I have had multiple packages come to my house either opened or completely destroyed. Within the past year I have probably used UPS 12 times and 9 out of those 12 packages have been cut open like they have cut them open with a box cutter or ripped them open by hand and had packages come where you can see what was in the box cause not much was left of the box. Very very poor rating. I avoid UPS as much as I can. It has to be the Roswell location cause before this I never had issues with UPS.

Better than FedEx but thats not saying much

Anytime you see “expected delivery” date, you can almost guarantee it’ll be there the DAY AFTER. Even when item is on the truck for delivery, you can expect it a day later. So order in the beginning of the week or you’ll be waiting for Monday.

Drivers come out of the depot like they own the road. Terrible drivers and awful attitudes.

Customer service is not a concern when you have multi-million dollor contacts with huge corporations.

Dont make their guaranteed deliveries on Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday but who cares, right? Christmas can wait!
