It was my first (9/23/2021) visit to Imagix Dental, I was very impressed. In fact I will continue to go to the Alpharetta location. Dr Lewis was great, she answered all my questions with examples that made it easy to understand. Her Hygienist and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful. Thank You for making this a wonderful experience.

From start to finish, my experience here was amazing. I was educated by everyone who came into contact with me. Each person took the time to answer every question I asked in great detail with patience and professionalism. I definitely recommend them and will be returning for my dental care needs!

Very unprofessional!! Seems like they are too good to accept new patients. I set up an appointment online thru their website for Monday. Confirmed it as well via text they sent. On Friday they left a message saying that they need to reschedule since online appt is in the grey area...whatever they meant. Of course Fri they were closed so I had to wait until Monday to call while I still got the text reminder for the appt. I spoke with Diana, was not able to find anything under my name & that shed call back with the available date. Then she called back asking if I was Morgan. No I am not, but Im still waiting for her to call back. She said she will call me back. Then of course I got a text for an appointment confirmation for MORGAN. I called Diana back & told her the mistake and asked if I can make my appt. She then said they dont have anything for new patients until end of Dec. Couldnt she tell me that on the 1st call instead of misleading and telling me to wait for her to call back? How hard is it to check the calendar instead of making one wait for her call back while she checks the availability? Never once happened to me where a futurw patient is being treated like this.

I always get the best quality care at Imagix. My team, Dr. Nayyar, Tammi and Robyn, show genuine concern for my well-being. They respond promptly to my questions and provide me with all the information I need to make informed decisions. I recommend them to anyone considering implants. They are the best.

My experiences at Imagix Roswell have been the most positive that I have ever experienced at a dental office. Dr. Nayars team from the technician to his office manager have been outstanding. They are attentive and willingly address any questions or concerns. From beginning to the end, they explained what to expect. When I had a set back with one of my implants falling out, they calmed my worries down and took care of me. I highly recommend this location, this team because of their professionalism and level of care provided!! You are “ simply the best.”

This is a great team under Dr Nayyar. They have taken great care in making sure that I understood everything going on with my teeth and all the options available to me. I am very pleased with the path they have me on in getting my teeth back in great shape!

Dr Brittney Lewis measured my gums last week causing me excruciating pain. I have never been in pain getting my gums measured. She was pressing a large yellow measuring tool into my gum harder and longer then she needed to. I told her it was hurting she stated that it was because I had alot of build up that was a lie. As a matter of fact I got them measured today with no pain. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Be carful with this people. Every time you go there you better pay right away and check what you pay for. Not happy the way they handled my case. Also, this office is not the cleanest place....

Dr. Britney Lewis is phenomenal! She delivered a crown and filled a front tooth very smoothly and, most importantly, NO PAIN WHATSOEVER!! Dr. Lewis warm and caring personality made me super comfortable, and I was so relaxed by her mannerism that I almost fell asleep during a crown procedure (without any sedation)! Her team including Julie (a pleasant, thorough, and great hygienist), Jessica, Brittany, Diva (really nice and helpful dental assistants), and the very friendly receptionist, Charlene, are all wonderful as a whole! I am truly blessed to find such a great dentist after having moved from Columbus, GA where I had a good dentist...but honestly, I am much happier and more satisfied with Dr. Lewis and her practice. Office staff was very nice,before any care was given i recieved a detailed bill of what my procedures would cost that i had to sign and agree to.ihad the procedures done and payed all 3 bills in full except for the insurance portion.after a month or so i recieved a bill for another 300.00 dollars.there were 2 cextra charges that said nothing more than ins.adjustment.upon calling and speaking to someone in billing they could not explain what the charges were for and said the bill didnt make sense to them and they would have to get thebilling manager to review and het back to me.i then recieved another bill with interest,i called again and still no response on what these charges are for. Ithen recived a notice from collection agency that i responded to immediately saying i was disputing these charges with a detailed letter of charges and payments made and sent to imagix and the collection agency.now i recieved another notice from collection saying i didnt respond and never anything but another bill from imagix.no one will have the courtesy to respond to my request for an explanation of charges.there billing system is impossible to understand even for them along with making up charges after procedures are done and prices were agreed upon. I will never go back and suggest you dont either

