We were helped by Sandra today. She was helping a whole store full of customers by herself while her manager was taking a break. Sandra was super helpful, friendly and smart! She helped notarize papers for me, and then very carefully laminated my Covid vaccine card. You could tell she cared about what she was doing and it showed in her detailed work! Very satisfied. Her manager on the other hand didn’t smile or seem to care when I asked to give a compliment about Sandra to her. The manager’s apathy didn’t ruin my experience, but it was sad to see. Promote people who care like Sandra please!

I walked into this UPS store to print an insurance form from an online search. I had my smart phone and laptop to search for the form. The counter person asked for $4 to log into their computer to print off the form. I explained I am a Caldor Fire evacuees who just had her house burn down. I am happy to pay for the printing of one sheet of paper. Paying $4 to use their computer when I had my own (that simply needed wifi) --- not so much.When a disabled senior stands in front having just lost her home and all furnishings, the least UPS can do is let them download an insurance form at no charge. Life is more than how much money you made today. Poor business model.

I opened a mailbox to use for work purposes. The employees are always friendly, and courteous. Kellyn always greets me with a friendly smile. I chose this location because it is close to home. The only drawback is that it is located in a very busy center, and the parking lot is usually crowded.

I went to this location the other day to get my passport photo done, and Tracy was awesome! She was quick and knowledgeable! Whenever I have something to send through UPS I use the Roseville Parkway store because they have great customer service! I had an item that I had to repack and send back. I couldn’t get it to fit back in the original box and was at my wits end. I took the half-packed item to this store and Tracy and Stephanie tag-teamed it to figure out how to get it to fit, then they finished up the packaging and thanked ME with smiles. I really appreciate great customer service and they come through every time!

Price gouging at its finest. This location provided me with a USPS Flat Rate Box, but then proceeded to charge me 105% more than what the USPS lists the costs online. I fully realize that the UPS store is not the USPS, but 105% is absurd. Of course, they refused to just give me a refund and give me back the package. I will never ship anything from this company/location ever again. Save your money and just drive the extra mile to the post office.

Kellyn is always a big help! Love the staff at this location, due to how nice and friendly the people are I no longer will go to USPS or FEDEX as long as I can help it! Customer service in general has gone down hill in todays day and age, its nice to be treated like a person and thats why I come to this UPS!

All women who have helped me at the UPS Store have been amazing!Tracy, specifically, has helped me with Live Scan Fingerprinting and UPS Notary Services. Both times she was friendly and knowledgeable with the services needed. She was particularly helpful with the Notary Services, as I needed a few other items copied and then faxed and had no idea what I was doing. She assisted me through every step without question and made the entire errand a dream! Truly appreciated her patience with me!

Saves you money on Amazon returns. The UPS store on sunrise wanted to charge me $1.00 per box to put tape on to seal the shipment. I complained to Amazon because they gave me the scan box to use UPS to print return info. I had to leave the box open to put the return bar code inside. That’s how the SUNRISE location rips you off. This place just smiled and sealed for free!!!

I have been to this store multiple times and my experience has been absolutely awesome. When I walk in they will always greet me with warm welcome to the store and a smile. Everyone behind the register is really kind, courteous, professional and have always exceeded my expectations when it comes to service. Cecile was absolutely great in filing a refund for me for packages that did not deliver on time. It was the fault of UPS...not this UPS store. She was on the phone with UPS in minutes from my call...and called me back within an hour with the resolve. 😁

My husband is in the military, so he has an odd address. Ive tried to use this UPS twice and got the same staff member. She couldnt for some reason type the address I had. She had to keep redoing it. I had to hand hold her through. I used a different UPS and had no issue.Heard back from manager, she was very nice and understanding. She offered to handle the delivery process herself. Unfortunately I already got home. Will try again later

I dont typically leave bad reviews. However, there is a middle aged woman that works at this store that is rude and insulting. She wont even listen to what you are asking or telling her.Also, for the prices, I shouldnt be told that they will always deliver 1-3 day items before any other service...the other items will be delivered when they feel like it :o Ive been to other UPS stores and have never had such a bad experience. Since this experience, I have decided to NEVER use UPS ever again.I went to USPS in Roseville and the prices were 20-100x cheaper and they said my package would get to where it is going in the time frame they quoted...no outrageous fees. Also, the lines were short and the staff was super polite, positive, helpful and efficient.

