pandemic going on. Gattistown used to be a super clean, fun and delicious pizza place we couldnt wait to take my daughter too, but either they are lacking management or they just dont care. Customer service needs work, the pizza bar can use variety, it needs major work when it comes to cleaning ( we actually had to clean our own tables), bathrooms lack service, and my biggest concern is there are NO Covid19 safety procedures practiced. We saw many people inside,no one practicing social distancing at all, the tables are packed so technically youre eating with a neighbor, no desinfecting of any tables, I had to start cleaning our tables and then ask someone if we can get someone to help ( I saw young people cleaning tables with the same rags after that), there was one person walking around with a spray bottle, but no disinfecting of any games after they were touched by so many people and people just touching pizza and other food handles without disregard for the virus. We felt so uncomfortable, I had to tell my kid and her friend we had to leave. We thought that because is a place for kids they were extraordinary measures being followed when it came to covid19 procedures, especially if they want to stay open, but no, it was a disappointment and couldnt wait to get out of there even with the short time we were there. We probably wont come back!

Good food, great games. All games worked, food was hot and drinks were full. Arcade was clean and there was plenty of plates and silverware.

I loved coming here as a kid but the pizza tastes sad and the tables are old. Good service, but you can tell this place is old.

Ive always loved Gattiland (now called Gattitown) since I was a youngin. We had not been since covid hit and the changes were interesting. They gave us each our own tools to pick up the pizza, as to not cross contaminate the handles. Silverware was individually wrapped and drink cups were given out as needed (no longer stacked by the drink station). There werent very many people so groups were sitting about 4-8 tables apart, more than enough social distancing space. The workers were chill and helpful. They also had a new pizza that was a smore and it blew my ever loving chocolate craving mind. The marshmallows were perfectly toasted and it tasted like summer and campfire. We didnt check to see if the game room was open, we figured it would be closed. Would 10/10 always recommend.

Food is descent for a buffet. They are doing a good job of protecting customers by switching out utensils. Wish there was more sanitizer throughout the game room. Game Machines in better condition than they have been. Toy options mediocre but that is typical of places like this.

My wife and I took our son there for a kids party,upon arriving we were greeted so friendly and properly. The gaming area even had indoor bumper cars and I went back to my Astroworld teenage years. Thanks for the experience. U guys r great

Buffet pizza, salad bar, pasta & desserts with a large gaming area. Always crowded every time we go. They cant seem to keep the pizza stocked and they run out of plates and forks. How hard is it to order more plates and utensils? This place is poorly managed.

The Gatti town is always a fun experience for the kiddos. Food is usually fresh and an employee is always around cleaning up spills promptly.if the pizza has been out for a while you can order something fresh. Very few games are out of order the only con is that the seating areas are usually pretty dirty but if you ask them to clean up, they’re usually on it. Wednesday kids 10 and under eat free so it’s always nice to have an all you can eat option for these hungry kids!

Great Experience, food was Great, service was Great. The Best Mac n Cheese in a place like that, usually its Runny and Tasteless, but thiers was Very Creamy and tasty. I also liked that they would make a pizza to order as long as they had the Ingredients.

Very disappointing and concerning for the following reasons: social distancing was not practiced nor enforced; wearing masks was not enforced; there were only a few sanitation stations and they were not replenished; and they had the thermometers but were not checking temperatures. The only positive thing is that they gave every person their own spatula to pick up pizza and their on utensil for the salad bar.

If I could give this location a 0 rating I would. We were there for a lunch buffet with the kids. My husband and I both got their wilted green salad, figuring we could pick out the old stuff, but the worst of it was the egg salad, it was literally inedible. It was stringy and chewy like rubber. We could not chew through it. I told the staff about it, figuring it was just old eggs. I was told that that was the way it was. I talked to the manager today and he said it was due to COVID and having to use frozen eggs instead of regular hardboiled. I honestly just wanted a credit on the two meals that we couldnt stomach, but he was unwilling to work with me. He wanted to give me a voucher, but we honestly dont plan to go back. Its unfortunate that he was unwilling to credit $16 off my $72 purchase. Again, never again. I can get much better quality food for much less elsewhere.

Pleasantly surprised. First time going there and just had the buffet but were impressed with the quality of the food (being a buffet). I think the difference is the staff constantly keep checking on the buffet and keep things fresh. They seem to care quite a bit and it showed. The game room was impressive. They have three dining rooms to fit different audiences: one for kids with a movie always rolling, one for adults with sports on the screens and another on that had a quieter atmosphere.

Clean, keeping it safe for everyone. I like that they let us self serve and provide clean utensils everytime we get food. Staff is friendly and attentive. My kids always have fun here!

This pizza doesn’t taste the same as the one in Odessa,TX it’s weird and the pastas as well and they don’t have nearly enough on the buffet line as back home does you would think a city that is twice as bigger would have better quality food than a small town does.

We took the 3 kids here on kids eat free Wednesday. It was pretty darn good. For each adult buffet you buy, you get a free kid buffet. The pizza was good, not great. But all you can eat! It was also super affordable. Of course the catch is the kids went to play games in their large arcade which costs money. We had fun. We will go back, probably again on a Wednesday. Oh, it was pretty packed with families so expect a bit of a madhouse atmosphere.

Gattiland is ok. It used to be so much more fun. I do enjoy the daily specials. Mom used to eat free on Mondays and I believe now it is just a reduced rate. They have lots of games. You can also eat as much as you want while inside the place.

Place was great just wish they had more games for little ones over all 10/10

It was nice, I liked how small it was. It wasnt overly crowded and just what we were looking for. However, they did not enforce the masks rule. I did not like that. Nothing was wiped down in between. They did provide hand sanitizer before you entered the play area. It was ineffective. I had recently just scraped my hand maybe 5 min prior and my hand did not burn from the sanitizer. So not sure what they used but it didnt work.

Celebrated my grandsons birthday here. Our host was very efficient and friendly. Transition from reserved room to the outer tables was easy. Food was ok. Salad bar was delicious and kids had an awesome time playing in the game room.
