He showed me the door panel with the information to verify his statement, gaining his trust.The Discount Tires have a nice easy entrance and exit setup for people just needing their tires check ✔ for low tire pressure with this cool machine 😎 that tells how much air you have👍 and when to ✋..Super cool.There was no need to exit the vehicle, they come to you providing great service. You may have to wait a few being they were busy helping paying customers inside, but once they see cars waiting they harry on out.No, there is no charge, not sure if they are allowed to accept tips.

Traveling through Roswell and needed a new trailer tire on a spare that we brought in loose. They had good selection of tires with prices that just about any larger town or city would charge. I will give credit was quoted about 1.5hr wait and thankfully was back on the road in about 40mins. Staff was friendly and working hard.

They will inflated your tires for free. Usually busy but fairly fast. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Helpful staff though they waited for there to be 8 cars are pressure check and dirt driver had to get out of his vehicle and ask for attention.

Went for tire pressure check due to cold weather I thought but the tech found a tire that the tread was separating from the tire a bad deal, replaced tire as it was under warranty at no expense to me! A small $14.00 fee warranty charge for the new tire! Tech and manager were courteous and fast service! Total time there air check and replacement of new tire was about one hour including the warranty time spent! Will only have tires serviced there!

Went to Discount Tire to get a tire rotation a while back. In the process of showing up the tech. Kept going on and on about how I need new tires in my tires werent safe even though there was 70% tread left.. it was annoying considering it was just a sales tactic but I bought it I got some new tires even though I didnt need them. Afterwards got my paperwork with my warranty. Went back to Discount about 4 months later for another rotation and a inspection on Tire. Due to losing air the smallest puncture in the shoulder of my tire prevented them from fixing it so they ordered me a new tire under my warranty wasnt in the store so I came back the next day after it was ordered after being instructed there is no out-of-pocket expenses the tire was covered went back the next day to get my tire put on after its said and done they sat there and broke me down and made me fork money out of pocket after I was previously informed as well with paperwork as proof I have a warranty? Like I get it make your pitch sell tires make money but dont sit there and take my business jerk me around and then feed me BS on a warranty that wasnt there when I was already in formed from the same staff it was active/ still good. Idk I will NOT go back to discount... you can show up with four brand new tires on your car and theyll sit there and still feed you some excuse on why you got to change them😂😂 morons never again

My sister went in for a flat tire and they ended up talking her into two new tires, and four new sensors! They have the car for an hour and charge her $660 before the work is even done! WHAT!? Who goes in for a flat tire and a new valve stem and gets a $660 bill. Ladies and gentlemen, these guys straight up take advantage of women who come in by themselves. What happened today is a prime example. I literally went over and checked the vehicle myself and did the oil and topped off the fluids You want my advice? Make sure you dont send you wife or sister in there alone if you want to afford your mortgage this month.

Usually really good and reliable to us, my parents and I always go there however this last time I went and purchased two new tires and one was not put on properly and caused it to lose air the same day. I think they were training the new person so I understand but it could have been dangerous if I was traveling for the holiday

I ordered tires online and scheduled my appointment online as well. I was greater with an assigned bay and my tires were replaced and I was on my way in less than half an hour. Staff are always professional and friendly.

Always been a pleasure but I spent 700 for new tires on Monday and the following day my tire light came on. Went today for them to check air and after waiting 10 min in line, I called and was told they were busy and Id just have to wait. After explaining to the guy I was just there and spent so much 2 days ago, he was short and rude and didnt help. Not sure Ill be purchasing from them again. They roll out the carpet to get your money but thats where the great service ended. Sad.

Nevertheless, got a superb price on highly rated tires for my wife’s Rav 4. Not only were they fast in getting the tires in, but the service was phenomenal. Despite being swamped, they worked efficiently and effectively. Yodel was professional and friendly. David did the labor and was awesome. So what was different? People People make a difference. Counter man went out and looked at my tire, saw that a plug had been installed, He said no problem, After waiting 1 hr. Pulled truck in bay, removed tire and bay supervisor told me they wouldnt repair due to it having a plug. Tried to sell me a new tire. Told them to put it back on the truck and took it down the road to Big O tire and they repaired it.

Fast professional service. I had a 9am appointment, I had 4 new tires put on a 4runner. I was on the road by 930am.(I was expecting to be there for I couple of hours, like the previous tires I bought at other companies). I was a little concerned about how fast they finished the install. When I got home I checked all the tires again, even the torque .Nothing missed.thanks for the great service!!

A warranty is only as good as the shop holding it. Was told there was no hole in my tire twice, but it took an hour one of the times. Later saw a half done plug. Nice warranty

We have used them many time for all of our cars but yesterday 30 min before they were about to close we showed up with a flat tire and Julius and his team went above and beyond to get us in and out with new wheels! We could not have been more impressed and appreciative of their service.

Had a nail in my tire they patched and plugged it for free I figured theyd try to hustle me but I took a gamble and there honest good working people I ask about a tire rotation they told me the treads are even not to worry but when I get my next oil change to go ahead n stop bye to check and see if its ready to rotate highly recommend Im going back for sure

It was just a tire rotation, but it was the end of the day, and they were crowded. They greeted me with smiles and told me it would be and hour wait. I was out of there in about 40 minutes - and they walked me to my car, gave me directions, and opened my car door for me. I am always treated well here, but this was exceptional.

I do not recommend this place. I walk in and asked for help to give me an estimate for a new rim. They stated to have a seat and they would be with me shortly. As I waited there for 30 minutes and watch people come in and get helped and they leave and more and more people continue in and out. No one ever acknowledged my presence. If your not dressed properly or look like you have money, you wont get helped here. Poor service. Dont go here. Wise people say you get what you pay for . Your better off going downtown to the local guys and just pay a bit more but better service.

The service getting my tire repaired was good. Clean store, competent staff and fair price. The juvenile and reckless driving in Discount Tire Parking Lot, involving DT employees in low profile maroon import personal cars after hours is a complete - unexcuseable embarrassment for a National Chain Brand! Some definite input from Law Enforcement is needed. Check your cameras after hours on Saturday 7/13/19.

Discount Tire followed thru with replacing one of my tires today. They had fixed the same tire twice before only the two patches were next to each other. They brought this to my attention that the tire should not have been patched that way and that Discount Tire was at fault and would replace the tire! 5 Stars Aaron Montoya for following thru bro!
