Worst experience ever! Took them 3 months to fix ac unit. Our home warranty assigned us to them. It was terrible they left nails everywhere once down mounting the new system and not a week later the there was a storm and the ceiling under the ac unit caved in and flooded!!! Then they completely refused to even come out or fix the damages they had created. I had a friend come look at it and they said they basically rigged a system together and had it so the condensation leaked into the ceiling area. If you like your home not being completely damaged after wards dont use them!!! I cant believe they are even in business.

I wanted warm air from my heating and air conditioning system, but it gave me the opposite. When I checked with this company, they sent their expert technician who came prepared for the job. The furnace repair was executed flawlessly.

Prompt and efficient service. The professional service man, was polite, cautious due to Covid19, and did a great job getting the system back in working order. He gave me excellent details, showed me photos of the problem in the attic (where I am not able to go). He gave me a reasonable quote and was very clear about what had to be done. Could not have asked for better. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

My daughter had a positive experience with this company so when my heater was getting ready to fail I decided to call them. They scheduled an appointment very quickly and Daniel was my consultant. He evaluated my house and offered options on the best furnace for my house and gave me advice as what to choose. He called to see if he could get it installed the next day and they were full but I only had to wait until the next working day. There guys showed up as scheduled and on time. They removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace, had the electricians show up, and made sure my furnace was up to code. They did such a great job. Oscar put extra insulation around my furnace and showed me how to work the new thermostat. He even went through the garage to make sure there wasnt any screws or debris on the floor of the garage. I was very impressed with the entire encounter, especially the great installation team.

My HVAC unit was working fine. All I wanted was some routine maintenance and an inspection before the summer months hit. I was told that my unit had no refrigerant, the compressor was not working and that I needed to spend 6000 dollars to have it fixed. I was also told that it as not worth servicing but was still charged a service fee. And coincidently my unit started blowing warm air after they left. I called Deltons and they came out. I was told my unit had plenty refrigerant and that the compressor was working fine. All Deltons found was a switch that had MYSTERIOUSLY been unplugged. They didnt charge me anything and my unit is working as it was before calling Reading. Ill never use this company again and I suggest you do the same.

I needed some plumbing done under two of my sinks. They were friendly, came out same day, and worked around my schedule. I like the texts they send to notify you when they are on the way. Took my info over the phone to bill me and sent receipt by email at the same time. Nice guy who did the work and no plumbing issues since.

Great company! Dan turned on my furnace and winterized my swamp and did an outstanding job while educating me on furnace and swamp care. Very knowledgeable about HVAC and so appreciated him. These are my new go-to folks for heating and plumbing.

Very disappointed. They said they would be here at a certain time. They were a no call no show. I called several times no answer. We ended up calling s different company

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. They are SO unprofessional. Technician is not a man of his word. Was supposed to show up Thursday between 12-2. Never got a call he was running late. I had to call to see what was going on. Secretary stated he was running 2 hours behind but he would show up at 5. Waited til about 6 never showed. Called and called and finally got a call back saying he would be there at 7. Never ever showed. He then called at 730 saying he was sorry but couldn’t show until today. It’s 5:22pm and he still hasn’t showed. These people don’t care about you or your business. They installed this unit in 2016. In January 2018, we had a problem with it & the technician said whoever installed the unit, installed it improperly. That it was their fault, so they weren’t going to charge us. Apparently, these technicians don’t know what they are doing! Now that the heat has gotten bad, the Ac is now not working and hasn’t been since LAST Wednesday! The soonest opening they apparently had wasn’t until yesterday. To the technician who kept giving us the run around, playing games as if we don’t have things to do or would like our unit fixed during this TERRIBLE heat....Thank you for caring about your customer service and for being a man of your word! I would invest in another business who actually knows what they are doing and who actually CARE about their customers!

This company is a blessing. At the start of the heating season and all plumbing companies were backogged 2-3 weeks. I had a water heater emergency that couldnt wait three weeks, they freed up a tech to come and fix it for me same day. Highly recommend these folks.

I needed the water heater replaced in my rental house in Artesia, since I live in Albuquerque, I called Home Depot to order the water heater and installation, Reading Plumbing was the chosen contractor who replaced the water heater.It went just Awesome! They were SUPER nice and professional in all of our phone conversations, SAME DAY SERVICE! Punctual and did a great job. My tenants were extremely happy with the experience. I will definitely be using them if needed, again in the future.

I had a leak in my foundation and a sewer line in the front yard that needed to be replaced badly. I called places and Reading Plumbing was the one that was able to come out and diagnose the issue. They sent John to fix the leak and Justin to diagnose. Both where vey professional and friendly. John went above and beyond to fix my leak and my line . He stayed extra late on both jobs and even did my concrete replacement for me. I would highly recommend signature (especially John)to anyone who needs plumbing done. Daniel has stood behind his work and helped out above and beyond. NOTUndrsized the unit, kinked the lined, did not plumb the units. Now I am paying for a Do-Over.

