Writing this review for Albert, he was very resourceful when asked to put a smaller mesh covering on a vent that may have let in a bee into the house. Not your typical renter problem but Albert was quick and did a great job with the odd request.

Recently moved out of a house we were renting with them for 2 years. Overall a great experience. Maintenance requests were handled in a prompt manner. Libbie is awesome, highly recommend her and she saw to it that we got our requests resolved. Their online portal is easy to use and very user-friendly. Will rent with them again in the future.

I, an investor of high end residential single family homes, recently placed a rental property under the care of Results Property Management. The property required extensive renovation due to mismanagement of another PM company and abuse from a terrible customer. The owner Ed helped me in finding the right contractors to do the extensive repairs. I am grateful to and am very impressed by Ed and his team. They are all professionals in their trades and are very cost conscious and did an excellent job. To top this off, Ed found me an excellent tenant even before the repair work was completed. To me, this is a five star performance. I am truly impressed and just placed two more properties under Eds company.

Whenever I have a maintenance request, Lucia reaches out right away to let me know it is being worked on. She texts me through their web service to keep me up to date on how its going, and is extremely friendly and helpful when I have to call in. A+ service is usually hard to find, but not here.

I have 1 year of credit history with a bit lower score then required. But I have good rental history for 2+ years, never paid late. So I sent an email before submitting the application where I was explaining it and I explained again over phone after they got all the forms, income confirmation, etc. I told them again that I dont have needed score but Im happy to pay more or make a bigger deposit or pay for several month upfront, etc. In the end I paid application fees, in a day or so we agreed with the agent on showing time, I asked again to make sure they are OK with my credit score as I have to drive from far away.So! I took a day off on my work. I went to Roseville. I spent a day driving 300 miles, gas time, etc. Checked the townhouse. When I was driving back I got a call from the agent telling me I wont get the rental because of my low credit score.THE ENDAre you serious?

I want to give a big shout out to Tawney Nemechek. She has gone over the top in helping us locate new tenants. She has kept us informed of the process since it began a month ago. She has held our new tenants hands and made things happen. We can’t say enough good things. Thanks is probably not enough.

Quick to respond to maintenance requests, and overall Results gave us a very pleasant experience. Albert has fixed a number of things in our apartment, and other maintenance requests were completed in a pretty short timeframe. As a tenant, I would recommend renting from them!

I had the chance to meet your maintence tech from results after I seen your company truck parked outside my neighbors house. I approached him and asked a couple of questions. He was very knowledgeable and poilet.

I have not gone through a property management company to rent a home before. I was so nervous, from the scary stories that Ive heard about those types of companies, and how they take advantage of renters. That has NOT been my experience at all, here. Ive mainly dealt with Tawney, who has been incredibly helpful and so responsive. She put me at ease, and has been of great help during an incredibly rough time in my life. I would highly recommend this company, Ive spoken with 3 different people here, and each were wonderful.

Although we have had issues with our new property, Lucia has taken care of us throughout the process. She has been very kind, respectful and responsive. Albert just came out to assess a problem with our washer drain. He was quick, polite and actually wanted to get the problem fixed! We’re glad we have people we can rely on to take care of us and our rental.

I have been a renter for a very long time and have experienced many property management companies. RPM sets the standards that all property managers should be judged by. Im not quite sure how Ed Kittle finds these types of professionals to surround himself with but I am very grateful for his diligence in doing so. Lucia is my favorite but after reading her reviews I have found that I am in a long line of her admirers. The professionalism that this woman radiates could not be displayed if she did not genuinely care. Mr. Kittle I sure hope you appreciate this woman as much as I do, she represents you with an uncommon professionalism. If you have any need of a property management company just read the reviews about this company and let your commonsense be your guide. I have several properties with Results Property Management for about 6 months now and have found them to be very good. My tenants have told me the staff are friendly and professional. They are very responsive to maintenance request and they keep me in the loop. I really like the way Lucia keeps on eye on my properties and Libbie keeps me posted on maintenance. All the staff is very responsive to my requests.

Im glad that I changed property management companies to Results. Ed Kittle was extremely helpful in the transition and in informing me about what was needed to keep my property in top shape. He let me know what was my responsibility to repair and what was needed from my tenants. He did the footwork to get the best prices for work to be done and I trust that he will continue to care for my property and keep me updated. I appreciate the professional way I have been treated and I know that I am in good hands.

Very unprofessional, show up unannounced illegally and enter as they please. Do not take care of repairs in a timely manner. Argue and try to blame tenants that just moved in (we have mold and theres holes in our walls due to the lack of them not noticing the bubbling water from the showers prior to our move in, now dealing with it 2 weeks in still). Its a huge joke and ED the owner blocks you if you try to call him and tell him how to legally act. Then when you contact his office they tell you hes in charge and to speak to him, just for him to never return your call... Will be updating once I see if I need to pursue a lawsuit or not. AVOID this company theres a lot of good property managements out there, these are not one of them! Youll think so at first until you have any problems arise and see how immaturely its handled by them!! I already moved into a filthy property rented by them that I had professionally cleaned myself and was okay with it. But enough is enough!! Very dissatisfied.

Could not ask for a more professional property management team. We rented through Results for almost 2 years, and they were exactly what you would want from a rental property. They left you alone, fixed problems right away, and communicated very well.We also used Ed to buy a house after our lease was up, which the communication was great, and Ed and Amanda are both very knowledgable in their filed, which made buying a house as seamless as possible.
