This is the best boxing gym in The state of California, I started 2 years ago, and it was the best decision I ever made . Usually people are scared of boxing gyms but this one is different, the coach Nasser been training champs for the past 30 years, and this gym has all levels from beginners to pros, and everyone is trying to help you fit in and help you in every aspect of boxing and life and they teach you to not give up . The best gym ever .

I doubt know why Im only now writing a review. I spent 10+ years here, 96-07. I trained the Shotokan karate mostly, dont know if they still offer, and kickboxing sometimes. Great instructors ( no longer there ) but Niavaroni is a great martial artist and whomever he has instructing, Im sure theyre great. I earned my Black belt here. Belts/Ranks arent just given away like many places. If you train and want to go amateur, they can help with that as well( at least they did back then) All around great place to train.

Navs is the best kickboxing gym in the Sacramento area. Ive trained there for 10 years and now my wife and 10 year old daughter join me now. It has boxers and kickboxers of all levels and is a fun family gym.

The owner, really knows his stuff, we took our son there to learn the basics before long he was competing, the knowledge Naz has is incredible

Not a kickboxing gym. Went in to ask about the gym, was told it was a boxing gym only.
