DO NOT USE THE COMPANY. I ONLY GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO TO BE ABLE TO POST THIS I dropped my wifes wedding ring off on the 22nd of march and picked it up on the 1st of May still not repaired. They have a 14 day guarantee so I waited the two weeks and didnt hear from them so I called and they said they were still waiting for the sapphire. Two more weeks went by and every time I called they were waiting for the sapphire to come in. I was finally told it would be ready on Thurs so I went down there on Friday and they said it still wasng ready and to come on Saturday before noon and they would have it. Well 9 mins before noon on Saturday they called and asked if I could just come on Monday to and they would have it and I told them no. Since they were open until four I wanted it by four. So four came and I went down there and when I walked in I noticed a guy looking around the floor for something well that something was the stone for my wifes ring that they say they lost. So he brings me the ring and says sorry we lost the stone and will have to reorder it and that will take another week. I old them no I would take it somewhere else. I have never seen a more unprofessional and unreliable business in my life. Do not use this company

Horrible and horrendous experience!I went to this place for the first time to replace the crystal and battery for my watch. Lady took my watch and told me that they have to send it to someone else for crystal replacement estimate. Didnt say how long and and how would I know, so I asked her about it and was told that some time later that week I will be getting a call.More than a week and still no call so I stopped by and even though I had a receipt they were unable to locate the current status. I was told that the repair person is in and out of the hospital hence the delay.While I do understand unfortunate situations but how about a call with updates to the customer? It is really not that hard, isnt it? I was told to wait another week or so for estimate.Again, more than a week and still no call so I stopped by and it turns out that my watch was already sent back by the repairer dont know since when but without any estimates for whatever reasons! No apologies or anything like that for all the inconveniences I suffered! I asked for the battery replacement and told $10!I have had enough at this point so I just left with my watch only to never return again or recommend this place!I was able to order 10 batteries off of ebay for just $2 and replaced it by myself.

A load of lies, went today at 5:30, they were god damn closed. The site says they close at 7PM, when they really close at 5:30PM weekdays and 4:30PM on weekends.
