Good place to get a good cut.

I was there on Saturday morning 2/13/21 to get my son’s haircut. I went in first to see if there was a wait. There was a young lady with multi-color hair standing at the cash register. I could see no one was there, so I said, “oh good! You open!” She very sarcastically said, “no, we’re closed.” I turned around to walk out with her yelling behind me that she was just kidding. We went somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

The hours posted show that Style America opens at 11:00 AM on Sunday. It 11:15 right now, lights are on and you can see some employees but the door is still locked. ***11:20 still not open***

Showed up to my appt little bit early and on the website stated online appt only so i show up told i had to wait another 2 hours to be seen. The lady was sorry for the inconvenience. Which wasnt her fault but this company needs to update there website.

I get my hair cut and my eyebrows done here, Zarina is who I always see. She does an AMAZING job. My mother in law and husband have come as well and they love it here as well. Im really picky when it comes to my hair and hands down shes the best

Bait and Switch! Advertises for an adult haircut with shampoo for $16.99. There is no asterisk next to this price. Therefore, there is no reason for this price to change depending on the length of your hair. However, they tell you at the very end that they charge extra for length (on haircuts).Kayla rushed to cut and shampoo my hair in less than 10 minutes. I will never go back to this place nor will I bring my children here. Style America will be out of business soon if they continue to do this to customers. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I shouldve gone to Supercuts.

Great place Jessica Cuts My sons hair very well.

Do not go here for color, all I wanted was normal blonde highlights (which I already had, I just wanted my roots touched up) and she foiled my entire head, now my hair is a nasty brassy color. I went back to try and let her fix it and she couldn’t. Also gave me a choppy haircut.

This place is a complete RIPOFF!!! They charge you an additional 10$ for every service they provide!!! And they dont tell you about it until they charge you!!! This place is taking advantage of their customers and I hope they change soon or theyll lose all their customers like they just did me.

I took my son for a cut, I had to go to my car real quick, while I was gone the lady asked my son what he wanted, my son told her what he wanted (the same style he always gets), and the lady told him he could not get it because the school didnt allow it and then cut off all his hair... I walked in and could see my son was not happy, I was pissed. She new I didnt like it, I even told her You cut off all his hair! ... she didnt seem to care, she felt it was her decision to make apparently... She never asked if we liked it... when we got home he tried to style it and we notice it was shorter on one side and longer on the other side... worst service ever

This place is a total rip off! I went in for a cut a shampoo and a blow dry style. The manager charge me for a style with a hot tool And a $10 Add on for my hair being past my shoulders when my hair sits on my shoulders at most its an inch past my shoulders . A$25 haircut came out to be $50 Her justification for charging me more was that a round brush is considered a hot tool. In cosmetology school I never seen a flat brush! Anytime Ive ever got a blow dry Style, it has always been with a round brush Im not sure when that Became a hot tool . They are simply trying to get their sales up-and-over charge without customers approval! They direct you to shampoo your hair even when you dont need it. Somebody needs to inform Kayla of what a blow dry actually is. It was the 1st thing I learned when I attended the strand, A Paul Mitchell school in South Texas. IT IS IN NO WAY A HOT TOOL STYLE! Some manager she is!

They did a great job, but $300 is too much for a color and cut.

Totally messed up my Bfs hair. Quite possibly easiest haircut to do that there is. Next time we will save the 20 and let a kindergartener cut it.

I asked for a medium perm not tight the lady didnt seem to know what a medium perm was on top of it ruined my hair. Went back in a year after I was married wanting the same color and cut ad I had on my wedding day and she totally screwed that up cut to short and not even close to the color I had.

I signed in at 4:30. At that time there were 5 or 6 stylist working. As I was waiting they left one by one. At 5:30 there was 2 working on a customer and one just left and I was still waiting. I told them I had been there for an hour and asked how much longer would it be. I was told only a few minutes. They finally got to me about 20 minutes later. I fould it very rude for the stylist to leave while I was still waiting. I was done at 6. To be there an hour and a half is ridiculous. This is usually were I go but no more. Also, the stylist did not do a good job.
