Mike and his team were great (despite the issues I had with the contracted closing attorney)! My home sell may have been a relatively small one for him but I did not get any inclination that he viewed it that way. I do believe he got me top dollar on my sale, as I had another agent give me a significantly lower listing price than what Mike suggested. The listing price was much higher than I expected, the highest anything had ever been listed at in that neighborhood, but just as Mike told me we had multiple offers the first weekend. Before I met Mike I had another local agent that I had used for four transactions, but I went with Mike because of his knowledge and confidence when we met. I know I will be using him again in the future and will recommend him to my family and friends.

Mike means well, but he’s pretty over extended and will not be able to dedicate the time necessary to market your property effectively & get the price you deserve.Some of the reviews on here are from his own employees & contractors -- Alan King being the Carpet Guy—that makes me pretty concerned.This was my experience—in an up market in a hot neighborhood, he could not move my property after 90 days on the market.Then he threatened to sue me for a commission after he couldn’t even sell the place. The worse part is that I had an inkling he just wanted to generate fees by getting his contractors in there to do outrageously high repairs and get incentives from them.I used another listing service and it sold within 45 days in the winter months. Other agents told me he’s a high volume shop, and he’s good at certain properties near Alpharetta but his team is over extended when it comes to selling properties outside that area. Good Luck !
