They were very unprofessional and they switch the prices on me multiple times like they didn’t know what they were doing and they weren’t communicating with each other well my nails are terrible I will never be back and you shouldn’t waste your money because that’s all they want they don’t care about the quality and people returning they just looking for the quick dollar don’t waste your time buyer beware She couldn’t even give me no lotion😩 update I went back and asked for a refund and he yelled at me! I had two choices come back tomorrow or let the lady who messed them up redo them! Then he later offered 20$ after stating that he didn’t do refunds a million times! He was so nasty about it but he a manager! NEVER AGAIN

I go here every 2 weeks to get my nails & feet done. David is always attentive and friendly. My nails are neat and very professional. He goes out of his way to ensure satisfaction each visit. Must add he’s kinda funny too! I’ve stuck with this shop longer than any other!

I paid 100 dollars for them to just soak my feet and after a week of only have my nails done there so thin they broke in half never going again waste of money and time

Love this place they always do a great job. They also let me bring my little baby in there so I can get my nails done during her nap time. I only get shellac on my hands and these are my nails.Its hard to communicate with the staff at times.

I will make a special 2 hour drive here from now on!!! I was so impressed with John and his attentiveness to the smallest details on both my hands and feet. He did an amazing job. Also the salon was very clean and safe in these unsafe days. I live 2 hours away and will make the drive just to go there from now on.

Nails were horrible. The older lady said it was something i did. When in fact, she made them lumpy, uneven and she cut my cuticles several times

I went in to get a simple manicure; the older asian lady who was servicing me became super aggressive with my nails for no reason, which physically hurt me. I was super polite and waited patiently for my turn; all in all this has been the worst nail salon experience. I DO NOT recommend this place, they should be shut down for poor quality and rude/poor service. I wont be going back!

Called to see if I could schedule an appointment, they told me 2:45 and I said it back out loud and confirmed with lady on the phone. Got there at 2:30 and they had no record of my appointment. They also asked me to repeat the phone number I had called back to them (which was their phone number). Didn’t offer to do anything for me, just a complete waste of time. Do not recommend making an appointment here because they clearly are disorganized with communication.

They got me in and out with an appointment for pink and white gels and a pedi.ive been going to cfornia nails for 15 plus years. I drive a hr out of my way to go to them.

Been here about 5 times now to have manicure and shellac. Ive had just about everyone do my nails now. They all do a great job. Rarely ever wait.

Ive been coming here since 2017 and they do a great job. I dont go anywhere where else. They have reasonable prices, really kind staff, and Ive only had my nail break twice out of all the times Ive been here. Also they do a very nice almond shape. I would recommend coming here. The only down side is that there is a long wait most of the time.

Didnt get my nails done. But I called ahead of time to ask what time they closed, 530. My mom and I ended up lost in the mall. I called a second time, they told us how to get there.We get there around 4:30 -40 and they tell us they are closed.Im livid because I called 2x they could have said we arent taking anymore ppl sorry or we are closing earlier than normal When business hours say 6pm on line.Waisted time.

Went here for my first time the other day, amazing. I had David do a full set of acrylics and did a great job. He spent a lot of time making sure it was exactly how I wanted it, other nail salons Dont care as much. Love it so much will definitely be back.

They only have two chairs for people waiting first off. So I stood for about 20 minutes waiting for a spot to open. The woman I had was very uninterested in doing the job at hand. She seemed very bothered by my being there. I asked for a manicure and gel nail polish and she looked me up and down and said with gel nail polish it was going to be an extra $10 and I said ok and then she said together it was $37 and she stared at me. I dont know if this was to see if I would leave or she didnt believe I could afford it. I have never really had any issues with gel before but one nail peeled off within 2 days and now within a week I have lost 4 complete nail polishes. They peeled completely off in one piece and took some of my nail with them. Never in my many years of getting manicures have I paid that much for a manicure or had the gel come off like this. I will not be back at all and would not recommend them to anyone after I saw that they were rushing people in and out of there while I was sitting there.

My nails are fine so far but the manager was absolutely inappropriate, bordering on sexual harassment. I went in for a pedicure, and the entire time he was speaking about old men having sexual relationships with young girls. He even mentioned that Larry Nassar was the “luckiest guy alive” for doing what he did and admitted that his only mistake was getting caught. Ladies, I would stay away for safety’s sake. Don’t bring your daughters, especially those who are younger. It is obvious that he is the kind of man who has a fetish for that kind of abuse. I wish I was exaggerating. Steer clear and stay safe. If this review can spare even one person the terrible experience, it will be worth writing out.

I asked for a design on both of my ring fingers and she didnt do what I wanted, so they told me to come back the next day since it was late and when I went back to get it fixed and they were rude and told me they didnt have time to fix it. I will never go here again

I went to go get my nails done many times and every time my nails were never soaked. They peeled the gel off ripping off my natural nail and it was so bad that when they did the dip powder my nails were so weak and the application was so bad that my nails started to burn and I was in pain for the whole day. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

I came here instead of going to my usual nail tech. Horrible, will not go back. The prices are WAY too expensive for the quality given. 50$ for a fill and a pedicure is ridiculous, especially when my pedicure took five minutes. Anywhere else I would have received a hot towel and a sea salt scrub I got my cuticles done and thats about it. Ive gotten pedicures regularly for the last 12 years and never have I been charged so much for terrible service. The staff was rude and seemed bothered by customers. Never going back, wish I could get my money back.

