By far this is the best dental office I have ever visited in my life!! Not an exaggeration!! Loved in enough countries and cities to attest to this!! Dr. Alpert is truly such a gift!!! So attentive and understanding and looks at the full picture - meaning she doesn’t look at just your teeth! The only dentist that has a holistic view of the body and the teeth!!! Absolutely adore her and cannot recommend her enough!!! The staff here is also so so wonderful so welcoming and kind!! LOVE THIS OFFICE Love these ladies!! I got my teeth cleaning done here, my crowns and an implant. Every one of those services were pleasant and successful. I never had to go back to re-do something, it always was done perfectly from the start and if any complications occurred due to difficulty of the procedure, it was taken care of wonderfully. I’m happy with the way they provide services. I took my mom there too and she was very happy.Thank you ISmile !

We used Dr Bartons help to remove baby teeth two times. Both times he did amazing job: no pain, quick recovery. I cant say the same thing about other doctors we used in Brookhaven. We removed two teeth using child dentists, and both times that experience was a nightmare. Lesson learned: only using Dr Barton moving forward. He is the best!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is so unprofessional ESPECIALLY Julie. I have never seen an office manager as unprofessional, sloppy, and careless as Julie. She should be FIRED even though I know she won’t be. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody because of her, so if they want some business they need to get rid of her ASAP

This Dentist office gives the greatest first impression! I am sure that it will continue to impress me. I was introduced to the practice via Andrea in Reception. She was bright, cheery informed and very welcoming. I then met Jenny the hygenist, perfect! really there is nothing else to say. Dr. Alla Alpert is what I had always hoped to find in a dentist, professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable, candid and honest. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Jenny who handles the Insurance and Savings Plan aspect. She helped me navigate my best option and took time to speak with me several times. I am looking forward to a great adventure with this group. That seems strange to say in reference to a dentist and dental work, but its true. I highly recommend this Dental Practice!!!

Dr. Alpert and her staff are amazing and heres why:I need a lot of dental work. Massive, sometimes painful work. A friend recommended iSmile last year when I began this long journey and I am so glad I went. They laid out my treatment plan visit by visit (along with cost which, even with dental insurance, and even with them being one of the lower priced places I researched, is a lot), set me up with Care Credit to make it affordable immediately, and we got started. Ive been SUPER happy with the results.What sets them apart though, is their customer service. The assistant I saw last week was the same I saw last year. She asked me specific questions she remembered about me and my family and filled me in on hers. The receptionists are great too, always answering the phones with a smile and answering my millions of questions. For any medical field, Ive been noticing that customer service is always being neglected, and Im so glad they make it a priority.I hate going to the dentist. But iSmile actually made it enjoyable. And for someone that needs what seems like never ending work, that says a lot.

My wife Liz has been going here for years. And she absolutely would not even consider going anywhere else. I have complicated issues going on. And the staff & Dr. Alla were wonderful. She does it all. I am getting new dentures that tie into implants. The entire staff was friendly, professional & was actually the most awesome visit to a dentist I have ever experienced. Visited this dentist for cleaning and annual check-up. They took a normal x-ray and then also tried to take a panoramic x-rays even before the dentist reviewed my normal x-ray. I asked them if the panoramic x-ray is necessary as it never been asked by other dentists for just an annual check-up. The explanation was that the panoramic x-rays shows better visibility than normal. If it is the case, then why they didnt take the panoramic x-ray at the beginning and skip the normal? They also told me that the cost for panoramic x-ray will be covered by my insurance 100% and no worries.Later on, I got the bill from them and noticed that panoramic x-ray was not covered by my insurance for the annual check-up. Called the office mgr to ask what to do with it, the answer was I need to pay it and nothing they can do. Also she said it is my responsibility to check the insurance coverage even though the dentist explained that it will be covered.Also the dentist told me that I need to do a few Fillings and explained how much will be covered by my insurance and the amount I will owe - about $200~250. BUT she was asking me to deposit the amount I will owe in order to schedule the appointment for it! And if I missed the appointment, there will be no reimbursement for it. This is the first dentist among I have visited so far asked the up-front deposit before the treatment. I never been asked for the deposit by other dentists for a few of my previous more expensive procedures. I have been a patient for 2 or 3 dentists before for several years and have never, never heard of this!! I definitely would look for another dentist.[update] we have called a few times to discuss about the insurance charges, and all they said were its my responsibility to check the insurance coverage and pay the remains, which is different than what they explained prior to taking panoramic x-lays.

