DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!They are very rude and disrespectful and robbing folks. I took my gold bracelet into Brown & Co. to fix a broken link. They kept the bracelet for over few weeks and when I picked it up it broke again by the time I returned home. They would not give me back my money and I would not fix the bracelet. They did tell me that my bracelet was cheap and hollow and they can sell me a new bracelet. I have never been as insulted in my life. I would never go back to this place again. I hope anyone who reads this post dont waste your money and time with with this extremely bad business. I will be filing a BBB complaint today.

My husband and I are so pleased with the result of our custom silver bracelet Neal made for us! For 22 years my husband and I were looking for a certified jeweler to help make a custom bracelet with our different gem stones. The stones are from a North Carolina gem mine we stopped at while driving on a Blue Ridge Parkway vacation trip. We found the rocks while mining together and had them cut into the stones before we left the mine. After getting to know Neal, we asked him to help us make our bracelet. He thoroughly listened to how we described what we wanted. As Neal sketched the details of the bracket, he let us help design it too! That was very important to us. I believe he’s actually a watch repairman, because he told me that he could assist me with repairs if need be, but he was out on the sales floor when I came into the Roswell location. He did not hesitate to assist me in any way I needed. If he is not currently a salesman, he needs to be. He sized me, found the watch I needed, and he even went above and beyond finding different colors and designs that met and exceeded my expectations. He is the the Alpha to the Omega watches. I had a special request and Jenna Bolton handled it with ease. I needed a ring to propose with, and I was pretty certain we would bring it back, since my girlfriend hadnt help pick it out. I called it a rent a ring. Came back the next day and picked out an upgrade that needed to be sized. It was ready before we expected it. Brown Jewelers saved the day!

So when my then girlfriend and I came in to pick up my watch that was under repair, he very politely and professionally walked us through the options and what to look for when choosing an engagement ring. I left that first meeting feeling confident that I knew both the basic style she wanted as well as the attributes I wanted to include in a ring.As one who is never quick to make a purchase especially one this profound, Bob and I traded emails and phone calls for the next several months as I checked all the options and the competition. I got my first Tudor from Katarina. She shipped it to me even though I was an unknown customer. Went to visit them in November and had a very warm welcome! Excellent store with excellent collection of watches. Tags, Breitlings, Tudors and my second favorite brand JLC.Now waiting for the Rolex Submariner call!
