This review is based on my experience with agent Mimi Alexander. Mimi Alexander is not trustworthy and lacks integrity.I was only willing to pay 2.0% agent commission. After some back and forth, she said that your boss would only accept 2.5%. I again stated that 2.0% was my offer. She then said that she would refund me the difference after we close so I would only be paying the 2.0%. After the official closing, she told me that she had a showing and would meet with me later that day to give me the refund we agreed to. However, she stopped answering my calls and texts until I contacted her management, then she lied and denied that we had such an agreement. Buyers/Sellers BEWARE.

I want it to share with you my experience using this company trying to sell my asset. Having my property on the market for the last 2 months I experience odds events : multiple times bifold doors were removed, mud stains on carpet, not having access to my property and very pour communication from the agent.Initially the agent said it will be a $50 cancelation fee if I decided to brake the 3 months agreement, I called the broker and he jumped the fee to $150 saying if we continue the conversation over the phone the fee will go higher, because I can! Anyway, whoever want to use them I wish them lots of patience and good luck!

I must say that my wife and I could not have been happier with our experience selling our house with Rob Anthony and Dennis Henry.
