I called at 4:00 pm on a Friday night and Tiny, the technician was here in an hour. He was very friendly and explained all my options. The thing that stood out most for me was his workmanship. It was outstanding. Far better than the water heater installment prior. I will definitely call him in the future for my plumbing needs

During the inspection of a house we were purchasing, we were advised to get an electrical inspection as well. Wilson thoroughly inspected our entire house and completely explained all his findings. Because of Wilson’s knowledge and professionalism, we hired him to update our entire panel and troubleshoot for future projects. He and the other two TE employees (Dave and David) completed the large job within the week. They always explained any issues and figured out what would best solve the problem for us. I will be using them again. Wilson is incredibly knowledgeable in all expects involving electrical codes and procedures. He also is one of most pleasant professionals we have worked with.

I have used TE Certified for Electrical work before and was already primed that they would bring professionalism to this job.JR and Dell showed up earlier than the scheduled appointment time after confirming with me that this was OK. Both were respectful of my property (making sure not to track in stuff as they had to go in and out a lot).I felt the price quoted for the work was fair (Gas Pressure Regulator installs to accommodate upgraded Gas Meter from AGL), having already received two other quotes for the same job.They were able to perform the work immediately as they were well supplied with the parts and tools needed already on their truck.I also appreciated them going the extra mile to ensure that the worked-on locations were properly painted and rust protected (even the nearby areas they were not necessarily responsible for).Im VERY satisfied with this experience.

Our HVAC unit was installed as scheduled and agreed upon. The TE Certified team was very professional, arrived on time, took care of everything to protect floors and carpets, installed the unit as required, provided all information needed, and answered all questions asked.TE Certified couldn’t provide the unit we wanted, but they even went one step further by installing a better/bigger unit at the originally agreed price for the smaller one that was not available at the moment. The overall price was lower than those quoted by other companies for similar or smaller equipment, and even provided additional equipment/services not included in the estimate.They came back to our house few days later to check everything was going well and completed the City inspection permit for us.

I called TE the Sunday afternoon before Labor Day. The customer service was excellent. My call was answered quickly and she listened well and asked detailed questions. An appointment was set up for the next morning after confirming that it wasnt an emergency, despite the next day being a holiday. They gave me a 3 hour service window and called me the next morning to give me a better idea of when they might get to me during the service window. Josh and Wesley were also great. They called when they were on their way and wore shoe coverings to protect my floors. They confirmed why I called them out and took their time diagnosing the problem. They gave me multiple solutions and discussed the pros and cons of each one. They then provided a written quote, outlining what we discussed and the option that I chose. They used quality materials and took their time doing the work. They were professional, efficient and pleasant and I felt comfortable around them. Great overall experience with TE Certified. I found them via a Yelp search after my frustrations reaching out to several electricians to reinstall a Ring floodlight. I submitted a quote for service and was contacted immediately. A quick phone call and description of needed service led to scheduling a visit in upcoming week. They provided timely and informative text updates leading up to service including name and picture of the assigned technician. I had the pleasure to have John assigned to me. He was professional and easy to interact with. He quickly assessed the work and provided me an estimate on the spot. My initial call explained the process that there was no fee to visit and estimate will be provided once work was assessed. This was contrary to every other contractor I reached out to which had some expensive fee (minimal $90). John helped me gain trust quickly and his estimate came back lower than any pre estimate I received from other contractors. Again helping increase my trust. In the end the work was completely quickly and beyond my expectations. Definitely will be using TE again for other needs and I would highly recommend them to others.

I had some storm damage to my electrical system outside my house, and Jason was so helpful in identifying the issues and making certain everything was addressed quickly and safely. Our son recently purchased an older home that needed lots of updates. We schedule TE Electric to come out. I cannot say enough about our electrician and the company itself and I am really picky!!!! From start to finish, they were very professional, sent reminders, made calls to update us, etc. Our electrician, Tim Rollins, was amazing. He took his time looking at everything that needed to be done, he provided us options when options were available, and was very thorough and easy to understand as he went through each item. His knowledge and skills as a electrician were superb. We would not hesitate to use them again. We will most likely use their plumbing and HVAC services as well.

I have hired TE Certified many times now for mostly electrical work but also for plumbing too. I have not had an issue with any of their work. They make sure to call before they are coming and have been professional to work with.Recently I had to have a microwave removed from above the stove because there was not enough clearance causing a code violation so it was replaced with a range hood. Also I had to replace the kitchen faucet. I am happy with both, no issues.

Doug and Hodge installed a whole home generator, replaced and upgraded the panel and repaired several outlets that were defective. With an older home, we have used several different contractors for a variety of repairs and upgrades. Their communication, work ethic and professionalism were outstanding. We are so thrilled with the job Doug and Hodge did that we plan on making them our electricians for life!

