Ive been a customer for Seidners for many years, anytime I was in a traffic collision, and they always did an excellent job on my vehicle. Poor communication in general. When I picked up my vehicle they just pointed to the outside and said look its shiny! They never popped the hood and pointed out exactly what they replaced. Truck leans to the left when driving. I rather pay someone else than to go back to the Rosemead location! On a good note, the enterprise they used had amazing customer service! Quick check in, quick check out!

Really unexpected experience here. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I was rear ended and needed the rear bumper (plus a few other parts) replaced. I made an appointment, brought the car in and it was done within 3 days! Looks as good as new! They offer a rental car service from El Monte if you need it. Will definitely come here again if I need body work.

Great customer service. Had a collision repair done with them with state farm insurance. They walk you through each step of the process. They also guarantee lifetime and finished my repair 4 days earlier than resonated.
