Wonderful apartment complex and awesome management! They respond promptly to any needs of ours and are very kind and thoughtful. The apartment units are spacious with ample storage and up-to-date appliances and fixtures. We love the family environment and would 10/10 recommend to friends.

The staff was so great with my transfer. I have been a resident for three years and Dolace Living Rosenberg has been and continues to be a wonderful living experience.

Been here for more 3 years and did not have any problem. Management always and promptly attend to repairs, maintenance staffs / office staffs are always courteous and efficient.Never encountered any untoward incident from coming home very late at night and walking from open parking space to my unit. Never lost any package delivered either on my doorstep or in my mailbox. During my stay, there had been 3 management changes and the current management is the best so far. Would definitely recommend this place over other apartments in the area.

I recently changed my review from 4 stars to 1 star. The level of service that I have been given has recently changed and its not for the better. I never mention anything regarding my washer and dryer, but since you want to be petty and mention it that is one of many reasons why I placed a one star on this apartment complex. I do not appreciate your apartment complex attempting to place a washer and dryer inside of my apartment with mix match colors and manufactures regardless if it is good working condition. Per your website all residents will be given white washer and dryer from the same manufactures. However, upon my move in that was not the case. I consider that false advertisement. The next reason why I have reduced the score is there is always a plethora of trash near and or around the trash bins and inside of the apartment complex, there is dog feces all over the apartment complex, and there are neighbors that place their trash outside of their door way instead of taking it to the trash bins. Lastly, the gates are always malfunctioning. There is no sense of security. These issues are not being properly addressed. I am not going to go back and forth with your company fix these issues and I may change my review. As it stands for today my review will remain at one star. This is for the New, Prospective, or Old residents that live or may want to live here will read and see that this is a real review.

Great property to reside. It was a pleasure living at Dolce Living the staff was very accommodating. The property was always clean in addition the apartment was in a safe and secure location. Also loved the ease of access to highway 59, grocery stores and shopping centers.

We lived at Dolce Living at Rosenberg for a year. We would have continued to live here had it not been for my husband taking a job out of town. During this time, the office staff was very efficient and friendly. The facilities were maintained very well. It was normally very quiet and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend this property. Everyone makes you feel like part of a family!

We loved our apartment at Dolce Living. The on-site staff is friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. They have a great online system for reporting problems and scheduling repairs. The maintenance people are friendly and fix things in a reasonable time. The landscaping is well done and maintained well, even in the back areas not visible from the more well-travelled areas. The only reason we left was because of an extraordinary opportunity to live near family. Even then, the decision to move was a hard one. Ive lived in several apartments and Dolce Living was by far the nicest community I have lived in. I loved all the upgrades in my apartment and the grounds were always well kept. The amenities, like the dog park and pool, were very nice features. The staff was nice and accommodating whenever I needed assistance. Definitely enjoyed my time living here!

This is my second year living in these apartments and I love it here! The customer service is amazing!!! Everybody here is so friendly and so helpful! Im a first-time apartment renter. Ive been at Dolce Living for a year & 3 months now. I didnt know what to expect but I have to say, so far, its been nice. My apartment is cozy & up to date. The leasing staff has been very attentive to me & my requests. My work orders are completed very quickly. The maintenance staff are considerate & clean up after each work order. The property is kept clean & repaired. I feel safe here & the location is near almost everything I need: shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, liquor store, fitness center, the freeway & my job !As with any home, its up to each individual to be responsible: be considerate of your neighbors, dont litter, drive safely, & keep your own apartment clean, as to keep any pests away. Would I recommend Dolce Living? Absolutely ... and I have, to friends & coworkers.

Its an Awesome feeling when you can good customer service & with warm sincere people that have your better interest as well as to what accommodations you need for such a nice place to live. Ha where do I begin! This place may have looks of a luxurious upscale apartment, but this place is not what it seems. I lived there for 14 months and I knew after the first month that I would not be renewing my lease. The prices here are too high for this kind of apartments. The staff just want your money, I never felt welcomed nor appreciated as a resident. I had to have maintaince out on 4 separate occasions to realize that yes, my microwave could not be fixed and that I needed a new one. They ignored to fix our issues with our A/C, it would never cool down and they blamed it on us. We eventually gave up with them and purchased fans. Managers there are not serious people, I came in one day to turn in some paperwork and a manager decided discuss a resident (in such a rude and unprofessional way) about how she couldn’t wait for them to leave and that she would find a way.It’s all glorious looking and comfortable in the beginning, but just wait when you need assistance. When people preached about not being able to retrieve your deposit back, they were not kidding. It’s funny that according to the amount you had to deposit, they keep about 90% for all these “charges”. They sent us a bill stating how much we owed with NO INVOICE! And they didn’t do a move out inspection with us, they didn’t mention it to us prior to move out! I’m telling you, they do not care about you, they care about your money. Enough said. We are in the process of taking further steps to have an actual correct move out invoice. What they did to other residents deposits will not be happening with ours, we will be doing everything we can to get an appropriate outcome! We have lived in several apartments throughout the years and this one by far, and the only, that has caused us headaches. We spent over $14,000 to live here in the course of our lease, and that to me is a joke for what we had to go through. Dolce Living is a JOKE and I will not be recommending it to anyone.

