I’ve been going to this salon for years now and today has been the worse nail experience EVER! I must say that I’m always pleased with my pedicures tho… it’s a super relaxing feel with the hot stones and was to release the tension in my legs and feet HOWEVER the nail side is the most hostile chaotic atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. I avoid going there Fridays and Saturdays by any means necessary. I had gorgeous medium length sky blue ombré nails that was done there and the guy they assigned me to this time supposed to cut them down and do a fill in… instead he chopped them down, ripped my acrylic nail off, and did what HE WANTED TO DO… this was my end result! I’m not ever getting my nails done there until JACK COMES BACK! 😤😤😤😤

I got a manicure and pedicure and they turned out nice. I rarely do this for myself, so I felt the prices were a little high but theyre probably comfortable to other salons. Every seat was full for the pedicure so if you want to be socially distant, this may not be the place for you. The massage chairs were very good. I cannot remember the name of the person who did my nails but she was very nice and we had a nice conversation throughout the service. I was pleased that they did not try to push acrylic nails on me because I hate them and they actually hurt when I get them. The manicure lasted for almost 3 weeks without any chips. My pedicure still looks fresh as a daisy.

Don’t bother wasting your time. This place is money hungry, and doesn’t care about you or your feet. I asked for the acrylic to be removed, the nail tech proceeds to rip the acrylic from my nail and broke my toe nails in the process. Then when I pointed out the damage he tried to deny it and I showed him the nail that contained the fragment from my toe; then I asked for the owner. Who proceeded to argue with me and deny the damage to my toes. I walked right out, I’ll take my money else where.

Ok so where do I start first time I came here I wanted a fill in and color change. the man did that, but he also put the new color and acrylic over the previous color which was weird to me but the ending result I was a little satisfied. So I come back today and my real nails grew like crazy so it was no need for me to get a tip! I asked for a take off and an over lay. These inconsiderate people not only cut my real nail to the meat they put tips on my nails anyway and then argued with me about doing so, then they expect me to pay full price like nooooooo I am never coming back here

TOOK 2 HOURS TO DO REGULAR LINES ON MY NAILS!! I am a very patient person ! The man had me waiting for 40 minutes just for him to say he couldn’t do the design ! Then the head lady had me waiting to go to a different nail technician with no sense of urgency like I wasn’t there for an hour already. They kept going back and forth asking me to pick a color every color I chose I was out of . My nails were completed TWO hours later and I asked for a discount upon leavening for waiting two hours for some basic lines and she said they don’t do that ! $75 for some lines y’all !! I could have gotten and full set!! Then the customer service was just rude !WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! And I use to like this establishment ! Y’all 75$ for these squiggle lines! *side note they were not busy when I first arrive they just had me waiting !!

I love this location and they are very pleasant and professional. I haven’t found a location better. Amber and Hannah are personally my favorite here. You won’t be disappointed.

The worst nail place I’ve been to. Owner is very unprofessional. Too expensive for number one the customer service, their nails are cheaply made, make your nails crooked, and god forbid you get gel.... they will have bubbles on all nails. This is my experience not once but twice. I decided to give them another chance for a third time and same experience. I called and talked to the owner, in which she told me text this number and explain the situation so I did.... two days later no text back. Gave them the two days to reply then I eventually called them on my way to the salon. Owner was very rude, screamed at me on the phone told me I’m lying then hung up on me. I was only about five minutes away as I was walking in the owner was talking about me to the customers, calling me the b word. After a bunch of back and forth then me telling her I don’t want her to fix my nails, she told me she wanted to look at them and secretly snipped one off. That blew it for me. I started going off and in the same breath she is so unprofessional she lost another customer in a two minute span because she was rude and ignorant to her also. Would not recommend at all I hope no one gives this place business. If you have a messed up nail prepare for them to not care. Ended up getting banned for me being mad about them messing up my nail that may I add, they told me I had to pay to get fixed. Lol. $75 wasted. Then another $75. And ANOTHER $65 to get it fixed. And got refunded $75....... Please do yourself a favor and don’t even think about it this place!

A old friend. Invited me to Luxury nail shop. I been going every since. Very professional. One lady her name begins with H. Harley something like that. Im going to ask her how she spell her name. Ms. H does a great job on my toes.

Don’t go here unless you want fungus under your nails, I used to see mike every two weeks for years but this is absolutely disgusting. They do not clean and sterilize anything between use. Will never be returning.

Mike does my nails. He is a perfectionist...make a appointment he is in demand. The place is huge and plenty of friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. Manager is sweet and professional.

The last review had me questioning the referral but Im glad I did go. Love how my nails and feet came out. Tech took her time and mastered my design. May take a trip every month to do them.

This place was amazing. I really enjoyed my first time there except when 2 technicians was talking loud, sounding like they were arguing. However one technician said they were just talking loud. I dont know but it was very unprofessional. Other than that it was a great time getting my mani and pedi.

