Love love love this place. I came here on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. The person who did my nails was meticulous, detail oriented and also added her own touch (per my request).Edit: Ask for Tiffany. She did an amazing job.

I’ve been going to this place for years and made my appointment last minute and was able to get in within an hour of asking. however i wanted a full set which usually at this place takes an hour to an hour and a half. the woman doing my nails didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing and spent what felt like an hour and a half just shaping my nails, while she was filing my nails she actually cut me 2 separate times. 2 1/2 hours later she finished and once i got in my car i noticed two of the nails were crooked and almost all of them looked lumpy. there were also a bunch of little bumps under the polish. i used to love this place but this visit was very disappointing :(

We just went here this evening to get pedicures before a friends wedding and Im am in love with this place. It was very clean and beautiful. All the ladies were so sweet and helpful. They did an amazing job on everyone. The prices are completely reasonable. My favorite thing was actually the smell! I didnt bring my daughter because I was anticipating the overwhelming smell that most salons have but this one didnt. It is such a nice salon and we will definitely be coming back!

I have been a customer in the past. I am always amazed by the ability of the manicurist to draw pictures, symbols, etc. on my small nail beds. It is an art. I have never been treated by anyone at this shop with anything other than kindness! They are priced right in the same range as any of the top nail salons in the area.

Chi is awesome! Shes super professional, friendly, and does great work. Salon is always spotless and the prices are great!

I love Chi, she knows exactly what to do when I give her an idea. My nails always look amazing. They arent bulky, they last SO long and Im a dog groomer, so my nails get beat up. I definitely recommend Chi at Design Her Nails, but any of the other technicians are great too. ♥

Fantastic gel manicure. Attentive, extremely sterile equipment, calm space. In town visiting, walking distance from hotel. 👍🏼

I had a spa pedicure & acrylic nails done. I can say this is by far the best pedicure and manicure I have had done . The environment was very clean, relaxing, and welcoming . If you are trying to find a new nail salon, just like I was, this is absolutely your best bet. Also, I had my acrylic nails done by CHI she’s amazing !

If I could give them 0 stars I would they had no idea what they were doing. I got a basic pedicure and the board says 25 but when I go to pay they tell me its 40.00 and when I ask why they say its an extra 15.00 for gel. I have no problem paying extra for gel ( I get my nails done all the time and always expect to pay 5.00 extra for gel) but nobody told me that gel would be extra and then for it to be 15.00 is outrageous. The girl had no explanation as to why they didnt let us know of the price and then said its usually on the board (but then looked at the board and said it wasnt there) just bad business practice. I would not recommend them.

Such a wonderful place! The atmosphere was so peacefulwhen I went there, despite being busy. The ladies seemed very receptive to their clients and accommodating to walk ins. Its the only nail salon that Ive been to where they respect the time slot for appointments and dont overfill the seats to make more $. Despite the shop being approx. 40 mi from my house I would happily make the drive for the relaxing ambiance and the great job they did on my pedi.

Good spot to relax and get your manicure done. I like the music and service and convenient location

The women at this nail salon provide the best service. They are friendly and always make sure your nails are looking amazing! They do eyelash extensions there as well.

Best quality polish and gel manicure/pedicure I’ve ever had. Color quality is bold, bright and lasts for weeks.

Scheduled appointments here because of the reviews and location. We were able to get in the same day and they were ready for us when we got there which was great. One of us got a pedicure but was surprised there was no massage during the pedicure and her feet were still rough afterward. Another got a full set that took about an hour forty five to complete. There was a lot of filing which made the nails thin and come out shorter than what was wanted. The manicures were okay but the color selection was super limited. There may have been 12 to 15 colors available. Overall, the quality was not worth the price.

Found this little gem by chance and loved it! The decor is lovely and clean, the pedicure was done perfectly and the smell of the creams are amazing! Definitely recommend!

Friendly and very talented staff. I am VERY particular about my nails, from shape to color and design. My nails look perfect every time.

This place is pricey and I had the worst looking nails when I left. I was the only client in there at the time but for some reason the girl doing my nails was in a big hurry. I asked for gel and my nails looked extremely bulky and fake at the end. It looked like the girl was new at the job and she basically did an experiment on my nails. There were a few other things I wasnt happy with. In conclusion it was a big waste of money, my time and the vacation nails I was hoping for. Never going back!
