While the actual Orthodontist isnt horrible the people you have to deal with here on a regular basis are atrocious. 1) They will constantly call to reschedule your appointment. Dont set up an appointment expecting to be off work at a certain time. They rearrange the schedule frequently expecting you to accommodate. 2) Dont try to speak to anyone in Orthodontics. They have one phone number for all offices. This number goes to the regular dentist. If you ask to be transferred to the Ortho side it will stay on hold until you call back and complain. 3) They rarely let you go back with your child and its pulling teeth to understand whats going on as they rarely tell you the whole story. Expect to show up at appointments 9 months down the road with them not understanding why you havent heard that your child needs Oral Surgery...they have been monitoring the situation for months and months...yet you have no clue because you cant go back with your child and the assistant doesnt tell you anything. 4) Once youve paid you are stuck with them until the phase that you paid for is over. They do not offer refunds so be careful before you make this decision! I wish I had more information before signing up.

They cleared every white patient, but they got my daughter sitting in their by herself waiting. After having an appointment(been getting treatment 3 years), my daughter had to wait for an hour to in the waiting room. I told her to go see whats going on? She says they told her to sit in waiting room again. I come in the office now. I ask whats going on with My daughters appointment, well be right with you she says. So I started telling my daughter to get your things we getting out of here. Im not wasting my day in here. Now all of a sudden she can be seen. Still over 2 hours for a routine check up. Ridiculous. Definitely not comfortable for me as a person of color.

So convenient! The whole family (including myself), is in braces with this office! I also bring my kids to the pediatric side for routine cleanings. One stop shop for all your dental needs! Thank you for making it easy for my family.