Several customers were being fussed out by the owner today. The Nail techs were good but it’s the owner’s nasty attitude no customer show have to experience. No long term customer is worth losing over a very small issue. Especially when the Customer made it right on her end. You just can’t treat people this way period. I had the deluxe pedicure with Kim. She did a great job checking on my comfort. I have fair skin and turn red easily, she was making sure the water wasnt too hot. One nail was layered heavier with polish so it took forever to dry but the massage was great. I really like the decor, its very relaxing!One note, they do not accept AMEX. The desk lady tried to tell me it was the machine and then admitted the store doesnt accept AMEX. Im OK with that, but she kept my card for 10 minutes and then feigned ignorance. I had a backup card, but I wish there was a sign indicating they dont accept certain forms of payment.

My nail tech name is Jack hes awesome but the only problem I have is they are not practicing social distancing. Jack used to sit at his booth by his self now he sharing it with another nail tech so that means someone else is sitting right beside me and its not six feet apart I dont appreciate that I dont know if Ill be going back until they get it they have to really understand six feet apart.

Great job on my gel mani ! I actually got a manicure with my gel mani. Most places skip this part. I get to have my OWN real, thick and long nails, so I get thick cuticles as well. My tech also also did a good job on pedi, stones, scrubs, callus removed - the works for 35$ !!! Only downfall was she got to talking to another employee and forgot my topcoat. The girl never told me her name, she was not hard to deal with or rude at all. This is my new spot ! you actually get spa services at a nail salon price ... 4.5 stars for forgetting a big part, but girls talk. We can agree on that. I’ve forgotten way worse at work. I would recommend giving them a try !! Well worth it.

Beware: I got my eyebrows done, the lady did not shape them how I asked. Also she was walking around without a mask. I got my feet done, they used an old nail file that looks like it’s used for everyone’s toes (gross) and there was a spider crawling on the floor. I got my nails done, I was satisfied until my paint chipped 2 days later. I’ve gotten far better, cleaner service for cheaper. Now this is the scary part: I used my debit card to pay and 3 days later someone goes charging my card $433, the site Vova was used which is a vendor which makes me believe it was at this place that someone saved my card info and spent my money. Stay away the pics are cute but it’s not even worth it!

The best nail salon in the area. Ask for Jenny Lee or Cindy - youre going to have manicure done in an hour or less. They can also do manicure and pedicure at the same time. Great service, offer water, good music and friendly atmosphere!

This was my first time there and it was OUTSTANDING!!! I’ll never go anywhere else ! They went above and beyond for all of my services. I wanted some Halloweenie type nails and my nail tech did more than I asked for and his added bonus’ were so awesome !!! I will most definitely be back and recommend to everyone !

Obviously she didn’t know how to file my nails correctly, went home after I was over charged 45 for a 35 $ worth of service and work ...not only that but she needed up hurting my real nails by filing too much I was rushed and couldn’t wash my hands in between, it felt very unsanitary I can’t wait until I go to my regular tech in seven oaks they do way better .she over charged me 🤦🏾‍♀️ and didn’t even offer any wine . 🤦🏾‍♀️

I used to go to Tip & Toe off Eastern Ave in Essex. They did a pretty good job but the place is always jammed up & they dont take appointments. Decided a few months ago to give Luxury Nails a try. I have gone 4 times so far & not disappointed. Vincent & Tai are great & do a wonderful job. They also dont get impatient or rude if I have an issue or am a perfectionist & ask for changes or extra filing/buffing. They have funny personalities & usually offer a glass of wine or water. I will continue to go there until I move at the end of September.

I went and got a full set and pedicure. It’s the worst full set I have ever had the nails where bend and bubbly. Also thick she put to much acrylic and my hands and fingernails where full of acrylic. The lady kept giving me an attitude and throwing the stuff around. And for that they charged me 120 dollars.

I love my nails... They are the correct shape and length. My biggest downfall was the fact that I got bounced around three nail techs but when I did get seen I was impressed. I would way that some of the artist need better customer service skills.

They did a great job on my nails. They are a little pricey. But service was great. Although one young lady had a whole attitude problem when I came in and sat in her chair. The manager got right on it, and stepped up to do my nails. When it came to my fill in, she suggested another manicurist that she thought would be better and faster and he did fantastic. Thanks Mai (maybe spelled wrong). All in all, I will be back. Not to downplay my old salon, they were good. But luxury nails is great! The only reason they didnt get a 5 star is because they did not do the color the way I asked. But it still came out beautiful. Ill see yall again in 3 weeks!

Walked in and was immediately greeted and given pallets of nail colors to choose from while I waited. Chu did my full set manicure and was amazing made them look completely natural was gentle and extremely friendly.

