Every office location I step foot in for Metro Brokers is friendly, professional, and clean! North Fulton office has a ton of space and is easy to get to. It’s the perfect place to meet your Realtor to strategize and game plan for your real estate needs! To top it off they have an excellent and knowledgeable office manager (Paula) there during business hours. She and the other staff on site always take great care of anyone who walks in the door!

Best Home Buying Experience Ever! Noel Schenck is amazing. We were relatively new to the home buying experience, so we really didn’t know what to expect from a real estate agent. When buying a home, you are faced with so many diverse responsibilities and we really didn’t know which ones to ask Noel for assistance with, but we asked anyway. At points, I felt a little guilty asking her some of the questions I did because I assumed they were far outside of the actual responsibilities of a buyer’s agent. Many of our requests completely were. However, that did not once stop her from either assisting or, in most cases, taking over the whole responsibility herself. And she did so with a smile every single time. As an example, we have already completed the purchase of our home, so her job is done, yet she is still proactively working to find the ideal handyman to touch up a few things before we move in. I think I can best liken the experience to being back in the womb where every need was provided for no matter how helpless one may feel. She was just there for us at every turn.On a different side of her wonderfulness, she was not just there to get a home purchase completed and make a commission. She was there to make sure we found the perfect home for ourselves. One time, we were completely convinced on a home, but she saw reasons why it would have ended up not well suited for us, and she shared with us. She was completely right, and she talked herself right out of a commission. How amazing is that? Who does that? Not only does this speak to her honesty and kindness, but the reasons that she discovered also speak to her incredible knowledge of homes. She is very well versed in all the potential problems a home can have. Her knowledge is extensive in many areas. She knows what houses should be priced at, so we knew when there was a great deal. She is very familiar with the area and knows a lot about the plethora of subdivisions. Her connections are great. And she is tech savvy in her ability to instantly resource a wide variety of tools to get things done right away on her smartphone.Finding the right real estate agent is unlike shopping for services in almost every other industry. Most industries you get what you pay for, meaning you pay the most for the best people. With agents, it is totally different. No matter who you choose, they still get paid the same percentage. And if they do the job right, the best actually get paid less, because they can get you a lower price on your home with the right negotiation skills. So in going with Noel, we got the best there is for less.By the way, now she and her team at Metro Brokers is selling our old home. Again, we are getting the same exceptional service, knowledge, and value. Noel and Metro Brokers are an awesome team to have on your side.
