DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!!!! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!My wife took her car to this shop to get the valve stem replaced on the front passenger side tire. The metal cover was cracked. This was purely cosmetic. I will make a long story short by summing it all up. The next day my wife gets into the car and while driving the new valve leaks resulting in a flat tire. We return the car to them. They fix the leaky valve but what was once a perfectly good tire is now our responsibility to get fixed. We just paid these guys 98.00 for a flat!!! Would have been cheaper to stab the tire ourselves. Now we are out of an additional 200- 300 for a new tire.DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!
Not sure what they do there but they are not fixing cars. 9 am and the bays are filled with cars and there are no mechanics working.The waiting room reeks of dog and the area around the bird cage is filthy.They may do great auto repair but I was not going to trust them with my daily driver.
I would never recommend sending anyone to this place. I was sent here on the faith of another mechanic for them to finish a job. The manager Danny is beyond rude .. if your car is going to take some time to fix don’t expect a call with an update for your vehicle & if you call in for one he’ll get upset with you. After no update for leaving my car overnight I called in just to get some sort of an update & this was only my 3rd time calling in a 24 hour span which isn’t bad considering they never told me if my car had to stay overnight or not until I called and asked. Upon my 3rd call Danny yelled/screamed through the phone that they can’t help me if i call every 5 seconds & that I was slowing him down even though he wasn’t physically working on my car at all. He continued to yell at me through the phone & said that they don’t have to fix my car. He then just stated a random time & then hung up in my face. When I went back to get my car I was greeted by his nonfriendly dog that tried to attack me as soon as I got out of the Uber & of course Danny wasn’t in the shop. I had to pay over the phone & wait for him to return so I could get a paper copy of my receipt. I told him politely that I didn’t appreciate the way he talked to me on the phone & his only excuse was that he got me confused with a different customer & he didn’t realize it until after he hung up on me. But even if i was the other customer that still doesn’t make it right to talk to a paying customer that way. I asked why didn’t he call me back when he realized he had me confused with someone else & his excuse was that he’s just too busy with other calls to call back and apologize. To make it “better” he offered me a free oil change if i come back to his business but that does not excuse his behavior or attitude at all.
I was in an accident yesterday and my roadside assistance company sent E motor works to tow my car. When he picked up my car he told me he was taking it back to his shop because the shop I wanted to get it fixed at was closed. I told him that I would prefer to just have him take it to my preferred shop, because I have worked with them before and they have a drop box I can leave my keys. He told me that that was not an option as my insurance said they HAD to take it to their shop. First of all I do not really believe this, but I allowed him to do so because he insured my that it was covered under my insurance. He insured me that they would take it to my preferred shop first thing in the morning and that they open at 6am. This morning I called my preferred shop @ 830am and they stated that my car was not there. My preferred shop then called E Motor Works to tell them to send it, but they would not stating that they need me to confirm that i wanted it transported. I then called them 3 or 4 times because it went to vm/was hung up on the first couple of times. Finally, I got a hold of them and they said that my car would be at my preferred shop within the hour. Then @ 240pm my preferred shop called me to let me know that my car had STILL not been delivered. I immediately called EMotor and he proceeded to YELL at me and say that he did not tell me it would be there this morning. He stated that he was waiting for confirmation of payment, which is fine by me BUT I deserve to know that my car is just waiting at their shop instead of being delivered as he promised. I would NOT recommend this shop and will be telling State Farm to removing them from their list of possible Towing Agencies.
This place is terrible. Very rude on the phone. They had a tow truck pick a car up for the shop I work at, the they ended up hitting my truck in the bedside while picking up the car. I called to address the problem and the funny sounding guy answering the phone is very ugly to me. Looks like its time to get an attorney. THEY HIT MY TRUCK, THEY SHOULD MAKE IT RIGHT AND REIMBURSE ME FOR THE REPAIRS!!!*0 stars, not 1
This location is extremely unprofessional and phone etiquette is the worst. I went there to get a nail plugged in my tire they told me they took care of it and then when I took it to another location less than a week later they informed me that the same wheel had the very same nail. They have cost me time and money and when explaining my situation to the owner I was met with sarcasm and rhetoric. I do not suggest you go there if you want honesty and a good customer service
One of the most unprofessional mechanic shops in the Marietta Area.Also, if you want to be bitten by their dog, this would be the perfect place.I was out in the parking lot heading in the shop for the first time.First, I had to let my dog to stretch his legs, when I saw a large Rottweiler in full attack mode headed towards my family and I.I did notice the dog sitting out front unattended,but I thought it was on some kind of leash,but it wasnt. Someone from the shop yelled for the dog,but It didnt seem they had any authority over the dog.Luckily, we had to run into traffic,to get away from the dog.After the incident, I came back to speak to the owner and he gave the cliche excuse, I wasnt here,but my dog is friendly.Why would you leave a dog that doesnt know basic commands under the supervision of someone else who isnt the owner?This gave me an idea of how they run their business.I left and never went back after that.
This place is awesome if you love being treated like garbage!
NO STARS!!! Do NOT do business here. He tried to charge (hundreds of dollars) for things he didnt even fix. I was stuck in Ga for 2 days because he would not release my car to another tower, clearly because he wanted to overcharge for it. Be warned, he is only worried about money.
Huge place. They can fix anything from tires to body work. Welcome to the neighborhood! If you have a benz this is the place to bring it!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT & I repeat DO NOT take your car to this place!!!! I took my car here out of desperation to have it fixed. Naser is a SCAMMER!! He told me he would fix my alternator and battery. He charged $800. 2 days after picking up my car, my battery light came on. I called him, he became very disrespectful, irate, unprofessional, and angry when I inquired about it saying it had nothing to do with him. I took my car back, only for him to confess that he never replaced my battery. He refunded me $250. He stated that the battery was fine and that he would run another diagnostic. He ran it and stated that I needed a whole new transmission. I had my car towed from his shop to a dealership. The dealership informed me that E-Motorworks did not properly install my alternator, shouldve replaced the battery, and reconnected the wiring incorrectly. My friend took his car there after I told him what they did because he has a friendship with Naser thinking he wouldnt be screwed over, Naser told him he needed two parts. He ordered them online for $200 a piece, Naser quoted him $400 a piece. When he went to pick up his car, one of the HONEST service men pulled him aside and told him only one part was installed and that Naser took the other part, put it aside, and was planning to resale it for $400! My friend was soooo livid that he lost it. They gave him the additional part back and refunded him some of the installation costs. This place is the most scamming! They should be shut down! The operation theyre running is unethical and unlawful. They should be sued and the FEDS sent after them. These ARABS are 2 steps short of either being hurt or jailed. Save yourself the money and trouble and NEVER take your car here. Its an absolutely disgrace and disservice to the Marietta area.
THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! they are shady and corrupt. When my roadside assistance had my car sent here then my insurance tried to have it towed somewhere else he would not release it and tried to charge $380 for work he had not done. I had to physically come to his shop and call him out to make things right. So I have been stuck in GA for two days because of this guy.

Really bad place, bad smell, not proffecional work, do not recomend, spent 2 hours to get two tires replaced if was all 4 I would have to stay over night there

Rude when I called asking for price of water pump and when I said good year wont charge me 300, I was told take it to good year then!