They always do a good job. I never had a problem since I’ve been going for the past year!

The salon is clean. Tommy did my nails fast and they look great and feel natural! The prices are great too. While I was in, the dealt with a very rude customer. They handled it very well. I will definitely be back.

Today, 9/15/20 I went to Luxury Nail and Spa to get a basic pedicure and a gel full set. The ladies that helped me with my pedicure were amazing. The issue I had was with Jack who did my full set. He was terrible. Firstly, when I sat down and he asked me was this the color I was getting on my nails and I told him yes he ridiculed me for wanting that color on my nails. Then when he proceeded to do my nails he asked me a question which I didn’t hear nor was I able to understand because it’s hard to decipher what one is saying while having a mask on. I also had my AirPods in. When I didn’t hear what he said he said “Oh My God, so slow” ?????? I was being nice to continue to sit there and let this man do my nails when I wanted to get up so bad but I was in a rush and needed my nails done ASAP. I will NOT be returning to this nail shop again for the lack of professionalism from JACK.

Cindy is wonderful! She fixed lifting in my acrylics and did beautiful coats with my gels. She even filed down the bits from the glow in the dark gel I did for a bit of sparkle. No one I’ve seen before has done that for me. I will definitely come back to this salon again.

Do NOT waste your money here. The nails were badly shaped and looked terrible and streaky. For $50, I would have thought it would have come out a lot better. They were also very rude when I expressed how I was unsatisfied with these nails. Do yourself a favor and find a better salon.

Don’t bother. I got “eyelashes” done here. I told the lady multiple times before I left they were painful. She said to just let them settle. After sometime they were still incredibly painful and 100% poking into my eye. I went back and told them I wanted them off and my money back. They were so rude. Yelling and saying I needed to pay to have them taken off. I was then told to never come back. Which is fine by me.

I did not even go to this salon because the manager answered the phone saying What then when I asked about service she said Well what you want being loud and very rude. As I continued to ask questions she yelled and then said Im not helping you, bye and hung up the phone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The state will hear about those drills. I’ve never seen drills that big used on finger nails. I walked out nails sore and sensitive and I never even asked the tech to cut my nails. He was irritated and seemed bothered by my business. I took a chance trying this shop and they ruined the joy of getting my nails done!

I LOVE this place!! All but one of the workers were friendly, Hannah did amazing on my waxing! Did amazing on our nails also. The place is very updated and classy looking, the polishes aren’t watered down. Definitely give this place a shot they do not disappoint!! Coming here for now on!

Got a pedicure done. It was my first time there. They kinda assume that you know the layout of the salon because he told us to pick a color and Immediately walked off. We ended up walking and looking around until he popped up and said did we have a color yet. The deluxe treatment comes with your choice of scrub scent, only we weren’t allowed to pick which one we wanted. I did enjoy the work Jack did, but the conversation the techs were having made me and my friends uncomfortable. It is a bit pricey for what you get.

Kim & Hannah were Amazing! Kim was very friendly and Kim with the WAX was the fastest n best quality service I’ve ever gotten. She got evry hair! 5 Stars for this Spa!

DO NOT GO HERE! They have terrible customer service and rush through all their jobs. They do not deserve your money trust me. They are extremely rude and even started cursing when I came the next day for them to fix THEIR MISTAKE. Truly never experienced that type of disrespect just to repair a mistake. Also unsanitary. They take tools out of a rusted box lined with a dirty napkin and do not clean eyebrow tools in between customers. Would have given 0 stars but had to select at least one star to leave a review. It’s not worth taking the chance, so many better shops in the same area. First and definitely last time there. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I love Hanna, Jenny & Chu!They are amazing. I was coming to this place before new management took over and I was getting discouraged because I would get my nails done and when I returned, the person I liked was gone. When the new management took over, everything changed (for the better) & I have loved it all ever since. Your treated like family and they know who their clients are. They may not remember your name but they remember you.Great place to get nails, feet, browse, and waxing done. Some may say its a little costly but the service you get, the cost is well worth it.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I brought my mom and my grandmother there for a special occasion and they took their time with them and gave them the best service I have ever seen at a salon. The nail technician Hannah was so amazing. She was funny and lhelpful and the work was the best. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My experience was not the best. I got a pedicure and a full set. My tech took to much time on one hand. After looking at the full set I notice that my nails where crooked and uneven. After telling the person I thought was in charged about not liking my nails she debated me about they where perfect. Their customer service is horrible and they are very pricey.

The salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I love the pedicure area and the private room for eyebrows. BUT DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS THREADED HERE!!! ITS HORRIBLE AND SHE BASICALLY USES THE TWEEZERS SO THE LINES ARE NOT CLEAN. when you get your nails done ask what they are good at. My tech let me know that she wasnt good with different shapes and designs. My nails did last I just hated the design but she attempted it multiple times.

