Its has been the same amazing lady running this store for 10 years. She brightens my day everytime i come in. Her and other gals are so hepful. The money i spend there is definitely worth the genuine friendliness... Which is priceless

My wife and have used this place of business with fine results however today while waiting in line to use the notary service the owner? Said it would be a minute. I said fine and that the gentlman waiting for postage was there before me. After taking care oh him she proceeded to sell and package product for people who came on after me. She probably thought i was in a hurry when i left which would b incorrect. Call me old school but i think people should be serviced in the order they entered the store. Time to move on down the street.

I dont know why reviews are so low, I always have a brief but very friendly visit when I go in here. The gals are rockstars and answer my dumb questions without making me feel dumb. Theyve helped package weird boxes and seem to always just be cheerful and friendly!

I had gotten a mailbox rental for a week but it ended up that I didnt need it at all, I had no mail coming in. I went back to to get a refund and all I got back was a $5 deposit on the key. I never got back the $15 security deposit or the initial payment for the mailbox. I am extremely disappointed for paying so much, to get jipped even on the security deposit.For that matter, I could have went to the post office itself, I could have gotten a $35 PO BOX rental for 6 months. Compared to a 3 month rental costing upwards to $70.It just shows, I wont come back anytime soon. WHATS THE POINT OF PAYING A SECURITY DEPOSIT IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET THAT BACK.
