Donation based yoga classes on Wednesday nights at 7:30pm with Promila are awesome! She always has wisdom to share and I always learn something new. I always leave feeling better than I came in and her classes are welcoming to everyone!

Ive been training at the Aikido & Healing Arts Center of Roseville for nearly 5 years. Its a large, open training space and there are wonderful people here to train with.They also have a great kids program with classes on Tue. and Thur. nights from 6 to 7pm.If youre interested in martial arts, and youre in the area, I would love to see you on the mat. :-)