If I could, Id give zero stars! Horrible service! The manager talked on the phone the whole time, yelling and being unprofessional. Nail tech that did my pedicure was just as bad. Very rough, unpleasant and rushed through the pedicure. Highly doubtful and no one cared enough to provide exceptional customer service. I will NEVER go back.

Amber, is awesome I love how she does my nails and pedicure and my eyebrows. Been coming here for almost a year now. And her customer service is extraordinary.

First time visiting 2 weeks ago, I received a fresh full set with gel polish. The first color I chose would not dry, the tech scrapped the polish with his nail then went back over the nail with polish. I told him it would not work bc he scrapped the polish & tried to cover it so the paint looked clumpy and uneven. I chose another color and he repainted no problem. Just days later my nail started to crack so I went back, the lady tells me it is broken and I should have told the tech to make my nails thick.. I didn’t think I would have to tell a professional how to do his job. She did fix my nail and repaint. Just days later the same nail cracked again on both sides and other nails started to crack as well. Not even a whole two weeks later, the nail i went back to get fixed completely broke. I will NEVER visit this place again, and hopefully I can save someone else money and time. Prices are way too much for the product that you receive.

The best experience i’ve ever had! I have never found a nail salon where the customer service is actually nice and professional. The service was great. Pedicure while drinking wine with pillows. Chu did a very detailed precious work. Simply amazed!

The lady I used to go to here doesnt work here anymore and since then this place hasnt been the same. My recent visit was the last straw. The lady was on the phone the whole time and kept stopping and starting my nails. She then left for 10 minutes to continue her phone call. Just as I was about to walk out, everyone in the store cared enough to call her out to come back. It was so uncomfortable. After all that commotion, the finished product was awful. The absolute worst gel set Ive ever had and at the end she had the audacity to ask for a tip. Im never stepping foot in this place again.

The lady was not providing good customer service- talked on the phone most of the time. She ripped my powdered nails off instead of buffing them down. She did a sloppy job with filing and painting my nails as well. She didn’t put lotion on my hands either. I put my own lotion on at the drying station. Prices are reasonable though, but I won’t be back.

Its beautiful and clean inside here. The staff are all highly trained and know a lot of beautiful designs. I highly recommend getting your nails done here.

A little pricey for rushed service. I have glue left on my fingers and I feel like my pedicure was so fast that I didnt get the full effect of the hit stone massage. Then I had to pay via cashapp for some reason as she noticed I had a debit card. Then she says oh no tip. We gave you quality. I said no you didnt and walked out.

Ive went there about 5 times but this last time really made furious. I got completely scammed by this guy there. I always go there and ask for Cindy because she is nice and does my nails really good but this time she was busy so I got this guy. Honestly I cant tell you his name but he sits at the station closest to the desk on the front row on the left side when you walk in. He did a horrible job with my nails. He told me that pink acrylic last longer, but I was smarter to fall for that because I know pink acrylic is just a different color it has nothing to do with how long it last. I got a fill in and a pedicure and it ended up costing me 73 dollars without the tip. I was mad because it would usually cost 50. I was furious. He totally scammed me and took my money no problem and plus he did a horrible job. The whole time he also made me feel very uncomfortable. If i do come back it will only be for Cindy but I dont know because he made my experience so bad.

2 months ago I came into Luxury Spa for a pedicure and Jay looked at my natural fingernails and said they are so unhealthy but I can make your natural nails healthy if you follow my nail phan for you and in 2 months if you stick to the plan you will have healthy natural looking nails. I am so impressed my nails are healthy natural and gorgeous. Thanks so much Jay your the best!

I went for the first time for a redo for gel nails and the guy was taking his time and putting hurt on them nails! Period sis yall should go here because they do a really good Job with nails.

Dont bother making an appointment. I am 8 months pregnant and made an appointment to come in for a relaxing mani / pedi. I walked in and they put me in a pedicure chair right next to someone else so there was no room for me to spread out. All other chairs were empty. The chair I sat in was broke and the back wouldnt move up. Again, the whole point I went in was to relax and get pampered one last time before having a baby. When I asked to change chairs, they acted as if it was a huge bother and told me to stay where I was for a few minutes. 40 minutes later I was still sitting in the same chair, nobody asked if I needed anything, water was cold by then...I walked out. Ill find a different place who will actually want my business.

Under new management as of May or earlier. Jenny and Hannah are amazing and the sweetest people i have met. The entire staff is quick and their work is amazing!!! They also have wine!!!!

Will never go back. Went in for a full set, the man was so forceful with my fingers that it was painful. On top of it, he cut my fingers 3 different times before saying his mind was somewhere else and walked away. Someone else had to come finish my nails. By then my fingers with bleeding and so sore I couldn’t even sit there to have them painted. They charged me $30 for bleeding fingers and unpainted nails. They should be ashamed of themselves
