These guys were a pleasure to work with. I got multiple quotes and theirs came in on the lower end. However what really sold me was their customer service. They were super responsive about calling and getting me on the schedule. They took down a monster of a tree (100+ year old oak) and they did it in less than a day. He listened to my concerns and offered suggestions as to the tree work to be done. Erik was friendly and professional. Triple A gave me a fair price to remove 8 very large trees. All of which were within 21 of my house. On the scheduled day of work I watched this team operate like a well oiled machine. From the initial contact until the time I paid for the tree removal Erik and his wife were very professional, understanding of my needs, and was on time every time and the cost was very reasonable. On the day of removal his crew was courteous, hard working, and took great care not to damage lawn and shrubs. They could not use their heavy equipment, so they carried large pine trees from back of house to the road to chip them up. They went above and beyond in clean up. They removed dead branches and pine cones that were already there before they started the job. I cannot say enough good things about Erik and his team. Dont hesitate to use this company. AAA took out a huge Pine and another smaller tree. Big job. The workers did a very efficient and safe job. Impressed by the skill of the crew. Erik Miller and the crew led by Jaime at AAA did an excellent job of carefully taking down and hand-carrying out a dead 70 loblolly pine in our back yard. They also expertly pruned up our elms and magnolia in front. Cleanup could not have been better. Truly cared about their work. As an ISA Certified Arborist, Erik is deeply skilled and knowledgeable on how to care for trees (this mattered a lot for the pruning work!). Commercially, their insurance was all in order. Adding us to the COI was uneventful. Pricing was very competitive. EXCELLENT is the first word that comes to mind when I look at the outcome of the tree project that AAA, guided by Erik and Molly, accomplished for us. They arrived when they said they would, laid down plywood to not damage the lawn with their Bobcat, took down three very substantial trees, took down two smaller but still substantial trees, removed all the debris, and got all the work in our fenced-in backyard done without taking down the fence. They even put our backyard St. Francis statue off to one side to keep it safe during the work and put it back where it belonged when they were done.This was a big job, with the largest tree hanging over our downhill neighbor’s home. The stump for that one tree was over three feet across. I greatly respect the team for getting a lot of work done quickly and safely.The shorter version is that I was VERY impressed with the competitive estimate that Erik and Molly accomplished, similarly impressed with the crew they brought in to get the work done, extra-impressed at the quality of their work, and very pleased at how well they cleaned up after themselves. We had a few trees that appeared to have issues, so we wanted an Arborist to help advise us. Javier (owner) was really helpful in helping us determine a plan.These guys we safe and professional. This is a family working together, which is super cool.The are fully insured, have Arbor credentials, and their service was top notch, safe, and fast. Great company! In the last 25 years I’ve hired several tree removal companies and AAA Tree Experts is by far the best. I got 4 estimates and not only was their price lowest, they did more than the others said they would do. Javier and the crew were so nice and made sure we got the service we wanted. They did what they call a 360. All around the house got branches and limbs off the house and roof, took down 4 small trees, got it done fast and cleaned up and hauled off everything. I couldn’t be happier. We’re ready for winter and it cost us $500 - $800 less than the other companies wanted.

First impression....Professionals. These guys are not the johnny-jack legs that typically troll my neighborhood looking for tree work. AAA Tree Experts carry professional certifications (ISA) known for quality throughout the forestry/environmental industry and are also members of professional trade organizations. Their materials provided to me were professional in appearance and covered all my questions regarding business license, insurance, etc. The crew arrived on time and removed three trees and completed pruning above my roof within 1.5 hours. This was our second time using AAA. I submitted an online inquiry in the middle of the night, after a large limb fell in our yard. Erik called first thing in the morning, came right out to give a quote, and had permit in hand, all within just a few hours. Contracted work was done the next day, and they even came out on Saturday to take down an additional tree that we requested later.AAAs professional crew even helped out with some pretty specific requests to make use of the remains of our beloved trees (careful, straight cuts to specific sizes, and leaving a particular stump height).

This post has everything to do with how this company poorly handled the damage done to my vehicle by one of their trucks. I was driving north bound on 400 their truck had loose debris on the back of their truck that crashed into my windshield. I naturally contacted the company directly and provided pictures. Minutes later I received a call from the company stating “ I talked to the driver and the truck is empty, we aren’t responsible” then hung up. I’m extremely frustrated . I’ve filed a claim and contacted law enforcement to investigate. My windshield has tobe completely replaced and the cost far exceeds the normal cost for a replacement of this kind. I would never recommend this company based off this encounter alone... poorly managed and they take no responsibility for anything... by the way my calls and messages have STILL gone unanswered