The woman at the store was extremely rude and condescending and told us flat out she couldn’t do anything for us unless we had a UPS account number and she made it seem like money was an issue for us and made it a point to emphasize how everything costed money (which is pretty obvious when you walk into an establishment to be serviced). Went to FedEx and didn’t have to set up any accounts and they packaged everything for me and took my information then and there and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Go to FedEx instead of possible unless you have a dedicated account with UPS

So this ups store charges you $4.15 cents to email them a 1 page pdf to print out. Dont waste your time and money. FedEx will do this for 18 cents.i went into the store twice to ask them about it and make sure I was understanding them correctly.

David was great. His customer service was excellent. I usually only come to this store now even though I have other postal stores near by my home in Granite Bay. The Granite Bay Postal Store would not even give me masking tape to box up a small box. The lady said she needed to charge me for using masking tape. I thought how do you charge by the inch? I walked out of that store and I will not be back. Here in Roseville at The UPS Store David takes my boxes prepares it for me gets me a packaging slip and has the greatest attitude about it.

Cecilia takes the best passport photos in the area! (including foreign passports) . She was very patient, friendly and had a good sense of humor while taking my boys ID photos. I have also used them as a Notary. This is My favorite UPS store.

There was a lot of parking available but it was so busy that not many spots were open. I got lucky and had a spot right in front of the store. Going in and out was a breeze. The service was so fast I think I was out of there in less than 2 minutes. I would call that a success.

Seriously amazing staff - Ive never received such good customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure youre noticed when you walk through the door and that your mailing needs are taken care of. I even had my finger prints done for an FBI scan and the woman was really helpful. Thank you!

Hopefully you dont need friendly and available customer service. As a paying customer I was told that livescan could not be performed in the anticipation that another customer may come in and need to be serviced. No where on their website, or business is it advertised that they stop live scan at 3 PM. I was here at 4:15 requesting live scan when they close at 5 and was refused. I pleaded due to the importance of this and time restraint and was again refused. I have done business here before and will not be returning. I was turned away 45 minutes before closing in an empty store simply because she anticipated future customers. I was made to feel unimportant and unaccomodated. How awful to treat a paying customer this way.

Will always avoid UPS, if I can! Your other choice is FedEx or USPS.I sent an Epipen (my cost for the medication was about $180) cost of shipping $87, was to be picked up next day and be delivered the following day but it took a whole week. At the store they said sorry but it is UPS fault they misplaced your box. Nothing we can do. UPS refunded me but I lost the Epipen. Luckily my son didn’t need it during his travel. I chose next day shipping for obvious reasons but UPS is not trustworthy in my view. Manager at the store called me and nicely apologized but said nothing can be done and calling UPS for a refund for the wasted medication is usually futile. I would trust USPS over UPS.

Do not get anything notarized here. The notary is unpleasant, sloppy and has a hard time copying your name from your drivers license to the proper paperwork 3 times in a matter of a 5 minute process. The individual signed in the wrong place when there was a bright sticky note that clearly said notary sign hereNot to mention it cost $10 per signature to have the notaries name put on the paperwork. Go to your bank, they will do it for free.

I NEVER recommendedI went there around 30 days ago, I was in rush to send a box to Canada as a gift, the lady was there helping people was confused too, he told me the faster way is 1 day to get in Canada then we dont any anything after that. So I accepted, then I send the box to Canada, it been about 30 days, nobody delivers anything, I spend 286 us dollar, then nobody told me about tax policy in Canada, then I spend 250 more, they still didnt send my box. Also I want to store more than 5 times and talk to them nobody responds anything to me. They told the address was incorrect which is not right, anyhow I update the address more than 5 times they still didnt send my box to the receiver. I call to the store they pass me to the customer service, customer service pass me to the Canada customer service, then every time I wait in the line more than 30 minutes but it turned off after that and nobody responds my call. So I am so confused and angry, That is the worst customer service I ever saw
