I have taken my dresses to Linh twice now and she did a great job. However, this third time around I tried calling her to ask to bring in more dresses and her customer service was terrible. She just kept telling me that my prices were reasonable when I asked if she could give me a rough estimate and then I was trying to schedule a good day and time and she just said you can bring the dresses in and I will look at them okay, thank you and she hung up. I am very big on customer service and I had planned on continuing to bring my dresses and clothes to her to support her business but I will not tolerate rudeness especially when I am a previous customer. Linh, I don’t usually write many reviews but I felt very disrespected and disappointed as a previous customer of yours and I will give my business to someone else now.

Linh is great, I bought a suit on Friday evening and needed the pants hemmed and the waist taken in 3 inches. I found her through Yelp and the reviews gave me the confidence to contact her...not that I had much of a choice who takes a task like that on Saturday for delivery same day or Sunday??? Well lucky for me she did, I picked up my pants on Sunday and saved my bacon as I was able to take my interview on Monday at 10 AM. I even tipped her 50% of her ridiculously low fee for the rush service.

Just had six pairs of jeans repaired and hemmed (perfectly good, and expensive but have not been able to wear). Miss Linh is amazing!! She is super nice and her work is second to none... honestly, she really knows her craft! Thank you Miss Linh...Ill be going back 100%

I recently bought some heavyweight denim from a company called Naked and Famous. The fit is great but the jeans needed some stretching... I got over zealous with trying to stretch out the jeans and popped a stitch near the button fly! I took it to Lihn and she not only fixed the tear, she reinforced the other stitching around the waist and button fly! I am sure this wasnt easy as the weight of the denim is 21 ounces.

I called twice and left two messages. No one ever responded back. The first message was left on Good Friday. I assumed she might be closed and left the message saying I expected a call back on the Monday after Easter. Then I left another message on the Tuesday after Easter and didnt get a response. I can only assume this person is overwhelmed with work, but a phone call could have explained that situation. I was willing to wait.

Linh is growing her business quickly. This home-based alterations provider has a professional looking dressing area in the front of her home. When planning your visit, its imperative to call and schedule an appointment. Linh likes to take her time with her clients and its just awkward to be in her home while another guest is changing in her dressing area. I had her alter the waist on 3 pants and the hem on another. She was done in a few days and texted me that they were ready. Her price was very good. I will visit her again soon with other things I need adjusted.

Not only did Linh have his suit ready in the small time frame he had before flying home, it looked excellent on him after she tailored it.
