I wish there was a way to give negative stars. Dr. Patel might be a good doctor dont know because of covid I wasnt allowed to go inside so couldnt see her treating my child.The administration of this place is really really bad. There were issues with my account and I kept calling billing for months and my call was never returned. Finally, after 5 months I actually come to the office to get that sorted. Then when i come here I find out that they had done treatment on my child that I wasnt informed about in advance.The nurse never communicated with me. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody ever. Try to avoid it at all costs.

WHEN YOU THOUGHT IT COULDNT GET ANY WORSE...I have in my hand a confirmation acknowledgement confirming the kids appointment. The next day they sent me a notice that they were cancelling the kids appointment because we didnt confirm it beforehand. So, we didnt go and asked that our records be prepared for transfer. No to add insult in injury they are billing us for a missed appointment. Im done with this bunch. Incompetent staff that do not know how to use the systems that they make us use. Save yourself the aggravation and take your kids to anyone else.Newly implemented $50 reservation fee to see the dentist! Ive dealt with billing inconsistencies and mistakes in the past But this is just a total rip off. They even admit it is to recover lost revenue from covid. Try every other pediatric dentist first. I love both the orthodontics and dental office here! My daughter has been with them since 7 years old (Now 14 also received braces here) my son is now with them as well (4yrs old). They treat the children well and their service is amazing!!! I have moved over an hour away and still bring my children here because we love the staff and Dr. Patel is AMAZING!! Thankful to have found such a great dental/orthodontic pediatric facility!!

My daughter visits the Roswell office for orthodontics. They are very professional and always keep us informed with the progress of my daughter’s treatment. The entire ortho staff (in office and phone) is amazing... especially Kasey!

Waste time and money ! My daughter and I have been there 5times during 10days.! 3 times for refill, and the last time went back to fix the refill of front teeth. Very rough and bumpy after the refill, and didn’t fix all cavities! now I have to see another doctor !!Because you guys did a terrible job! ! Can not imagine what done with the side teeth. Now every time I floss for her, it gets stuck!After got new x ray from another doctor. It’s worse than I think. Those refills are totally mess! And some cavities not even been touched. Now we have to redo the refill,!

We took our 12 year old daughter with Down Syndrome for an annual visit and cleaning and had a very pleasant experience. The Dr. was patient with my daughter and very kind. The visit went smoothly - we were thrilled with the outcome!

Love bringing my child to this practice for his check up, the dentist and staff always do a great job with providing great service. Unfortunately there has been some changes to their admin recently and I find it ridiculous and inconvenient for existing patients to follow this procedure of “confirming“ appointments 3 days prior or pay a fine of $50 to reschedule appointment. Especially during covid this is absolutely insane! How is one to back out of an appointment if they are obliged by this ridiculous rule especially if they show symptoms of covid? I’m not trusting bringing my child to this location anymore unless there is changes to these silly rules. There needs to be an assurance of a safe environment for all of us, right now that part is lacking...

I’ve been going here for 10+ years and they have made some changes that for me, are really inconvenient for me. I’m a busy mom of 4 so time is very limited for me. They made some changes that requires to to have time to fill out paperwork on line for each kid, even though they were seen about 6 months ago. And now you have fo confirm your appointment for each kid 3 days prior to appointment date even though you scheduled it 4 days before the event. (It was actually rescheduled due to them sending me the wrong appointment dates the first time). Now it says i have to pay a fee to put them back in the schedule due to me not conforming in the 3 days! I’ve never had to do that in any of my kids medical appointments! That’s just crazy! Unfortunately we will be looking for another pediatric dentistry due to this changes for my kids.

This was my kids first time and the staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease. My kids did amazing thanks to Tara with her amazing cheerful demeanor she made the kids very aware of what was going on. Al was very nice from the time we walked in the door he let me tour the place before we started and he was flat out amazing. Go Dr. Patel you and your staff rocks.

Absolutely love this dentist office and my son loves it even the more. The atmosphere, staff, and office is always so pleasant and helpful with great spirits. Experience was so well kept through covid, staff was amazing.

My kids and i love the Dental office. My kids have been coming here for 7 years, and 5 and half years respectively. The staffs are all so nice and friendly. The office is always clean and cosy. The waiting room is so relaxing for the parents or guardian. And the are super fast but get the job DONE.

They have the worst policy so if you have an appointment and you call at least a day in advance they still charge, even if your child is sick or has an emergency that came up. This place only cares about $$, so imagine how the instruments are .The doctors are amazing :) they get a 10

This people do not care about my child. Money - thats all they care...they wasted our time. We came to reapply silver diamond fluoride second time. We was waiting 1 hour on the street. Then instead of this they made just regular cleaning. Thats it. They asked me to pay 50$ to reserve appointment for next day. I paid. Next day they smsed me and that they dont have time and they canceled. I am extremely dissapointed and upset. My child is a special needs. He is attending very important therapy every day. Because of this appointment I had to cancel 1 day of therapy but this greedy people useed important time of my son to made 5 minutes cleaning only. But they did not treat his cavity.

Fantastic service. Asked me if we had time today they could fit my child in for some additional work. Very thankful for that offer and saving an additional trip. Very nice staffing really what you would like all businesss customer service to strive for.

