I really like this Nissan! The facility is organized and easy to navigate through. The service rep I saw, Aaron Skipper, was polite, willing to give me his full attention and explain thoroughly to me any questions I had. Everything we discussed to maintain and upgrade my vehicle I felt definitely necessary after speaking with him. I will most certainly be going back and also recommending to family and friends.

This was an insulting experience. You guys thought because I was a woman you could take advantage, you guys try to give me a report on my car with $7000 worth of things that needed to be fix. I ask for one thing to be fix and you guys could not even fix it on time. Needed the car by a certain time, I was promise the car would be done on time, turn out the piece never came therefore, the car was not able to be fix. Wasted my time and gas. Also your handling of COVID is joke. None of the employees were wearing mask and there was no glass between customer and employee. I have used Nissan services in several states and I have never experienced such a scam. That was my first and last time I will be using your service.

Had a really smooth and easy buying experience from here. My Sales person today was Good News Willie. Let me tell you I did NOT go in thinking I would be walking out with Nissan Pathfinder SL. This cut down my wait time - which was fantastic! Lastly, and possibly more importantly, he was 100% up front and honest about costs & fees. I knew before I got there how I would pay; he didn’t push me to finance like other dealerships; and, there were NO surprise price increases once we reached the lot.I was actually losing my joy of shopping for a new car but Andrew put the excitement back in it!!!
I think my family must really like Hugh ODonnell at Regal Nissan, because last week I bought my second car from him. Thats two for my son, two for my wife, and two for me. When he says hes going to take care of you, he means it. I have always been impressed with his professionalism, and his kind and courteous manner. In no way is he pushy, or trying to make you buy a car you have doubts about. He gives you the info, and lets you make the decision. Know this, I work for a multi-billion dollar company, and have been involved in sales for 25 years. I know what good customer service is, and have numerous service awards to prove it. Im good at my job because people come back to me. They trust me, and know I will be fair with them. I get a sense of that with Hugh. He truly is The Smiling Irishman from the Emerald Isles. It is because of people like Hugh, that I, and my family, are now, and will continue to be, LIFELONG Regal Nissan customers! Not even sure where to start with this shady business. Bought a new car here in January. They couldnt find the second key at the time of purchase, and said theyd mail it to me when they found it, as I dont live nearby. It took a month of me hounding them for it, only to be told that they lost it and Id need to come in and get a new one programmed to my car. I come in, they take my car back, I wait for an hour, only to be told whoops, we dont have the right key in stock for your car. Are you serious? They then tell me theres a recalled part they need to check out and potentially fix if there is any issue with it, so they would need to keep my car and I could use a rental until they check that out and get the proper key. OK. I come back in to pick it up after a few days, and I ask about the recall and the guy tells me yeah there wasnt actually anything wrong with it. Cool. I drive off with the new key, only to be called 20 minutes later saying whoops! we actually didnt look at the recalled part. WHAT? So youre saying you just lied to me? Wow. I am furious at this point. They agree to send a tech out to my house to inspect the recalled part because I was not coming back in for their error...AGAIN. A month later, I start experiencing some AC issues as the months get warmer, and a noise issue. I take it back in in March, wait all day at the dealership only to be told that they dont know what is causing either of these issues. Really? All day and no answers? Told me theyd kick it up to national review which could take three months. THREE months? WHAT? Its July now, so I finally called because its been more than three months, and they act like theyre still working on it but have no answers because its a new car and theyre working out the kinks. But they assured me that an engineer would call me and set something up so they could better understand the issue. Never got a call from an engineer. On top of all of this, I still never received a manual for the car, which did not come with one for some reason. They promised theyd mail it months ago. Ive asked numerous times. Its the easiest thing to mail... but they cant even perform the basics at this place. If I were you, I would not come here for sales OR service. You will have a terrible experience.

The service representative refused to have the tires on our 2021 Rogue balanced while being rotated even after I offered to pay the $49.99 he quoted for balancing themI told him that Costco includes balancing and rotating every 5K miles when purchasing tires. He told me to take it to Costco to get the tires balanced. This car has 5K miles and an extended warranty. His bad day or a customer that is willing to pay to have the tires rotated? Requested the service manager address the employees concern, and his professionalism.

Good place to buy an electric car. They also do good servicing. They provide free electric car charging. I charge my Nissan Leaf electric car mostly at home since that is more convenient and only a few cents for charging at home at night based on TOU. But this is a good place to fast charge. They are very courteous even if you want to charge a different model car. I wish more dealerships were like them.

Customer service 4 stars! Our salesman was very polite, personable, helpful, and not pushy at all.Quality control and attention to detail gets 1 star!We purchased a used 2018 Tahoe a couple days ago and it was exactly what we wanted and the only one we could find in our area. The car had to be the dirtiest used car I’ve ever driven off of a lot. They showed a full inspection, service and detail on an invoice. The fact this is claimed is comical because there was no way they even attempted to clean the interior car before selling. Because it was what we wanted we decided to handle it ourselves and it was quite a task. I had to vacuum and shampoo all seats and carpets and spot treat several places to get it closer to clean. And to top off everything we noticed a crack in the windshield on our way home and I’m still waiting to see if they’re going to do anything about that.Regal your quality control sucks and you should check into your employees values to ensure that they have the best interest in creating repeat customers.