After my first appointment here, I would highly recommend Imagix Dental of Roswell!Scheduling an appointment online was very easy and convenient, and I was even able to change the time of my appointment after a conflict with work came up last minute.COVID protocols are being followed very closely, and even with layers of PPE on, the staff was very welcoming and made me comfortable right away. I was seen immediately after completing my new patient information. I had x-rays done, cleaning, and an initial consultation for a crown.The staff was very attentive, took the time to explain each step in the process to me, and was incredibly transparent with costs and next steps. I scheduled another cleaning for 6 months without hesitation! Shout out to Julie, Jessica, and Dr. Lewis for taking care of me!

Dr. Isis Sanchez is absolutely wonderful. She placed 6 implants in one sitting for me. Sounds like it would be painful but not at all. Did not have to take anything for pain after my surgery. Not one little asprin. Would recommend her to anyone considering dental surgery. She is the best!Dr Nayyar is amazing. He has done wonders with my smile. My case is so complicated he is rebuilding my mouth just about. He is the most interesting person Ive met and I just love going to see him. I will be very sad when my smile is finished but I am happy with the results.

We visited over a year ago. It has still made me upset and that is why I am posting this review now. My son normally went to the Alpharetta location, had to go to this location due to the sedation. Felt pressured from the beginning about getting procedures done on my child. The practice is not personalized and moves kids through like cattle. My kid got dental work done. It was a horrible process from the beginning. Scheduling was hard to reach during the day only would call at night after 8pm. Her name was Melissa, she had a horrible attitude and was not helpful at all. They scheduled my son for the procedure at 1pm. That meant I woke him up at 3:30am to try to eat and drink. That was very difficult for a 6 yo! I can’t even believe now they would do that. The anesthesia completely knocked him out and he hated the shot! I only know the experience could not be as invasive with anesthesia bc my son had the exact same thing at Children’s Dental Zone(Which only schedule procedures in the morning as use a drink for anesthesia that was not so invasive!). The process was so smooth with Children’s Dental Zone on Old Alabama, that I was in disbelief and it only made me more upset with Imagix that they would put us through what all they had. I ended up going to them bc I was so tired of dealing with Imagix. I love Children’s Dental Zone! Then 3 months after my sons procedure Imagix had filed my dental insurance incorrectly and had to file twice with the correct codes. And yes my son did have to get some of the work redone Imagix did(which is why I went to Children’s Dental Zone), I know it could just be his mouth but the whole experience did not help!

Absolutely love them! Dr. Lewis has gentle hands. Shes amazing and the entire staff is wonderful!!!

Best Dentist Ive ever been to.

I had an incredible experience at Imagix Dental institution located in Roswell Ga. In fact their address is 1345 HEMBREEE Rd. I had the pleasure of meeting Doctor Nayyar and his assistant Tami my experience was over the top....Due to a bad childhood experience with dentist I have always been afraid to go back to ANY dentist At age 52 and for the first time in my life I wasn’t afraid, because of Dr.Nayyar knowledge, experience patience and understanding he talked me through every step but the best part is he DID’NT use any anesthesia or Novacaine for the pain Doctor Nayyar fixed my four front lower teeth and my two front upper teeth and there was NO PAIN!! What so ever!!!! Wow.. Sorry it took me so long to get the courage but I’m glad I did....I’ve never had a hero in my life but I have to say Dr. Nayyar you’re my hero. Thank you. And for everyone that read this comment and has a fear of dentist like I had remember one thing.. You don’t know how strong you are, until being strong is your only option!!! Go see Doctor Nayyar and let him become your Hero too..Thanks again Mr.Jimerson