They are so fabulous!!We are self pay so its fantastic that I know exactly how much the exam is going to be before I get there. Also, I get a call a week before, a text the day before and sometimes even a call the day of too.The staff is the absolute best! We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Very pleasant visit with my four year old. All the staff was AMAZING!! They went far and beyond. We were new to this dentistry and they gave us a tour of the place, so that we knew were everything was which made us feel at home. They were very patient with my four year old and I know he had an awesome time at the dentist.

I love this place. Dr. Patel and her staff are great! They are super friendly and my child loves the office! They have toys in each room which helps calm my child down when she can sense she’s the patient. They are also super quick. My appt was at 12:40. I got there at 12:39 and was out the door in my car at 1:07. Quickest appointment I’ve ever had.

I have been using this destiny for 9 years now. I always exercise exceptional customer service. My kids get excited when they hear that they are going to the dentist. They love the fact that they get treats when they have 3 consecutive cavity free visits!....I love the way that the staff is so patient with the kids and they are willing to really help you understand dental health!....I live in Stone Mountain but I do not mind taking the ride to Roswell for excellent service!

I would rate my experience today at Pediatrics Denistry 5 star customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a timely manner. The cleanliness of that office was unreal! The activities you have to keep the kids busy while waiting, my kids was so excited, it actually had taken a load off my back. You Guys Rock!!! I would definitely recommend, friends here.

My children (6,4) love going here for their dentist visits and have come here since their very first dentist appointment. They always walk out with a smile and their favorite colored balloon. I always leave with my questions answered and service received is thorough with attention to details.

My oldest son had a cavity and the doctor refused to see him because we could not be there at 9 am. Both mother and me work and we get off at 2. Asked for later in the afternoon and was told that if I can’t be there by 9 then they could not take care of him. There are far better dentist out there go else where.

Love this dentist it is so friendly up front and the dental assistants are supper nice they always make me and my kid comfortable. My child has never had a bad exsperience here would totally recommend to other parents!

Great place for kids of all ages! A movie in the lobby for siblings who are waiting, games in the back for the patients, and the staff is super sweet and encouraging for the kids who are a bit wary. My kids always look forward to getting their dental kit and balloon at the end!

The front desk staff went above and beyond. They knew I was a bit stressed and not only tried to calm my nerves, but take care of Ava and her brother. We were seen at our scheduled appointment time. Everyone was very pleasant and I was given a detailed account of both childrens teeth and what I could do/change at home. My son age 2 was given a private room to help keep him calm. My daughter now age 12 has been seen here and at their ortho since age 6 and she loves it! I have continued to come here even since our move to Lawrenceville and suggest to friends as well. Keep up the great work!!

We started with this dentist years ago and were always satisfied. We havent been as satisfied lately and decided to switch. We were glad we did. The dentists arent bad, but they stopped running on time, the folks up front arent of the same quality they used to be, and we had billing issues. Very assembly line.

As a mom with a child that was diagnosed on the spectrum, Dr.’s visits is something we dread.... is the Dr and their staff going to be nice and understand what it takes to deal with a child with special needs that may have issues with textures, loud noises, etc.Well I can tell you that they very quickly layed all my fears aside!From the staff that greets you, to the hygienist (Janice) to the x-Ray technician to Dr.Patel are all amazing!Dr. Patel Is very loving, patient, and naturing.She takes her time and explains everything to my son to make sure he’s going to be comfortable with whatever they are about to do, and stops as many times as necessary to make sure he will have a good experience.To me, that’s priceless!!!If you’re looking for a dentist for your kids, look no further. About 2 years ago, my daughter broke her tooth the first weekend we lived here. It could have been a traumatic experience for her, but Dr Hicks made her feel very comfortable and it ended up being an awesome first experience for her. My kids now look forward to coming to their dental appointments. You know when you walk in, this is going to be a special place

Parents, BEWARE!! My 5 year old daughter was never in love with the idea of going to the dentist, but after a few visits to our OLD dentist in Florida, she warmed up to the idea and started to even look forward to it. Thanks to the old dentists knack for making scared kids feel comfortable in the chair. When we moved to Georgia, I took a chance on Roswell Pediatric Dentistry. My daughter was even game. But after a few visits, I noticed that her fears resurfaced. Then one day, she confided in me and said she did not like going to the dentist anymore. She said, Mommy the people are nice to me when youre standing there, but when I have to go back to the room without you, they are mean and they yell at me. That was a ginormous red flag. You dont want to take your kids to a place that will ultimately taint your childs dental experiences. That could cause them to avoid taking proper care of their teeth as adults. Not only was that a red flag, their front office staff is lacking in quality customer service skills. They act like they dont want to be there at times. And now, neither do we. Also, be aware that if you decide to leave and go elsewhere and you ask for an email copy of your childs x-rays (in order to limit the use of radiation in taking them again and because insurance companies wont pay for the panoramic X-ray that last 5 years) they charge you $15 per child to basically point and click their computer mouse. Most reputable places do it as a courtesy. My position on the matter is that a dental office should be so confident in their work and service, they should offer to make your transition to another facility easier, if you are unhappy with them. You should back your company with a guarantee. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they did not care. They just handed me a piece up paper with the dentist/owners name on it and sent me on my way without so much as a Im sorry you are not satisfied. How can we make this better? When we went to another dentist, I could plainly see the difference in customer service. I also learned that the spacer Roswell PD put in my childs mouth did not have a proper fit and should have been custom made. This dental office needs a total reboot!

