Awesome coaching and atmosphere... Less of a competitive focus and ideal for folks new to CrossFit, or even fitness. Regardless of your skill level, you will be challenged here as much as you want to be. Facilities are nice and spacious with clean restrooms.

I’ve been at CrossFit Determination for a few months now and its by far the best gym Ive ever been a part of. From the coaching to the community, this gym rocks. When I first started, I was pretty nervous about CrossFit because Ive had friends who got injured (at different gyms)..it just seemed like CrossFit might be a little too intense. Not my experience at all. Yes, its intense, but Josh and the other coaches really care about meeting each person where they are and they spend lots of time teaching technique so people dont get injured. Highly highly recommend!

This place is awesome. Was traveling on business and check this place out. Not knowing what to expect was super impressed with how enthusiastic the coaches are and their attention to good form. Highly recommended👍👍

Walking into CFD changed my life! I was terrified and completely out of shape. I wanted to learn how to exercise safely then flee and hide from all the athletes that I thought would judge me. But they were so welcoming and supportive, I decided to stay after my trial membership expired. That was almost 6 years ago, and I never imagined I would gain as much strength and stamina, as well as develop strong friendships. Best health decision I have ever made.

This CrossFit was very welcoming and friendly to me when I visited. Of all the CrossFits that I called in the area, this was the only one that picked up the phone right away. Even from visiting once, I received some great lifting tips from the coach/owner that I still keep in mind to this day. I recommend friends here, and I would absolutely come back to this gym, thanks Crossfit Determination for being so welcoming!!They’re located in a convenient spot for running where you don’t feel like you’ll get run over when you’re warming up.

I have been to many boutique fitness studios and many CrossFit boxes before coming to CFD. I was looking for an attentive coach with quality programming. Somewhere I wouldn’t get lost in the shuffle just because I wasn’t the strongest or the coaches favorite. In the short time I’ve been attending CFD I’ve gained skill and strength (considering I’ve been working out for years this was awesome). The programming is highly effective and fun! They have a substantial amount of equipment to accommodate many people. If you are new to crossfit or fitness in general the community is welcoming and coach josh is talented at bringing out the best in you. I am thankful to be a member of CFD!