I had one large river birch (bottom of the trunk over 3 in diameter) and 6 other medium size pines, sweet gum, etc. to be removed along with up-limbing numerous trees and cleaning out dead limbs and trimming on six fairly large hemlocks. I received 3 bids from the highest rated tree service companies in my area. While AAA Tree Experts werent quite the cheapest, they have an arborist (Erik Miller) who came out to provide a bid. I felt the most comfortable with him and his recommendations of what to do with my yard. He came across very knowledgeable, honest and not trying to up sell as the other two did. My neighbors on each side teamed with me to have some of their trees removed (one a very large pine tree) and up-limbing. AAA Tree Experts showed up with two crews (9 total working) on time (specified between (8:00 am and 8:30 am and they showed up at 8:10 am), and we walked the yard with Erik to review the scope. They began work immediately thereafter and were doing the final clean up at noon (both neighbors work as well). All work was performed professionally by dropping trees (limbs first) via ropes so not to damage other trees/plants/grass, etc. They then dropped the trees in sections from the top down, also via ropes. No damage was done to anything, and the clean up was very, very good. They are a class act and have their customers satisfaction as a high priority. The owner was present during much of the work, and the lead supervisor was outstanding. He walked the yard with me at the end of the project, and I was very impressed with their work, including the quality of it. They know what they are doing and were very efficient in pulling it off much quicker than I expected. I highly recommend AAA Tree Experts and will not hesitate to use them again.

Highly impressed from start to finish. My fiance and I are new to the Chamblee area and stumbled across AAA on Google after noticing a large hollow and cracking tree in our backyard. We decided immediately that this tree needed to go. We contacted them and expressed our concern as this tree was leaning toward our new home. Erik Miller and his wife Molly arrived same day and performed an Arborist assessment in order to approve the removal of the tree by City of Chamblee. Once onsite, Erik and Molly instantly realized this was an emergency and had a team of professionals working within the hour. The tree was approximately 70 feet high and 2.5 feet in diameter. They finished within 2 hours and left a neatly cut stack of wood in our backyard per my request. Not only did they not damage my yard, porch or home, but they also left the area cleaner than they found it. Our backyard is tight and has minimal margin for error when dropping limbs. I caught myself watching them through the window as the process and finesse in which they worked was truly impressive and, honestly, fun to witness. To top it all off, the job was very reasonably priced (this coming from someone on a tight budget who just bought a home, has an upcoming wedding, and a honeymoon to plan). I 100% recommend this company and service. I am generally a skeptic and difficult to please, but I literally do not have a bad thing to say about any step of the process.

For years my wife was pushing to cut back some of our trees. I loved those trees eventhough they were dying a branch at a time and so I didnt want do it. Finally AAA came and I took a very recalcitrant turn and said (small letters) ok. Glad I did it! The grounds look incredible. AAA did a fantastic job!

Extremely disappointed. When I expressed concerns about the work I was told, and I quote, “whatever it is you have a complaint about then I will direct you to the phone number of our Lawyer.”

I woke up to find a large limb had fallen off our maple tree in our front yard from an overnight storm. I call multiple contractors to bid out the work. Erik came out that morning and gave me a good price for the whole tree to be cut the next afternoon. He even offered to drag the limb on to my property while he was there since it had partially blocked my neighbors driveway. That really gave me confidence that he had my best interest in mind. Keep in mind, that this was all over the phone since I was at work. On my way home that same evening, I am surprised to see that he deployed a crew to my home and cut the tree down in less than an hour. Summary: Tree badly damaged, scoped out, and cut all the same day. Couldnt ask for better service!

We paid for our tree service in advance, and they never completed the work and never gave us the agreed upon refund. We called many times, and received many empty promises that they would come out and complete. We continually called to schedule a time, and they continually did not show up. We had to pay another company to do the work.

Called them up because of the good reviews. A guy named Phil came over in his Jeep Wrangler and in a pair of shorts like he was just back from a vacation, he took a quick look at my tree and gave the price of $575. Out of my surprise, he then asked if I can loan him $10 for gas since he came over in a hurry and left his wallet home. I thought that was weird and rare, but since he looked like a decent white guy so I empty all the cash Ive got in my wallet and gave him $8. To another surprise he said: You know what?!... he then crossed the $575 price out of the estimate bill and gave me a new price of $550 and left.I later contacted Erik (I guess hes the boss) to schedule the service on a weekend. He thought that was fine and will let me know the time. On Tuesday morning (before the scheduled weekend) Erik texted me and said that his crew was working around my area and wanted to get to my tree. I then had to called into work for a day off to stay home and wait for them. Later Erik, Phil, and a lady came looked around my yard first before ringing the door bell. I greeted Erik and he told me the tree is too big and they could not do it with their estimated price. I was a little frustrated so I told him Ill seek service elsewhere then. Erik then changed his mind and told me he will do it for that price and will contact me again for the weekend scheduling. I texted him on Friday of that same week to confirm that they will come on Sat, he ensured me Im on their schedule. Waited the whole Saturday, called and texted Erik in the evening but without a single response from him. He kept silent since then.My main disappointment was that I put my trust into them as I usually do with White folks. Perhaps, they dont give a damn about their reputation.Whatta shame!!

This company is a complete disgrace they are price gouging victims of the recent hurricane Florence.I would never recommend this company considering they would take advantage of people in a time of need 2,000 to remove a tree is astronomical and they should be ashamed!
