Very helpful in helping me design a ring around my late mothers wedding ring. Ring came out beautiful and will become a family heirloom. Also reset an existing diamond into a new setting.. was shown options I wouldnt normally have gravitated towards and with their experienced eye, provided a setting that most accentuated the beauty of the diamond. I have been having them work on my jewelry since 1999.

My wife wanted to have a new ring made from her first wedding ring and others. She picked it up yesterday and was so very pleased with how it turned out. I was at work and she texted me and said its beautiful!. When she got home and I saw it, I totally agreed, what a beautiful ring she has now. Kyle and his crew at Bullocks Jewelry are extremely talented at their craft, they are also extremely friendly, helpful and patient. We live close to 100 miles from Roswell but we will not hesitate to make the trip again should we have another jewelry related project. Five Stars are not enough.Happy Trails!

Late last week I went into the store to drop off a necklace that I broke the chain on. The crew at Bullock’s were so kind, attentive and professional. They assisted me with my issue and helped me find a solution to another issue I was having with the necklace. As a side thought, I asked if they would mind cleaning my ring while I was there. They gladly said that they would, and upon inspecting it first, they noted that my ring was missing a small diamond. I left both the necklace and my ring to their care, and I got a text a few days later saying my pieces were ready. The work was flawless, both pieces looked gorgeous - and then they informed me the charges were covered under warranty. It was work definitely worth paying for, and I would have gladly done so. But what an uplifting surprise to find out they were taking care of me as their valued customer. I would highly recommend the team at Bullock’s for their excellent care, superb customer service and expedient work. We will happily return and give them our business again and again.

They resized my wedding band ended up breaking it, lost a diamond on another piece and would not compensate, then when I took my antique ring in he told me it was costume jewelry that was worth $15. I got a second opinion and they showed me the 14k stamp and it appraised at $1800. Not happy at all.

Bought my ring at Bullocks 35 yrs ago and have always trusted them with repairs. This year I had my ring resized and upgraded. Bullocks did a beautiful job and communication between Kyle Bullock and my self was great . The design I had In my mind and what he came up with was perfect. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of Bullocks when we went to get me my first pair of diamond studs. I really like the option that they have of the upgrading items without having to pay the full amount, by just returning the smaller studs that I have, the amount that i paid for them would be applied to the new size! How amazing it that?! Super friendly staff! And i cant wait to get a custom ring from them!