I got a Pedicure and she filed my nails down too thin, and she thought I had Shelac on my feet so now I have these ugly ridges and on my Big toe nails. I normally wear a French, but now I have no choice but to get regualr polish. Their Grandma worked on me and she hurted me a few times!!😡

Oh ... my.... goodness. Today I decided to go get my prom nails done here because everywhere else was closed when I got off work and it was now or never. I checked the ratings and reviews, both of which were terrible but I decided to go here anyways because like I said, now or never. When I first get in the lady says that she “just want to go home” then proceeds to rush thru my nails. She BURNED TF OUTTA ME with the glue, didn’t apologize, then continued. Slapped acrylic on sloppily then she “shaped” them (all different shapes n sizes). She had an attitude the whole time and it was OBVIOUS. She was being ruff, smacking my fingers down when they got in her way and pulling on my hands like black mamas snatch they kids when they being disrespectful. I requested for David to do my toes bc at this point I didn’t trust her and he did a good job and was very nice. Oh yea, my finger nails are paper thin as well (acrylic). If I didn’t have prom Friday I would have these ugly blobs removed but until prom is over I have to wear these depressing things. If u ever decide to go here.... Goodluck Charlie 🤷🏾‍♀️

David the manager did my nails.TERRIBLE job had to come home and file them myself! I still even tipped him. He never said thank you or anything. No one there said bye as I was leaving or have a nice day or anything. They are SOOOO RUDE!!!!! NEVER going back there. I could do my nails better than they can!

My daughter and I needed some place to get our nails done yesterday and a lot of places were closing. This place being in Macomb Mall, of course didn’t close until 9pm. So even though I hate mall nail salons we decided to check it out. Upon arrival, we noticed the look of the salon with no price list. Which I always hate because unless you ask, you don’t know what you’re getting into. I went for a removal of previous gel and placed back on. While my daughter got a fill and gel polish. She really had no choice as the selection of regular polish was limited. The use the cheese grater on your feet!!!!! Ugh so nasty!!! So redundant!!! They did have a ton of pretty colors!!! I will say that. The look of the salon was typical. My “tech” was friendly but she worked very sloppily. She has red on her hands from the previous clients I suppose it got all over my hands. It was removed of course. I opted for something simpler as far as color. She applied no special care given to my nails. She actually went to low beyond the cuticle. It makes me wonder if she even had any specialized training and how are these places governed. My daughter had issues with her tech. He was either the owner or manager. He kept asking inappropriate jokes and complaining about the time it took to do my daughter’s nails. She wanted a fill with stones and a little fanciness to them. Which I get I feel when you go to a salon, you’re either simple like me or what something extravagant. Which is a benefit for the tech cause it means more money. However this joker wanted to complain then at the end of our service has the nerve to ASK my daughter for a tip!!!!! Yeah we won’t be back! I don’t suggest anyone else goes until they make some changes.

Ive been here many times and had good experiences... unfortunately i cant say that about my last experience. the guy that did my nails seemed to have no clue what he was doing. he was intentionally putting acrylic all the way down to my knuckles on each finger, both sides.... i am still peeling acrylic off my hands a few weeks later... my nails started lifting about a week ago and one broke the other day. like the bottom broke off and only the tip is still there. i am not popping it the rest of the way off because i am going to wonder nails which is also in the mall but want to show the people in california nails what happened because it is horrible!

HORRIBLE DISGUSTING PLACE! David is a horrible nail tech and VERY rude. When I called the next day to complain and pretty much wanted my money back after I got cut twice, had to sit with acetone in a bowl on my lap while getting a pedicure because they wanted to rush all their customers the owner actually laughed at me and hung up the phone.

Ive got my nails done 2 days ago and 3 nails already popped off. worst nail shop ever ! Horrible experience. I went to get a full set the owner of the store sat down and did my nails he rushed through them didnt even take his time . Im so angry because not only did he mess up my nails but he put the wrong Polish on . He put gel Polish on and it didnt dry correctly it looked nasty. I tried to ask for my money back and he told me no . Omg im so upset about this.

Terrible! After only soaking my feet (no pumis stone or anything) nd just a quick swipe of oil on mu legs, no massaging, the lady continued to put the color that i flat out said no i dont care for that to on my toes and then gave the WORST mani ive ever seen (got shcallac, hasnt even been a week and its all chipped and looked like crap even when I left) I didnt cause a seen because we were there for my nieces birthday present and the gentleman doing her nails was trying very hard and I appreciate that in person. However the woman that handled me left MUCH to be desired especially when she said to me oh you have no kids thats why you can afford to bring her took everything in me not to scream Well no mama the fact that I work 2 jobs and never treat myself to things like this, except when its a special occasion like my nieces birthday and that what she asked to do. So how I afford it is really none of your business