Dolce Living Rosenberg is the place to be! It offers all the comforts of a very healthy lifestyle. The Manager, Angela, and the management team are awesome. This is our first time experience in apartment living since 1979. Our dog loves her walks around the grounds which are well maintained. Work order are fast and efficient. Our time here is nothing short of quality living. Close proximity to a great shopping experience too...and no flooding!

The staff is always friendly. Over the phone or in person. They are extremely helpful. Katie is who I dealt with. She made the whole process as easy as possible and I never looked at another complex, to be honest. I love the floor plan and all the amenities!

Katie is the sweetest young lady, I absolutely adore her and her professionalism. She works with you and is so understanding. Honestly the only reason I renewed my lease. The property manager is so sweet as well, i believe her name is Angela.

We have lived here for about a year and have really enjoyed it. We have a small dog and she loves to associate with people and other small dogs. There are plenty of other small dogs around here for her to play with and get her social time with. The pool is also always clean and ready to use.

Oh Dolce Living Rosenberg. Lived at this property for 2 years. Quiet for the most part but there is lots of dog waste and the dumpsters are always overflowing. We had neighbors recently install there own window coverings that are tin-foil....there is an old car in the he parking lot that has not moved for months and has a window down and has a blanket over it.At one point management attempted to install cameras to try to assist with the dog waste situation. They were your standard deer/wildlife cameras that were velcroed to the nearby handicap parking sign (...very inconspicuous...) This did not help the issue. We also had continuous issues with our smoke detector going off. At one point during the summer we went to the pool and a family had taken over the entire pool for a children’s birthday party and there were about 50 family members and friends that descended upon the pool with cake and chewing gum everywhere.Very disappointed with the move out procedures, would look elsewhere to move.

I absolutely love it! Staff is wonderful and so helpful. It is very quiet and peaceful and if we do have a problem, it is solved quickly. I also love how staff gets involved with residents and have different welcoming events to keep everyone involved.

Update, new management Dec 2018. Some services are no longer offered. Still great place to live, but quality services are not the same. We rented here for all of the perks and now some are gone.

24 Months ago this community was worth the rent, today the level of quality has noticeably lowered. Be cautious when moving out as on-sight management attempts to keep monies/deposit due back for frivolous items and threatens to send you to collections if not paid within a certain time frame.

Nice place to live, peaceful environment but management doesn’t take care of service requests properly. I had some complains for which I called lease office so many times to send their maintainance guy but just got reply they will send as soon as they can and never heard back from them. They hardly pay attention to your complains as if they dnt care.

This community was a awful living experience and environment. The office staff and management were rude and incompetent. I have made several complaints about upstairs neighbors and extreme noise with no resolution. The community also has a issue with allowing disrespectful behavior like fights at the pool at least once a month and the police have been to the community several times with in the last few months. This community is not a good place to raise a family or enjoy peace and relaxation. I would highly discourage anyone from leasing at Dolce living apartment homes in Rosenberg TX.

My parents haved renewed their second lease after an uneventful first year. TheyTstarted using their dishwasher more this year and have had problems ever since. A few months ago they noticed a sulfur like odor from the dishwasher/underneath the sink, commonly caused by incorrect install of dishwasher, and/or incorrect drainage hose placement. We have tried to get management to remedy the problem with no results. The maintenance man has said its a common problem on the property because of drainage setup (yet they havent fixed it for some reason). The office claims that isnt true, and new management hasnt been very quick to respond. Its been several months and everyone keeps passing the buck so to speak.... Blame gets shifted from person to person, they have all come up and identified the odor and its coming and going. Some of the staff was able to recognize the sulfuric smell, while others think its a normal issue. Anyone with a working nose can tell you it isnt normal. It also wasnt present the once a week the dishwasher was ran to be kept clean the first year... It is a new arising issue and management has failed to help remedy it. We are incredibly dissapointed as it is making the apartment quite unbearable to be in at times.

Lived there almost 1 year for temporary, it is a very great apartment, new, clean, luxury, and the staffs are very nice! The price compare to the apartments around has the better deal.

Update 4/18/16Just received an email telling residents to write a positive review to receive a free roadhouse dinner...So be careful of any new reviews. We will be out in a month!!!Absolutely horrible! The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors sneeze 😒 and have all their ringtones memorized. I also know their bathrooms habits 😐Do not move here if you want peace and quiet.

I just moved to Dolce Living in January, as I am attending Nursing School in Sugar Land. It is located right by many shops, restaurants, and hotels just within a couple minutes drive. I have very much enjoyed living here and havent had any issues whatsoever. I have had a few minor maintenance issues that have been fixed very quickly, without any issues. The staff are always very friendly when I stop by the office to pick up any packages. The community around my apartment is quiet and kept up very well (in regards to trash pickup, dog poop, etc.). The fitness room, pool, and basketball courts are also huge pluses!I live towards the back of the property and have a garage with my apartment, but have never had any issues with any of my friends parking when they come over to visit.Definitely recommend living here! Thanks for everything yall do :)

I have lived here for a year and a half. I love dolce living! It is a quiet place to live and the management in the office are really helpful and nice. I havent had many maintenance issues but the couple minors ones have been taken care of in a timely manner. I have recommended dolce living to two other friends and they both love it here as well. I think I should give minus 100 points to people in this apartment management company. Because I can not speak English very much, I asked my friends for everything and interacted with the management company, but I was stunned by the results. I dont really know if this is just racism or a problem with the personality of the people. Someday when I become fluent in English, I will write more about this in English again. Indeed, I did not think that I would meet such a terrible thing in America.