This place used to be our dentist. I have taken my child there for years. Unfortunately, over the years they had become an assembly line rather than a doctors office. Our last visit, (and Yes it is going to be our last visit to that office) was rather unpleasant. As it turned out my child who has some fears got scared during his visit. Instead of letting me know the staff/doctor (I am not sure who was around him at that point since they dont allow parents in the back) decided to shame him pointing to younger children telling look they are younger but they are not scared and expressing his/her frustration using expressions rather not applicable to the situation when dealing with a scared child. My child cried in the car all the way home. Parents, before you take your kids to this office please consider some other options.

We recently moved to this area, & Rachel, an employee at the Roswell Pediactric Dentistry office, came into my job. We got to talking, and I decided to make my 3 year old son an appointment. So, today was his first visit, and when I say I was pleased!!!!!! Yall, they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. It is SO kid friendly! All of the employees were amazing. I was actually able to see Rachel again and she was genuinely pleased to see that I had made my son an appt and brought him in. The hygienist was so sweet, and amazing at her job. The xray techs were so sweet to us, also and made my son very confortable during his xrays. The dentist was very nice and made sure my son was comfortable with everything that was going on. Overall, this is the best dentist office we have ever visited, with THE BEST people! My 3 year old is looking forward to his next cleaning and it makes my heart so happy!

I was very disappointed in the emotional support or lack thereof that we received for my sons first Dentist visit. He was hiding in the corner crying, and the DH told my 3 yo that he was scaring the baby in the next room. I politely responded, that “he is also scared”. They made great accommodations to clean his teeth. Letting me hold him while he laid back in their lap. However I was so disappointed in the lack of acceptance they had for a scared boy that is very shy around new people and new settings. No amount of tv’s on the ceiling make up for that. Then at checkout, they picked up an electronic toothbrush and said “I want him to have this”, which I thought was a nice gesture, until they told me it would be $5.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Appointments are kept on schedule. The office staff is so patient with little ones. My son actually looks forward to going to the dentist!

They need to remove the fragrance plug ins. Its over whelming. My kids and I leave with a head ache everytime. Every outlet has one.

Parent of 3 clients for more than 9 years now and never had a problem. Kids always tried to do better with their dental hygiene and never felt that they were in trouble. I have to say that I have NEVER had a problem with a front desk assistant, dental assistant, dentist - no one - not even another patient. Office is always clean. Kids come out happy or mildly happy, even with cavities - LOL!!!Dr. Nath is a good man and he has built a good team. No complaints here. Just a good and happy place. If someone else tells you different, them tell I said they are lying. - Oh, Oh, Oh, I do have one complaint - as a parent, I want a balloon sometimes - just because I remembered the appointment and showed up early - right? No? O-kay.Anyway, I love this dentist office and I have 6 years left there; I will enjoy it while it lasts.

My kids have been going here since 5 years and we have nothing but great all around experiences with fillings (hate to mention it) and their cleaning. We found out about this office from our neighbors who have been patients of dr nath since the office opened. We have always been by our children for cleanings. As a busy parent i dont have time to write reviews, but i was in shock when my daughter asked me last week when we can go back to see the dentist. Its been a great experience and for a practice that sees kids and parents all day everyday, these guys have it down.

These people are a joke! Save yourself a headache. Don’t waste your time and money with these people! Very unprofessional and poorly trained!!

My kids love this office and we have been coming here for the last 10 years.

We took our kids to the Roswell office for years. Unfortunately in the past year or so, there have been multiple issues that are of concern to me and my husband. I have repeatedly told the staff and techs that I do not want xrays done on my kids unless there is necessity based on clinical symptoms, which is in line with the ADA recommendations. Even with my young children, ages 3 and 6, parents are strongly discouraged from accompanying their kids for the visit and are relegated to the waiting room. I imagine this is at least in part a way to keep their providers from being bothered by said parents. Despite my multiple communications with the dental techs(including submitting a letter which I asked to have put in their charts) they have performed xrays without my knowledge on multiple occasions and then had the audacity to bill me for them because insurance would not cover due to frequency--because they had performed them at the LAST visit against my consent as well! I have tried on multiple occasions to reach the billing department to discuss this, leaving messages on the voicemail and with staff but they have yet to return my calls. I cant tell you whether the dentist my kids saw is friendly or professional because Ive not had the privilege of meeting him/her. I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt see a doctor at all. This clinic needs to rethink its culture or they will end up in trouble for their suspicious practices.

Worst dental office that I have ever been too. The staff treats you with no respect. I have participated in a general dentistry internship and during my appointment I noticed how unorganized they were and they were breaking procedure rules left and right. Sterilization was a complete mess. Would never recommend to anyone. Please take your kids somewhere else.