Just had a great first visit @ Imagix Dental. The staff was especially kind & made my time there quite pleasant. Getting x-rays & having my teeth cleaning was quick & efficient.The waiting room is huge & they had a remodel HGTV-style show playing on both TVs, which I liked. Having the water cooler & cups between the front desk & waiting room is a bonus. When I was 7 years old I had a childhood accident that knocked out my permanent front tooth. The accident caused the need for many future dental procedures over 4 decades. I had many different dental experiences, some good, some bad, someexceptionally wonderful and some exceptionally horrific! Years ago I was traumatized by the worlds worst dentist!!! So I’m always very nervous to try a new dentist. Dr. Nayyar, is a true artist! He is caring and compassionate!!! He helps soothe and calm you down. He has natural instincts to make a subtle change to gumline or tooth edge that gives that beautiful perfect finish yet with his magic keeps things natural looking. Years ago I had given up, thinking I would never have that beautiful Hollywood smile. Until I met Dr. Nayyar!!! I dont understand why doctor/dental offices do not check insurance eligibility within 24 hours of taking an appointment. I had my appointment scheduled 2 months in advance to only have them cancel it 24 hours before my appointment time. It wasnt like they just found out that they didnt take my type of insurance...they always knew!!! I also returned from my vacation a week earlier just so I could make this appointment. All she said I could do is make another appointment with another office. I now have to wait another month and a half to be seen by another dentist office. I have been having pain in a tooth that I have already had a root canal in. I have to take daily pain meds till I am able to get into this other office. Again, it appears that the patients time is not a concern...if it was, then the procedures would be changed.

My experience with Dr. Arun Nayyar and his staff at Imagix has been life changing. I have regained my confidence when I smile and I feel beautiful again. I had a long history of bulimia and it had destroyed my teeth. My teeth were completely worn down and my front teeth became paper thin and see through. My teeth were so fragile they were beginning to chip and I wasn’t far from nerve exposure. I wanted to cry every time I looked in the mirror. My teeth situation was affecting my life negatively. I was referred to Dr. Nayyar, a well accomplished Prosthodontist, by my dentist who said my situation was too complex for him personally to handle. When I met Dr Nayyar I knew he could help me. He had such a precise coarse of action to not only make my teeth look great again, but to make my mouth healthy and functional again. He had to rebuild my mouth all while making sure my jaw would adapt comfortably. Such a true science behind the entire process. I can’t even put into words how happy I am with the finished results. I can’t stop looking in the mirror and I can’t stop smiling. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Nayyar, Robin his assistant who helped me along the entire way, and for his professional staff. Bre was great at getting me prepared for the doctor. She made sure I was comfortable. Latasha was the BEST, she took care of me, made sure I was straight once the Doctor got finished. With years of dental neglect a co-worker suggested to me going to Imagix on Hembree Rd in Roswell. Nervous (almost to the point of a nervous breakdown) I went. Amazing staff, from the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed and in the hands of people that really care about your feelings. I have already recommended other people to them but recently decided to not go back. The billing dept needs help with letting people know when they are maxing out on their insurance so they don’t get billed huge amounts and don’t want to come back.

I’ve been coming here for help with my gum disease and need to come every 3 month and have been making great progress with Rennia and Paula’s help. Each time I come they make me feel warm and welcome and are very helpful to give me tips and pointers to make my gums and teeth healthier every time I come. Highly recommend this location in particular.

Nicole was great she answered all my questions and was thorough. Dr. Mitchell got straight to the point and informed me I would need to see the oral surgeon to have my tooth extracted. Friendly staff and clean office

The right side of my mouth had been in pain for over a month. I thought the pain would go away on its own, but it didnt. After leaving Imagix with a deep cleaning, gum treatment, and a bite adjustment preformed by Dr Mitchell, I immediately felt 100% better. No pain at all and I can eat on the right side of my mouth again. A big thanks to the Imagix team.