Highlights include:Having to dismiss an electricians assistant from my house because he wouldnt stop talking extremely loud on the phone the entire time he was working. When I called TE to complain about this their service supervisor happily told me they dont really have any rules for behavior of their electricians. Uhh.Different electrician and assistant. Worked on my wiring with breakers on. Might be okay for him, not okay with me. Proceeded to install a light fixture without measuring properly, installed it an inch off center. Had to throw away a solid wood board and redo the work myself.Their HVAC branch sent out about a 22 year old guy who tried to scam me $600 for an unnecessary part and then started stammering when I told him another HVAC company told me that part was fine.T&E has too many 5 star reviews to care, make sure you look throughly.

Jeffrey and Axel were phenomenal to work with! I was actually referred to a Jeffrey/TE by my folks and I’m glad they did. As seen in the pictures, I have a stone fireplace that had 3 stone shelves, no mantel and no wiring for a TV/audio set up making it a real challenge to install myself. Jeffrey and Axel came out for an estimate and besides being very professional and friendly helped me brainstorm through ideas. As you can see, from cutting off the shelves to mounting the mantel to running the power and wiring, it turned out even better than I could have hoped. It turned an already beautiful stone fireplace into a high-end feature! All said and done, after 10+ hours of work, they also advised that a whole home surge protector in addition to my other plug-in surge protectors set up could make sense and after checking with my insurance agent, it’s was even cheaper than my deductible making it a no brainer. Jeffery arrived to research a problem with refrigerator and deep freeze kicking out circuit breaker. After a brief assessment, discovered the homes main electrical box extremely overloaded, full of code violations in wiring, and advised that it was a serious threat to injuring residents. All the wiring defects had been made by previous contractors during two different remodeling projects in previous years, supposedly by professional electricians, who used shortcuts to save time or money.Described the problems in a way I could easily understand, advised fixing them, and provided estimates.Took 3 long days for him and his helper, completing many incidentals in the process without cost, all with a very professional approach, volunteering several other items that could be done in the future if we were interested.Excellent in all aspects of his performance

We have a Rinnai Tankless water heater that has been throwing an error code and not heating the water on and off for the past year. Another company came out a year ago but didnt really know what to do for the machine to fix it. Aaron came out and within 30 minutes diagnosed the problem and presented 3 options to fix it. He is kind, attentive, thorough and honest. We will use them in the future and I highly recommend the company. From first contact with the office, the professionalism with which she handled my call, the confirmation notifications, the morning of the appointment a reminder was sent with the name and picture of the technician along with a way to track his progress to our home. Also, Aaron (the tech) called me within a few minutes of the text to make sure I was still available and to let me know when he would arrive. And he arrived almost to the minute that he said he would.

Do not use this company!!! I have spent over $3k with them in a span of 2 years on our AC unit and the same problem keeps happening and they have lost my trust. Rather than owning up to possibly having made a mistake initially, they blamed it on the initial installation of the unit and stated that I had a lemon of a unit. This unit worked perfectly fine for over 10 years and was not a lemon. I’m a big believer of being honest and finding trustworthy people to do the work that you need done. The message that this company left me did not support that. So I would stay away.

TE replaced my water heater with a tankless. Great communication regarding letting me know when and who was coming. The team was very professional, very informative and they did a great job. They delivered exactly what they promised and left the space cleaner than how they found it. Great job overall.

Jeffery from TE came over promptly this morning and quickly identified electrical issues we were experiencing. Jeffrey and his journeyman provided a thorough explanation of the various issues and associated pricing to resolve them. The pricing they provided was clear and detailed and included no hidden fees or unnecessary upcharges. They spend over 5 hours doing the necessary work. Despite them finishing late in the day, they took additional time to show me all of the work that they had completed. After they cleaned up all of their debris, they walked me through the warranties before asking for payment. Top-notch job and I highly recommend. this is our second time using them and will reuse them in the future.

Earlier this week I had the pleasure of working with Nathan and Jason from TE Electrical. My wife and I are new home owners, and werent completely sure where to start when it came to electrical work. TE Electrical came highly recommended in our area, so we made an appointment with them to have a chandelier hung in our 2 story foyer, as well as some cabling work done to facilitate hanging our tv above the fireplace.Nathan was the electrician assigned to our request, and was extremely punctual, professional, and knowledgeable when he came to our house. He was able to expertly help us out with quoting the work, then performing the wiring work by himself while a coworker was driving out with a larger ladder to help with the chandelier installation.Jason was the other electrician that came out with the larger ladder, and did an amazing job helping Nathan with the installation of the chandelier, as well as checking out the wiring situation in a pony wall we are about to remove.Both Nathan and Jason were fantastic to work with, and we cannot recommend their work enough. We will definitely be looking to TE Electrical for any of our future needs.

TE Certified and specifically William McNeely and Dylan Chastain did a fantastic job helping us install an electric charging station, add a sub-panel, and trace all of the electrical circuits throughout our new-to-us house. They went above and beyond, tracking down circuits inside and out, determining dead and live wire, and even removing dangerous wiring.
