We recently realized that my sons baseball bat never arrived to the location for repair. We had been in close contact with the repair company about our item so did not initially track our package because we thought it had been received. However, later realized that the bat repair company never received our item and had been referencing an item of a customer with a similar name. When I realized our package was lost, I promptly reached out to UPS to begin an investigation. At the time, the customer service representative shared that they would begin the investigation even though it was past the 60 day window. UPS confirmed that the package was never delivered. However, they were unwilling to search for our item or reimburse us in any way for the item (or shipping fees) because it was past their 60 day window. I really cant understand how a delivery company can confirm they never delivered an item and thus lost the item, but not compensate their customers in any way. We are all very disappointed that my sons very expensive baseball bat was lost by UPS and they are unwilling to help us in any way. Not willing to try to find it or provide us with any compensation. We reached out to the local store and other UPS customer service representatives by phone. However, everyone shared that UPS policy provides not support to their customers after the 60 day window even when they are responsible for loosing their property. We will never use UPS again.

Very friendly and always prompt service here - whether sending something overseas, Amazon returns etc. cannot fault the team here.

I can’t recommend this location enough. This is hands down the best UPS store I’ve ever used. I’ve had a box here for over a year and go in almost daily to ship or pick up packages.Alex and Kendall are so helpful and have always taken care of me. The owner is super nice and helpful as well. They call you by name, take care of business, and are always in a good mood.Whatever they’re doing, they are doing it right and need to train other locations. Thanks guys!

Good service always helpful

My experience here was great and I had been using them consistently to send packages until they shipped my package to the wrong state. The birthday gift didnt arrive on time and I was informed that Id be refunded the shipping charges only to find out a month later that the shipment isnt guaranteed on ground...

Hard to believe there is only 1 employee working in this busy location. the location closer to my home in Dallas has 3 or 4 folks. Additionally, its July and the AC is off!

They have TERRIBLE service, I own a home business and I bring my own labels and the owner always treats me terribly because he does not make a profit off the labels I bring in. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION, today they told me to go to another location because I brought in my own box and label and asked to tape the box. This is the only location this occurs at, do yourself a favor and use another location.