Tire pressure sign came on and as a new car owner not super familiar with how to add air to my own tires. I was able to get my tire air pressure checked and fixed at this location within 10 minutes. Super fast service and no charge. Friendly staff and clean environment. 10/10

Initial calls to Regal were not returned to make an appointment for our car. Still had the car taken there and Miguel followed up. He was great, very communicative, problem was addressed very quickly, and we were back driving quicker than I had thought. Only issues were getting in contact with the service department, and they promised a wash and vacuum-car was washed but not vacuumed. Minor issues in the scheme of things. Miguel as stand-out!

Came in to Regal Nissan for their team to check the AC in my car. The appointment was set for 8am and I was told by 9am I should have a report back. It’s currently 10:15 and my family and I have not heard back from anyone. My girlfriend has work at 11 and our 3 month old baby is stuck in this car dealership. This is easily the worst service I’ve ever experienced from any company. Definitely will not be returning to this location or any Nissan dealership for that matter.
I came in a while ago and by far the nicest dealership I visited. Tyler Jackson greeted me in the most friendly manner and answered any and all of my questions I had with very knowledgeable answers.

They messed up, which was disappointing after all the business my family had done here. They checked my truck for a possible trade and stole a CD that was stuck in player, I was planning on getting it out before actually trading it. But we decided to go somewhere with Carvana. Paid a little more, but my time is valuable, dont want to spend half a day haggling over dollars. Plus, I get the car delivered to my house and have 7 days to be able to get money back If there are issues with the vehicle. Bottom line dont trust anyone to inspect your car without your presence..

The door locks on my new Titan were not working properly except for the drivers door. I dropped it off July 5th and was graciously given a courtesy vehicle to drive that day, and the problem was a fuse. The tech figured it out and it was a simple fix. Apparently it came that way from the factory, but they figured out the problem quickly, and I Im very satisfied with the service!
Five Service Stars for Justin Rivera!!!!!As I’m preparing for a three week road trip I had an electrical issue develop for pulling my camper with my truck this pre holiday morning.Took it in for assistance, Justin went right to work. He stood out in the rain trying to help. He moved me and my truck inside. This was my very first time here after changing dealerships to get a simple oil change done and Justin Rivera made my experience wonderful. Not only was he kind and was willing to explain more in depth on issues his technicians found on my vehicle, he answered all of my questions and even went above and beyond to snap a few pictures to show me what exactly was wrong. I had a great advisor - Terry Kelly. He totally helped me resolved my issues when my car had a flat tire due to a screw that got embedded into my left front tire that totally flatten the tire to the rim. He ordered my replacement tire asap, helped me get the car to the shop and was able to help me get the damaged tire replaced before the end of the 2nd day. WOW! We had an outstanding experience at Regal Nissan and had the pleasure of working with Eugene who was AMAZING. We found a car on line and made an appt to see it. When we arrived, the car was pulled up front, meticulously clean, and ready to test drive. We were trusted to drive the vehicle without a salesperson riding along and were told to take our time. Eugene offered us water, snacks, made sure we had everything we needed while we reviewed the itemized cost. Everything was perfect. We appreciated that our time was valued, the gas tank was filled, and there was no pressure to finance or add expenses that we didnt want. Quick, easy, and such a positive experience. The person who made my appointment could have done a better job. He never asked me my name and never addressed me by name. He told me my appointment time was for 12:15 but the confirmation email showed 12:00. Had I not paid close attention and I would have been late for the appointment and lost my slot.The person who assisted me the day of my visit (Armando) did a very good job and was customer service oriented. He explained the additional services I needed - without being pushy - and suggested a course of action.
Armando Rodriguez is a terrific Service Advisor....very knowledgeable of Nissan Titan Trucks....only fixes what needs to be fixed....but always makes recommendations on any further repairs that need to be down in the future.....my choice on when to execute those repairs. Additionally, Marshall Hadley was on top of the appointment, made sure all was ready and set. Wait to get service was only an hour...great waiting room accommodations !!

My vehicle was brought in for servicing a recall and noise that started occurring from previous servicing from the Dealership. This was explained on several returns for service and I was always told that noise was never heard and on this visit was charged roughly $80 for checking for noise which again was never discovered,however was given receipt for over $2000 of supposedly need repair which I declined. My vehicle has been serviced at this dealership since purchase which was about two years ago,but currently seeking more reputable service repair for future repairs and servicing.

This is a first class Nissan dealer! They are VERY THOROUGH and flexible with customers. Even if your vehicle is not clean, they wash it AND vacuum it before they release it to you.