Reading came out to fix my air conditioner which lead to them shorting the wiring and the A/C being on for 24 hours straight at full blast. Of course multiple parts of the unit burned out. They then came out 4 or 5 more times saying that they finally had the parts they needed to make it work. The technician would show up for 30 minutes then declare he needed more parts and that he would be right back. We would then call the office after 3 hours and would be told he wouldn’t be back till next week. This continued for a month of us having no A/C and multiple promises it would be fixed. It reached 90 degrees in the house consistently every day. My dogs were sick my family was sick. Then the last time the tech came out he then told us he couldn’t come out anymore because we were being ugly with him and refused to come back unless we apologized. We then told him to get his stuff and leave. A/C is still not working.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Use Fulkerson instead they will fix your problem.

The guy that came out to the house to check the air conditioner said he could not find anything wrong with the unit. He would come back out and check it in the afternoon to see what it was doing when it got hotter. He never showed up. So we called the office the next day now the guy is saying we need a new unit but the home warranty would not cover it but they offer financing. This company is a rip off!

Do not waste your time with these crooks. We paid them to install an ac unit and our furnace won’t work now. They were made aware of the problem and we paid for the part so they could order it and fix it. We haven’t seen them since. Two missed appointments later, they will not even return our calls. Don’t waste your hard earned money, or time on these scammers.

Three years ago, my elderly Grandfather had them install a new Air Conditioning System after the old one finally went out for good.The new system has had nothing but problems. Twice, weve found it to not cool the air, the fault being leaking coolant. When I called a different company, it was revealed that several parts of the unit were duct taped into place, and several screws were missing that should have been there to keep it in place. As the older unit hadnt been leaking coolant, this was a problem with the new system that was simply untested and undiscovered.It was also when I discovered other people with similar unhappy stories regarding C Reading.

If l had known the company had been sold and the new owners are going by their reputation. I never would have recommended them to my family. Mr Charles Reading would be turning over in his grave. Do yourself a favor folks, use Fulkerson, they stand by their work and dont make empty promises. As far as Reading is concerned, please make sure they actually have a license and not use others. I wish l could give a negative star but it wont let me! My family has been waiting for over a month to have their issue corrected!

**THE PUBLIC has a right to KNOW **Do not hire this company if you want your services done with in a timely manner. The company is running under the reputation of the former owners. The company has been sold. On February 16 I signed up to have an air conditioning unit and to this day Im still waiting for the completion of the work to be done. We made a fatal mistake and signed up for a credit card with them. Immediately all the fees were applied to the credit card( we have a bill now that was due last week) and the company is not done! Paying over $6000 and still having incomplete job is not professional. They will set a time frame to complete but not meet it. They work on your home 1-2 hours and then leave to do other jobs, will use your material & tools,they do not set a courtesy schedule to notify you when youre coming, and they state they are coming on certain days and never show up. Disorganized, sloppy, lack of communication, and not effective with delivering merchandise. I have more vent holes and damage then prior to them arriving just to install a air conditioner. If I could rate a negative I would. The field staff are friendly- however friendliness does not make up for incomplete work that one has paid for.If you dont mind waiting for service for over a month, dont mind cleaning up after you paid a company, dont mind having to track down the company daily- then please feel free to use.

Called on Sunday for Monday morning appointment regarding drain problem. Tech showed promptly at 8:40 to repair air conditioning. Called the office back to see what the issue is and now told it we be around 4pm before they can get to me. This is their second strike with me. Not even going to give them a third shot.

Let me share my story about Reading, last Tuesday my AC unit at my home went out I called like four different companys in the Roswell area that do HVAC all were too busy at the moment to come out and take a look and wanted to schedule me up for service three or four days latter. I ended up calling Reading was pleased to have my call pollitley answered by the wonderful ladys in the office.The technition they sent out was very friendly and neatly dressed within 30 minutes he was able to solve the problem, had the parts on his truck and was able to get the unit up and running and save me and my pets from having to stay at a motel downtown VERY PLEASED will definitely recommend there service to others!

Called to get an estimate and was told someone would be out in 24 hours. called back the next day to see if I could get a rough eta and was told I never called. I asked if they could check and was told there was no point since I didnt call. I tried asking if someone could be sent out I was told I would have to call to set it up.I can not speak to the quality of their work as after 3 calls a technician was never sent over.

After calling other plumbing places and being told i would have to wait a couple of days before they can get here. I called Reading. They were at the house and fixed the problem within 2 hours after i called. Thank you