This office doesnt double-book their appointments so you arent kept waiting before being seen or between activities. Was in the chair for new patient processing within 5 minutes of my appointment time. State-of-the-art 360 degree xray equipment, clean comfortable environment, friendly, professional staff.Dr. Alpert is attentive and takes time to explain the advantages of available treatment options.

Dr. Alpert and her team are extremely professional and friendly. My hygientist is excellent - gentle and thorough with some helpful suggestions as well. Had a completely pain-free cleaning. And Dr. Alpert is an outstanding dentist. Every question that I had was answered. She gave me multiple options and recommendations. The entire team works with you to develop a treatment plan and helps you figure everything out. My daughters (14 and 9) are also patients of Dr. Alpert and they love her.

The staff offered me a free cleaning so I came back and my regular hygienist did her normal fantastic job!I am glad you asked! I had a different hygienist and was disappointed. She did not go around each tooth to remove plaque nor did she go over each tooth when cleaning! Her attitude seemed to finish as quickly as possible. I am questioning if I should make a change for my dental care. I will say that in the past, the hygienist was thorough and very caring. My dental hygiene is very important to me and I look forward every 6 months to a thorough cleaning!

I was greeted with a smile and I appreciated that when my wife updated insurance info they also updated my account and I didnt have to mess with it. I was taken back right away and as always, the hygienist was awesome. I could tell that she was focused on getting every last bit of build up out of my mouth and that attention to detail is appreciated. I cant imagine why anyone would go anywhere else for dental treatment.

Dr. Barton put me at ease because I had a horrible experience with a dentist, Dr. Barton explained the procedure he was going to perform, and explained explained what I would hear or feel as he was doing the procedure, needless to say,I had a root canal and experienced swelling and numbness but PAIN FREE, hadnt had to take any meds besides the antibiotic. Great Job.

Terrible from service stand point!! The lady on reception should not work there. I have been already trying to make my appointment for more than 8 months, and she never has a spot available?! I do not recommend it from the service stand point. Although the doctor is not bad.

Been going to Dr. Alpert for ~6 years. Always well organized - so its a fast in and fast out without sitting in waiting room. Friendly and professional staff and dental team.

I was promptly seen by one of the dental hygienist! dental pictures was taken and Dr. Alpert came in for the final examination. She found out that the pain that I was experiencing for two weeks was because of two decays on my back teeth that need root canals and the other one needs filling.

Most people dread going to the dentist but this office is such a delight that I almost forgot about the pain in my mouth. The lobby was clean and had a nice little area for my toddler to play as well as water and coffee (Kuerig, not something stale in a pot) available. The exam room had a TV mounted perfectly for viewing when theyve laid you back to work in your mouth and they even offered to play a movie of my choice instead of making me stare at rolling ads of their own practice like some other offices Ive been too. The staff was incredibly cheerful and helpful. Dr. Alpert was wonderful and explained everything in a way that I could understand without needing a medical degree. Everyone in the office seemed to truly love their job. It almost felt like I was in the home of a family member instead of at the dentist. I would highly recommend this office to everyone!

Ive had a lot of dental work done by Dr. Alpert over the years. She is incredible and has done amazing work on my teeth for 10 years now. I have a very complicated jaw problem and she has always been successful working around my jaw issues during every procedure. I have an incredible smile now and get compliments every day about it.In the last year or so, I have also received Botox from her and I loved the results so much that I went back and recommended all my friends and family. iSmiles office is very comfortable and the staff has felt like family since day one. I absolutely recommend it!

Dr. Igor Reizenson ran a Kickstarter campaign in Sep 2014 for a dental product that was supposed to ship in Aug 2015. 12 months after the shipping date he has not provided the product, refuses to update the backers of the campaign and refuses to refund the money that people have paid. He collected $61,003 from 449 backers but has not followed through on his promises. I regret sending this man my money and there is no way I would trust him with my teeth.