When I first met Dr. Nayyar he asked Young Lady (I knew I was in the right place then) what can I do for you? My reply was I want a million dollar smile. He then said, let me see what I can do. I was never short of smiling, but I knew that I was needing corrective dental replacements. My journey began. Dr. Sanchez and Dr. Nayyar worked lovingly on their task of making a dream come true. Robyn Brady, (Dr. Nayyars Administrative Assistant), was most helpful in scheduling my appointments knowing I was driving 60 miles to get there and 60 miles back. The miles did not matter knowing that I was getting caring, excellent service. The entire staff of Imagix Dental of Roswell was always cheerful and professional.My journey is now complete, now when I smile - yes I have the smile I always wanted and all my dental work beautifully performed. The 4 star rating must be for the dental assistants and Dr Mitchell because they are definitely NOT for the receptionist/front desk staff. I called to make an appointment, I told the person (can’t use the word lady) answering the phones that I was having an issue with work done at that office. That rude little girl never asked when with the work done, if I was in pain. If I was having discomfort, etc.. She asked me who did the work, I told her and she proceeded to tell me that dentist “no longer worked there and that I needed to go where he was to get the work fixed” (Jaw-dropped).How does she know that he excepts my insurance? How does she know that I even want him to fix the issue? Then she proceeds to tell me that Dr. Mitchell was out sick today, ANYWAY...Suggestion: Your front desk staff is a reflection of your business. You need to invest as much time and energy hiring receptionist/admin as you do hiring dentist and dental assistants! Professionalism and courtesy are a must!!!

Would most definitely recommend Imagix Roswell. Very professional and friendly office. I absolutely love Ms. Paula and Rennia is. What a great team!!!!

I was greeted nicely, everything was explained to me with patience. They did an awesome job treating my 2 year old son.

Rennia and the entire staff was just amazing. I will never ever go anywhere. There professional is absolutely perfect and the environment is comfortable and homey.

I had a frustrating experience with Imagix Dental of Roswell. I set up my initial appointment and filled out all paperwork online several weeks before my appointment. I notified them there that I was pregnant. I didnt hear from them until the day before (afternoon no less) my appointment that they wanted records and a note from my doctor sent that same day in order to keep the appointment. It wasnt possible to get that all the same day and so the appt was canceled. This also prevented me from being able to get a second dental appt before my due date - due to the incompetence of the office staff.

Dont go there 1 year later they will tell you have a balance of 500.00 when you already paid. They are very rude after that.BEWARE I IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

My experience was smooth and easy. Zero pain during the procedure as well as after. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

I really wish there was an option to give a company 0 out of 5 stars. I read the reviews of this place and I wish I had the experiences that some of these other individuals had. I really wish I had run into the staff that was “competent, efficient, friendly, and accommodating”. Instead I ran into the staff that was snarky, condescending, inept, and plain good ol’ fashioned rude. The conversation that the front desk staff was having was inappropriate and made me extremely uncomfortable. I should have read the reviews for this place before and simply stayed away, I would have been much happier.

Dr Arun Nayyar is amazing. He makes you feel very calm and like you are the most important person in the world! I was so impressed with his work! I have had problems with a lower partial that I had to have and truly didnt think it could ever be any better! My dentist referred me to him and I almost didnt go. But I am so thankful that I did as he made me feel that everything was going to be just fine. I never would have imagined that would be possible. In one visit made such a difference. I cant say enough about how awesome he is.

Excellent care, prompt service. Arrived with a full set of teeth and left with a full set of teeth. Overall great staff. Rennia is fabulous.

My experience at Imagix Dental of Roswell was a really nice experience. I was able to be seen and out rather quickly. Ms. Paula and ReeNE and Dr. Mitchell were all so knowkedable and caring . If you are seeking a caring group and experience dental office this is the place to go!

They are super cool people. They make you feel very comfortable. I would not go anywhere else. Natalya is the Best.
